Ram Singh, Suspect in India Rape Case Found Dead … Hanged Himself in Jail

Ram Singh, one of the suspects of the gang rape and murder of a 23 year old Indian woman, was found dead in his jail cell in New Delhi’s Tihar Jail. According to accounts Singh hanged himself from the ceiling with his own clothes. Singh was one of five men [sixth suspect in a juvenile] that have been accused of kidnapping, rape and murder. Singh was the driver of the bus aboard which several men brutally raped a 23-year-old woman on December 16. She later died from her injuries. All had pleaded not guilty.  The crime grew international attention and outrage. The heinous crime has prompting widespread debate over the way the country handles sexual assaults and the treatment of women in Indian society.

One of the five men accused in the gang rape of a 23-year-old Indian woman—a crime that received widespread international attention—was found dead in a jail here, his lawyer said Monday.

Ram Singh was found dead at Tihar Jail, Delhi’s main prison, at around 5:15 a.m., said his lawyer, V.K. Anand.

Mr. Singh, 33 years old, and four other men were being held at the jail during their trial at a special court in Delhi on charges that include kidnapping, rape and murder. The five men have pleaded not guilty.

“He hanged himself [from] the ceiling with his own clothes,” said Sunil Gupta, spokesman for Tihar Jail.

However, Ram Singh’s lawyer and parents claim he was murdered. They stated, “there was no reason for him to commit suicide”. Oh of course not, he was only being accused of a crime where is found guilty, he could be facing the death penalty.  Their trial began in February. If convicted, the men could face the death penalty. Also, a sixth suspect is 17 and will be tried separately in juvenile court.

Check out the following comment from the Democrats when it comes to woman protecting themselves from rapists and attackers. I want you to keep one person in mind, failed GOP Senate candidate Todd Akin who made an ignorant comment when it came to woman and rape with “legitimate rape”. The Left and the media beat him over the political head with his comments and into submission and a Senate loss in Missouri in 2012. Now comes the following from the Democrats and  Colorado Democrat Rep. Joe Salazar . As reported at Red State, while Salazar arguing for the disarmament of college students, Salazar says that even if women feel like they’re going to be raped, they may not, so who needs a firearm for protection? What on earth are these people thinking? Where is the outrage from woman over this comment? However, the difference between Akin and Salazar is the latter is a Democrat and the liberal double standard will allow Salazar to make a later apology and tell everyone he was misquoted.

“It’s why we have call boxes, it’s why we have safe zones, it’s why we have the whistles. Because you just don’t know who you’re gonna be shooting at. And you don’t know if you feel like you’re gonna be raped, or if you feel like someone’s been following you around or if you feel like you’re in trouble when you may actually not be, that you pop out that gun and you pop … pop around at somebody.”

Wow, where to start? From Dana Loesch Twitter, ”Because women are hysterical little things who just shoot indiscriminately, according to Dem Rep. Joe Salazar”. How condescending could this Democrat male politician possible be and insensitive to the “REAL” attacks and rapes of women? It’s bad enough that Salazar was so flip in saying that women don’t need guns, they have whistles and call boxes to protect them. Really? Does anyone think that a call box or whistle is going to stop a rapist, or some one with a gun? But what was more damning was Salazar’s comment that women can’t understand when they are being raped …  “that women don’t know when we’re going to be raped, that [women] can’t recognize when there’s an inherent danger?” WOW!!!

First-year state Rep. Joe Salazar is apologizing for a statement during Friday’s debate over a concealed weapons ban on college campuses that has drawn the ire of conservatives across the blogosphere.

In arguing in favor of the ban, Salazar, D-Thornton, said that women on college campuses don’t need guns to feel that they’re safe.

15 Year Old Special Needs Girl Gang Raped Under her Desk during Class as Teacher Ignored Assault at Martin De Porres Academy in Elmont, NY

READING, WRITING AND RAPE …

A 15 year old special female student was allegedly gang raped under her desk at the Martin De Porres Academy in Elmont, NY as the teacher did nothing. According to the law suit, the victim was sexually assaulted for 10 minutes as another student  ’hit her on the head whenever she tried to escape,’ during a science class at Martin De Porres Academy in Elmont, NY. The lawsuit states that the teacher was only a couple feet away from the rape and did nothing. The sick SOB’s forced the mentally challenged student to perform oral sex on them and also tried to anally sodomize her while one of them danced on her desk, all without attracting the attention of her teachers. How is this possible. But wait, it gets worse … when the girl reported the horrific incident the next day, school officials did nothing and failed to report it.

 Who thinks that one mentally challenged girl among 13 boys is a good idea? Who was the rocket scientist that thought this was a suitable situation, especially when some of the boys were residents of Casa De La Salle, a home for juvenile delinquents?

The girl’s mother, who filed the suit, alleged that the teacher ignored the assault even as one student danced on the desk while another attempted to sodomize K.J.

Though the girl told a school social worker the next day, school officials failed to report the crime.

K.J. has an IQ of 60 and was sent to De Porres by city.

She was the only girl in her class of 13 boys.

