Barack Obama, NO HE CAN’T, …”You can’t change Washington from the inside” … What Happened to 2008, “I can bring Change?”

CHANGE YOU CAN’T BELIEVE IN …

Talk about an “EPIC FAILURE”. Barack Obama, who ran on “Hope & Change” in 2008, who ran on the idea that he would bring change to Washington, DC now admits … NO HE CAN’T.  As reported at the Politico, Obama says, “You can’t change Washington from the inside”. HUH? My what a difference 4 years makes and a completely failed Presidency. Dear Mr. President, are you completely clueless or once again can you just not take responsibility for your ineptness? It does not matter whether one is on the inside or the outside, change comes about through strong, persuasive leadership and a message, agenda and policy that actually is better than what was in place.  Might I remind everyone that Obama had control of the House and Senate for the first two years of his administration. What did he change? Let’s face it, Obama just can’t get the job done and need to go.

A surprising comment from President Barack Obama, at the Univision forum in Florida earlier, on things he has learned after four years: “You can’t change Washington from the inside.”

It’s a tricky thing to claim outsider status after serving in the White House for four years (and in the Senate before that), after running on a hope and change message, and it is not an especially helpful comment for a president running for reelection with a plea to voters to let him finish the work he began but hasn’t closed out.

The rest of his statement was about doing more to involve the public to bring change from the “outside,” which is more in line with what he said before. But if the small pool of persuadable voters see Obama as saying Washington is irretrievably broken, even for him, they could be open to a fresh case from his opponent.

In 2008 Obama said he would bring change, “I can bring a lot of people along on my coattails”.

That was then, this is now. Suddenly Obama can’t bring change from the inside. After all his promises, after all this pandering … “NO HE CAN’T. So Obama can’t change Washington from the inside, he says, you can aonly change Washington from the Outside. America … its your job in 2012 to put Obama on the outside.  Jammie Wearing Fool compares Obama’s glaring gaffe of change to Romney’s so-called secret tape mishap. Which one do you the the liberal, corrupt mead complex will focus on?

Barack Obama Can’t Remember the Hardball Question from David Letterman of the National Debt

The irresponsible, unpatriotic and dumbfounded President …

Wow, the smartest President ever could not remember what the national debt was when asked by the serious and hard nosed journalist David Letterman.  When asked what the national debt was when he took office, Obama could not remember conveniently enough. A note to Barack Obama, it was approximately $10 trillion. Guess what it is now Mr. President in less than four years under your administration … +16 trillion. Talk about a convenient loss of memory? Obama goes on an entrainment show like David Letterman is unable to answer a question on the debt because it would be embarrassing to him. How’s that transparency working you you America?

Barack Obama called GWB irresponsible and unpatriotic for increasing the national debt $4 trillion in 8 years. However, Obama used that same Chinese credit card and increased the national debt nearly $6 trillion in 4 years to $+16 trillion. If $4 trillion in 8 years is unpatriotic, would it be considered treason to do $5 trillion in 4 years? Hmm?

Romney and Obama … Two Different Views of America.

GOP Presidential candidate goes on Fox News, ‘Your World with Neil Cavuto’ to defend and discuss the differences between himself and Barack Obama when it comes to the economy. Romney defended his “47%” comments and went after Barack Obama for his stunning admission from 1998, “I actually believe in redistribution”.

Romney’s vision of America is much different from Obama’s big government, cradle to grave nanny state where a majority of Americans are dependent and beholden to government. Romney said when questioned about Obama’s redistribution, ” I disagree … I believe the right course for America is one where government steps in to help those who are in need. We’re a compassionate people. But then we let people build their own lives”.

“Frankly we have two very different views about America. The president’s view is one of a larger government. There’s a tape that just came out today where the president is saying he likes redistribution. I disagree. I think a society based upon a government-centered nation where government plays a larger and larger role, redistributes money, that’s the wrong course for America. That will not build a strong America or help people out of poverty. I believe the right course for America is one where government steps in to help those who are in need. In the end America, it is up to you. Do you want an America where you have the opportunity to succeed and fail or do you want to be a kept, obedient society, dependent and beholden to the federal government forever. The choice is yours. However, I hardly think this is why Our Founding Fathers fought a War of Independence to be dependent.

The Lonely Conservative brings up yet another example of Media bias. While the corrupt liberal media complex has no issue playing the Romney fund raising “47%” VIDEO, we hear crickets when it comes to Obama 1998 socialist “I like redistribution” video. Why are we not surprised? The shameful media is all in for Obama.

Mitt Romney responds to the tape that was leaked  at Mother Jones and comments on what he meant when he referenced the 47%. Romney stood by his comments and why not? Does anyone not think there are differences between the two candidates? Does anyone not think that Reelect Obama is not parsing out voting blacks and seeing what Democrat traditional voting blacks will be there for them in November? Romney stated that Obama starts out with 47, 48, 49 percent who will vote for him no matter what. He then said that he does the same, or at least he hoped so. Romney described the Q & A session where it was his job to appeal to some who voted for Obama last time and who were in the middle.

It should hardly come as a shock to Obama, Democrats, Liberals or the corrupt liberal media complex that those who do not presently pay taxes are hardly going to be swayed by Romney’s promises of lowering tax rates. Those who have become permantly entrenched in government dependence will vote for big government Obama. Nuthing from nuthin is still nuthin.

“Of course, there’s a very different approach of the two campaigns. As I point out that among those that pay no tax, approximately 47% of Americans, I’m not likely to be highly successful with a message of lowering taxes. That’s not as attractive to those who don’t pay income taxes as to those who do. And likewise, those who are reliant on government are not as attracted to my message of slimming down the size of government…

The president and I have two very different approaches to the future of America and what it takes to ignite our economy and put people back to work. The president believes in what I describe as a government centered society. Where government plays a larger and larger role and plays more and more of the needs of individuals. And, I happen to believe instead in a free enterprise, free individual society where people pursuing their dreams are able to employ one another, build enterprises, build the strongest economy in the world. I happen to believe that my approach is the approach that will put 23 million people back to work again.

We’ve watched the approach of the president’s approach over the last 3 1/2 or 4 years. And his government centric, larger and larger government approach has meant that we have 15 million more people on food stamps, 23 million people out of work or stopped looking for work, or underemployed. We have had 43 straight months of unemployment above 8%. And my view is the right approach for the nation is not to adopt a government centered approach but instead a free, free people, free enterprise, free market consumer driven approach and that will build the strongest economy for ourselves and for the coming generations.”

In the end a line has to be drawn. Obama, Biden and Democrats talk so much about it being Patriotic to pay taxes. So does that mean that Obama and Biden are saying that the 47% who do not pay taxes are Un-Patriotic? That would be the meme if a GOP President or VP had made such a comment.

Make no mistake about it America, you have two choices in 2012 … a free America where all have an opportunity to succeed and those most vulnerable are protected or a Big Government Nanny state where you can be average, kept and in servitude to the government. Its Your choice.
