Efforts by Beth Holloway continue to get “JUSTICE FOR NATALEE” …

Just when Aruba thought it was safe to go back in the water … the story of missing Alabama teen Natalee Holloway in Aruba and the continued lawless and indicted murderous ways of Joran Van der Sloot is brought to light. You go Beth, do not let anyone forget the travesty of justice that was perpetrated on a family of an Aruba tourist that became a victim and was brushed under the rug of Aruban incompetence, cronyism and corruption.

The Lifetime movie channel will be premiering on May 9, 2011 at 8 pm et/pt ‘JUSTICE FOR NATALEE, the squeal  to Natalee Holloway’. The much anticipated follow up movie picks up where the original Natalee Holloway movie left off. Sadly there have been no answers, nor justice in Aruba since the 2005 disappearance of Natalee Holloway; however, prime suspect Joran Van der Sloot, one of the last people ever to be seen with Natalee has killed again.

Natalee Holloway  – Joran Van der Sloot

As a follow-up to the original movie “Natalee Holloway,” the Lifetime Original Movie “Justice for Natalee Holloway” closes in on the ongoing mystery of what exactly happened to the Alabama teenager who in 2005 mysteriously disappeared during her senior class trip to Aruba. Four years after Natalee went missing, Joran van der Sloot, one of the last persons to see her alive, continues to torment her grieving mother Beth by providing false information about Natalee’s fate, yet denying any responsibility for what happened to her

Joran Van der Sloot -  Stephany Flores

As Beth Holloway and the family of Natalee continue to find answers and see answers as to her disappearance  and presumed death of the then Alabama teen, Aruba drags its feet and Joran van der Sloot continues on his life of crime. From human trafficking in Thailand, to admissions of killing Natalee and dumping her in the ocean, to extorting the Holloway’s of $250,000 and to do the “thinkable” … killing another girl on the 5 year anniversary of the disappearance of Natalee Holloway in Aruba.

The prime suspect in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway, sociopath and indicted murderer Joran Van der Sloot finds himself in a Peru prison facing murder charges against 21 year old Stephany Flores. How many individuals have such a string of trouble and crime and are some how given the benefit of the doubt in Aruba? All of this could have been prevented had Aruba authorities actually provided JUSTICE FOR NATALEE in 2005 when they had the opportunity.

Make sure to watch the Lifetime movie channel will be premiering on May 9, 2011 at 8 pm et/pt.

According to Dutch News, Joran Van der Sloot has been involved in several stabbing incidents while in the Castro Castro
prison in Peru. What a shock, because Joran was such a model citizen outside of prison, why would any one not think that he would carry on his sociopath ways while in prison? Van der Sloot is alleged to have stabbed three inmates in which one required emergency treatment.

Murder of Stephany Flores in Peru: Joran Van der Sloot Lying Again … Laptop Study Shows that Searches on Natalee Holloway Much Earlier in the Day

LIAR … LIAR!!! THIS COMES AS A SURPRISE TO NO ONE …

If it walks like a duck, talks like a duck and acts like a duck, guess what … it just might be a pathological, lying, murderous sociopath.

What a shock, dateline Peru … Joran van der Sloot is lying again when it comes to the murder of a girl. Like we have not seen this act play out all too numerous times in the past. Now Van der Sloot, the Dutch Sporter is lying to save his bacon in Peru in the death of Stephany Flores. Van der Sloot has claims that he murdered Flores in a fit of passion and rage after discovering that she had violated his privacy and has looking up information on his laptop in connection with the death of Natalee Holloway in Aruba.

Stephany Flores did not view any such information on the laptop after accompanying Van derSloot to the Lima hotel room where she was killed on May 30, the technology chief of Peru’s police, Col. Oscar Gonzales, told The Associated Press.

“She didn’t view anything about Holloway. It’s a lie that she tried to ask him about (the case),” Gonzales said.

Information from Joran’s laptop has led investigators in Peru that Van der Sloot has been lying to them. Really, waht was your first thought?  The defense by Joran van der Sloot and his attorney was just a lame excuse to try and mitigate Van der Sloot’s sentence and blame the victim in the process. Where have we heard that before? Van der Sloot has lied so many times in an effort to keep himself from the being convicted that it is about time he gets his just desserts.

RNW has provided even further information as to the time line of Joran Van der Sloot and Stephany Flores in the time leading up to and after her death. As the investigation into the laptop has shown, Stephany Flores could not have been looking on Joran’s laptop at the time when she was murdered. The searches were done earlier in the day. So what will Joran Van der Sloot’s next excuse lie be?