Her alleged attackers all had known ‘violent propensities’ and are residents of Casa De La Salle, a home for juvenile delinquents.

For every heroic teacher we hear about like the ones at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, CT who gave their lives to protect the children under their care, we sadly are witness to a dirtbag, useless piece of waste who just collects a pay check and turns the other way while a child is raped. Thankfully the teacher was fired and should never be hired again at any academic institution.

Martin De Porres executive director Ed Dana said the school conducted an internal investigation as soon as it heard of the abuse and fired a teacher as a result. “We want the community to know that we hold our teachers to a high standard. Our top priority is the safety and well-being of the children in our care,” Dana said in a statement.

It’s probably safe to say these juvenile delinquents are lost causes yet the bleeding heart liberals will find every excuse to ban guns but not rid society of this evil that walks among us.

Hacktivist Group Anonymous Leaks Video of Students Talking & Laughing about Alleged Rape of 16 Year Old Girl in Steubenville, OH

KUDOS TO ANONYMOUS …

The “Hacktivist” group  Anonymous has leaked a video showing two Ohio teens laughing and cracking jokes about a student allegedly raped that same night that a 16 year old girl was allegedly raped in Steubenville, OH. The 12:29 minute VIDEO can be seen HERE. Unbelievable. We have been a bit skeptical of Anonymous in the past on some of their ventures; however, on this one … KUDOS for exposing these dirt bags and the absolutely horrible display of behavior. Hopefully this victim will receive just and the media light will remain on this story.

The latest video shows a former Steubenville High School student talking about the alleged rape and referring to the teen involved as a “dead girl.”
Others in the video tried to explain the seriousness of the situation.
“What if that was your daughter?” someone asked.
“But it isn’t,” the student said. “If that was my daughter, I wouldn’t care. I would just let her be dead.”

Two 16 year-old players, Trent Mays and Ma’lik Richmond, were charged with rape and kidnapping in the alleged sexual assault of a 16 year-old West Virginia girl in August 2012. The trial is to begin in February 2013.

An inflammatory video leaked by a hacktivist group purportedly shows Ohio teens laughing and cracking jokes about a student allegedly raped that same night.

Steubenville police said they’re aware of the crude 12-minute clip, posted to YouTube on Wednesday, and that it was previously given to prosecutors in the highly-charged rape case against two players on a local high school football team.

“Since late August 2012, the subject who made the video was interviewed,” Steubenville Police Chief William McCafferty told CBS affiliate WTRF-TV. “This has all been turned over to the prosecutors, which are the Ohio Attorney General’s Office.”

The video is the latest electronic evidence that has resurfaced in this case, which has sharply divided Steubenville, a dwindling steel town on the West Virginia border. Making the situation even thornier is that Steubenville High School and its football team, known as Big Red, are widely celebrated for their state championship titles.

What is wrong with people, is this what we have to look forward to with today’s yourth? Not only are these kids so sick that they would joke about the rape of a 16 year old, they are also so jaded and without a conscience that they would allow their words to be video taped. UNREAL!!! All I can say is there best be justice in this case, as if there is not … Anonymous may just provide their own brand of it.

Pennsylvania Gov. Plans to Sue the NCAA in Federal Court over Sanctions Imposed against Penn State University in Wake of Sandusky Child Molestation Case

This is a head scratching law suit that the Pennsylvania governor will lose in the battle of public opinion.

Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett is planning on suing the NCAA in federal court with a lawsuit in response to the sanctions levied against Penn State University in the wake of the Jerry Sandusky sexual abuse scandal. Corbett is supposed to hold a press conference today to announce the law suit and how the state will file the law suit. According to reports, PSU has nothing to do with these lawsuits. The announcement will most like deal with one of the unique sanctions levied by the NCAA. One of the  penalties is the $60 million fine which has become a point of contention in Pennsylvania local politics. Politicians have argued that the money should be used to fight abuse in the state of Pennsylvania, while the NCAA had initially targeted a more national approach for the money. Really folks, this is what you are suing over whether the fines should fight sexual abuse of children in PA or across the country? Poor form folks, really bad form.

Pennsylvania Governor Tom Corbett will announce a federal lawsuit against the NCAA tied to the historic sanctions levied against Penn State in the wake of the Jerry Sandusky scandal. Corbett will hold a press conference on Wednesday morning in State College, Pa., to announce the suit, which will be filed by the state.

Penn State, which has been working in concert with the NCAA since the scandal, is not involved in preparing the suit. It is being handled solely by the state.

Corbett’s office has been vague in regard to the specific aim of the suit, but it appears to be dedicated to the overall sanctions issued by the NCAA in July. Corbett referred to them on Tuesday as “illegal sanctions.”

A wholesale suit against the NCAA by a third party as powerful as the state of Pennsylvania could loom as an important case in testing the ultimate power of the NCAA.

Is this really something that the governor of Pennsylvania really wants to focus the media light on? It was such a heinous act, it just seems rather shallow that a state would only want the monies to go toward their state, rather than country wide. Shallow indeed.
