Natalee Holloway: Deepak & Satish Kalpoe Mislead the Court & Continue with VISA Excuses to Dodge Depositions in LA County, CA Dr Phil Defamation Case

Deepak and Satish Kalpoe appear to not want their day in Court …

It would appear that Deepak and Sataish Kalpoe are fraidy-scared to come to the United States and be deposed. What, the Kalpoe’s do not want their day in court? Looks that way … Kalpoe’s continue to make excuses for being deposed as Defense counsel claims they are intentionally filling out Visa applications so to be denied access to the United States.

Dr. Phil defense attorneys accuse Kalpoe’s of misleading the Court.

The Kalpoe’s appear to have tried to get two Visa applications denied within 6 months because they thought that it would delay the process. Of course they and their attorneys seem to have misinterpreted the law. Or possibly did not even bother to review it at all.

So Deepak and Satish Kalpoe that they were going to get rich quick by suing Dr Phil and Jammie Skeeters. Since the initial law suit filing, the case has been dismissed against the late Jamie Skeeters.  The Kalpoe brothers were suing for defamation of character. Of course our first thought was, didn’t one have to have character first in order to claim defamation?

In motion to compel documents filed with the court the lawyers for Dr. Phil McGraw continued to file motions to compel the Kalpoe brothers to be deposed i in Los Angeles, CA. For three years the Kalpoe’s have come up with ever excuse not to come to the United States to be deposed. Read the Motion to Compel HERE. Defense attorneys are looking to compel the Kalpoe’s to appear in Los Angeles County, CA on or before April 15, 2010 to be deposed. It is hard to believe that Deepak and Satish, so quick to sue have never yet been deposed. Does any one really wonder why?

Did Deepak and Satish really not think they were going to be grilled regarding their conduct and participation in the disappearance and death of Alabama teen Natalee Holloway?

Their actions had everything to do with their character, or lack thereof and would be open to questioning. Exactly what reputation would one have to defame when as a suspect in the death and disappearance of Natalee Holloway, you lie to Aruban and Dutch LE? In the end … this case always ties back to the night that Natalee Holloway disappeared and was never seen again. All questions, whether they be civil or criminal begin there.

The Kalpoe’s claim that they cannot make it to the United States to be deposed by Dr. Phil’s attorneys because they have issues with their VISA’s. It’s no wonder that they were denied by the United States government, especially when from all accounts they were purposely incorrectly and inaccurately filled out by the Kalpoe’s. Dr. Phil’s immigration expert referred to the Kalpoe’s Visa applications as, “two shoddy Visa applications which were defective and contained contained numerous discrepancies, and were predictably denied”. Plaintiffs (Kalpoes) offered the Court no explanation as to why they did not contact an immigration attorney to prepare and file their Visa applications. Hmm.

Defamation of character, eh? These folks intentionally fill out a simple Visa application to suit their purpose not to be deposed.

Its Always Marcia, Marcia, Marcia … Oops … Martha Coakley’s Campaign Wheels Have Come Off … Polls all in Favor of Brown

It’s always MARCIA, MARCIA, MARCIA …

marsha_marsha_marsha

Today Martha Coakley must feel like Jan Brady of the Brady Bunch fame as yesterday during a rally for the embattled Massachusetts Democrat Senate, Rep. Patrick Kennedy (D-RI) referred to her as “Marcia” Coakley. When he was not blaming GWB for Coakley’s problem in the polls, Patrick Kennedy was calling Martha Coakley … Marcia Coakley.

Congressional Black Caucus, NAACP, Al Sharpton & Obama Sell Out their Own for Reid’s White Racist Comment

I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character. (Martin Luther King Jr.)

Character is defined by what you do when you think no one is watching. Martin Luther King Jr. died for the belief that it was not about the color of one’s skin. What say you Barack Obama, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, NAACP and the Congressional Black Caucus?

It is not about the color of one’s skin and when holding one accountable, it is not about the affiliation of their political party! To defend Reid’s comments is to do nothing more than enable racism.

It is a sad day in America when a racist comment is not called for what it really is by the very people who claim to defend the rights of minorities. Democrat Senate Majority leaders comments regarding Barack Obama were nothing more than racist. Reid did not make a mistake, he did not misspeak, his comments were not taken out of context.