The detectives also found that Flores did not search for information on Natalee Holloway immediately before the murder, as Van der Sloot claims. The laptop was used to search for details of the Holloway case, but much earlier in the day,Dutch website Crimesite reports. Van der Sloot says he killed Flores in a fury when he saw she was reading about his alleged involvement in Holloway’s disappearance.

Just What is on Joran Van der Sloot’s Laptop that Connects the Case of Missing Natalee Holloway in Aruba and Murdered Stephany Flores in Peru

Is there a laptop connection between the disappearance of Natalee Holloway and the murder of StephanyFlores? There is no coincidence that the disappearance and murder occurred 5 years to the day. That is not temporary insanity, its just plain sociopath insanity.

Alabama teen Natalee Holloway went missing May 30, 2005 while on vacation in Aruba. Five years to the day that Natalee Holloway went missing, last seen leaving an Aruba bar, Carlos N’ Charlies, with Joran Van der Sloot and the Kalpoe brothers, Stephany Flores was murdered on May 30, 2010. The common denominator … Joran Van der Sloot.

However, the question has been posed, does Van der Sloot’s laptop computer potentially hold the clues into both cases? Joran Van der Sloot by his comments has basically implicated his laptop into both international crime cases. Joran stated that he flew into a fit a rage, temporary insanity as claimed by his legal mouth piece, when Van der Sloot claimed 21 year old Stephany Flores, “the girl intruded into my private life,” by looking at contents on his laptop regarding Natalee Holloway.

Will almost six years of mystery about Natalee Holloway’s fate be solved when FBI agents inspect the hard drive of Joran van der Sloot’s computer?

Joran Van der Sloot To Plead Guilty in Death of of Stephany Flores in Peru … To Plead Temporary Insanity

Little Dutch Boy looks to plead “temporary insanity”.

Joran Van der Sloot is supposed to plead guilty in the death of  21 year old Stephany Flores in Peru. According to his attorney, Joran Van der Slootacted in a fit of rage and will plead guilty of manslaughter. As per Peruvian law, manslaughter in a fit of rage carries a sentence of 3 to 5 years, rather than 30 years for murder. Van der Sloot’s  attorney, Maximo Altez, stated that Joran will plead insanity. Van der Sloot will use the ”violent emotion”defense.  What’s the matter Joran … the “Twinkie” defense did not apply?

PERU … DO NOT BE ANOTHER ARUBA! The only insanity in all of this would be if Peru accepted the plea.

Joran van der Sloot, the chief suspect in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway in Aruba, killed a young Peruvian woman in a “fit of rage” and therefore is guilty of manslaughter, not murder, his lawyer said Monday.

Radio Netherlands reported that van der Sloot’s Peruvian lawyer, Maximo Altez, would seek a reduced sentence in the death of Stephany Flores last May 30.

Under Peruvian law, manslaughter in a fit of rage carries a sentence of three to five years while a murder conviction can mean 25 years behind bars.

Once again, Joran Van der Sloot looks to evade justice, this time in the case of the death of Stephany Flores. Van der Sloot was the number one suspect in the disappearance of Natlalee Holloway in Aruba in 2005. He was never prosecuted in Aruba.

One attorney’s temporary insanity, is every one else’s sociopath. What a travesty of justice this would be for StephanyFlores and her family if Peru allowed this plea of convenience to take place. Flores was brutally murdered five years to the date that Natalee Holloway went missing. She was last seen getting into a car with Joran Van der Sloot and the Kalpoe brothers … she was never seen again.

Joran van der Sloot had already confessed to murdering Stephany Flores, then he retracted his confession and now he wants to plead to a lesser charge of manslaughter. UNREAL. Once again we are witness to Joran Van der Sloot playing games with the justice system and the family of a victim.

Joran van der Sloot is presently charged with 1st degree murder; however he and his legal mouth pice plan to use a defense, “violent emotion” plea, which as reported at AL.com is generally used in Peru during a crime of passion when a spouse murders their husband or wife. So we are supposed to believe that a “crime of passion” or “violent emotion” defense is applicable to an individual who just met another mere hours before the murder?

Altez said he filed papers three weeks ago informing prosecutors of his intent to argue that Van der Sloot became enraged and killed the 21-year-old Peruvian business student last May 30 because she had learned of his relation to Holloway by looking in his laptop.

The 23-year-old Dutchman is accused of first-degree murder, which carries a 15- to 35-year sentence on conviction.

Why should anyone give Joran Van der Sloot the benefit of the doubt? Temporary insanity? He’s crazy like a fox.