Obama – a “light-skinned” African American “with no Negro dialect, unless he wanted to have one” (Harry Reid’s comments regarding Barack Obama)

Do you really need to be a brain surgeon to figure out what the “white” Democrat Senator Majority leader from Nevada meant? After all, isn’t the true nature of racism the intent?

HARRY REID BASICALLY SAID THAT BECAUSE OBAMA LOOKED WHITE AND TALKED WHITE … that made him a good candidate and white America would accept him. What does that say for the rest of blacks in the mind of Senator Reid? Wake up folks, it does not get any more racist than that. These are not awkward comments, they are racist comment.

It is obvious there is a double standard for racist comments from politicians. Sadly, the very people who claim to be the champions of black minorities sit back on their hands and defend these racist comments because they choose party and political power over the people.

First, Reid’s allies plan to distribute the NAACP vote ratings of Republican senators who have scolded him. The data will be made available to editorial boards, cable programs and the blogosphere — including votes on minimum wage, community-oriented policing, education funding and HIV/AIDS programs.

Separately, the Congressional Black Caucus plans to issue a new statement Monday, defending Reid and brushing back Republicans.

“Senator Reid’s record provides a stark contrast to actions of Republicans to block legislation that would benefit poor and minority communities – most recently reflected in Republican opposition to the health bill now under consideration,” CBC Chairwoman Barbara Lee (D-Calif.) said. “I look forward to Senator Reid continuing to serve as Majority Leader to guide this important agenda through the Senate.”

Racism is an evil cancer. Imagine if doctors only went after half of a patients cancer with radiation, surgery and chemotherapy? Or only allowed half of the people to receive treatment? Although we have made major strides in this country in dealing with racism and the ignorance that furthers it, obviously racism still exists in America.

GAME CHANGE: Bill Clinton to Ted Kennedy … Referred to Barack Obama as the Coffee Boy

A few years ago, this guy [Obama] would have been getting us coffee.

It appears that it was not just Harry Reid that belittled Barack Obama. Although not racist, the comments certainly are demeaning and unflattering.  It seems that former President Bill Clinton was not too impressed with Obama or had very kind things to say about The One either. As The Politico mentions, every one always wondered what got Teddy so miffed at Clinton in 2008.

[A]s Hillary bungled Caroline, Bill’s handling of Ted was even worse. The day after Iowa, he phoned Kennedy and pressed for an endorsement, making the case for his wife. But Bill then went on, belittling Obama in a manner that deeply offended Kennedy. Recounting the conversation later to a friend, Teddy fumed that Clinton had said, A few years ago, this guy would have been getting us coffee.

Sadly, Bill Clinton was probably spot on as being President was way over Obama’s head.

Does This White House Get Anything Right? Secret Service Says Couple (Michaele and Tareq Salahi) Crashed Obama State Dinner

Obama State Dinner Party Crashers.

I wonder if Barack Obama will blame George W. Bush for this as well?

Oops! The Secret Service is admitting that a couple, Michaele and Tareq Salahi, breached security at the White House during the Obama State Dinner. It is kind of hard to believe in this day and age in a post 9–11 world that anyone could get access like this to a President, First Lady and VP. I guess if this administration actually acted like there was a war on terror, maybe they might take security a little more serious. This White House just continues to lack an eye for the details. As American Power opines, can you imagine if this occurred under a Republican President how the MSM would be screaming for the near-catastrophic security lapse.

Michaele, Tareq Salahi & Joe Biden

“Honored to be at the White House for the state dinner in honor of India with President Obama and our First Lady!” one of them wrote on their joint Facebook page at 9:08 p.m.

But a White House official said the couple were not invited to the dinner, not included on the official guest list and never seated at a table in the South Lawn tent.

A woman describing herself as a publicist for the Salahis denied that they were interlopers. Pressed for details, Mahogany Jones sent a statement saying simply: “The Salahis were honored to be a part of such a prestigious event. . . . They both had a wonderful time.”

As Jammie Wearing Fool points out, the story went on to say it appeared that the couple belonged at the event. The only thing that was left out was an air of entitlement. So if they were say GOP’ers or looked like Tea party goers then the Secret Service would have jumped in? What would some one look like who did not belong at this event, a God fearing, First & Second Amendment loving Republican?

The story goes on to say they “looked like they belonged” so I’m figuring they walked around with a chip on their shoulders, their noses up in the air and an angry look on their faces.

Exit Question: It was stated that they looked like they belonged … so was their profiling? I though we were not supposed to profile under Barack Hussein Obama!
