When Your Energy Bills Go Up … Here are the 8 Turncoats Republicans Who Voted for to Cap & Tax and Higher Energy Taxes
When you wonder in the future why your energy bills are higher, you can thank the 8 turncoat Republicans below. The bill passed in the House 219–212 and eight Republicans made the difference. As stated by Michelle Malkin … say hello to the Tax & Cap 8.
You can also thank the Democrats who overwhelmingly voted to raise taxes on all Americans in the midst of a recession and rush legislation through
Listed at Michelle Malkin.com are the telephone #’s of these idiots so that “We the People” can give them are earful. While you are at it, just tell them to switch parties to the Democrats as they are no Republicans.
Congrats, congresspeople, you helped the Democrats pass a junk science-based, massive national energy tax. Headed to Disney World now?
We still want to know: What were your payoffs/earmarks?
As reported by Jammie Wearing Fool, “You can blame the Democrats for crafting this most invasive and sweeping government control of your life, but it is the Republicans who passed it.”
America’s only chance is that this bill is killed in the Senate as proposed by OK Senator Inhofe.

Evidence that the average citizen really has no one on their side.
And having Democrats in power makes it almost certain taxes will go up.
Don’t forget to thank them when election time rolls around.
I am discusted and appauled at these R. turncoats. We must not accept accept the irresponsibility of these people.
I was livid several months ago when I received my power bill and it had DOUBLED! Apparently the TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) increased charges for some lame fuel cost adjustment and environmental charge that I really hadn’t paid any attention to to begin with. Shame on me Absolutely furious, I called TVA to find out what the hell was going on. The freaking thieves were trying to recoup their financial losses from the $4 a gallon gas hikes! Geezzzzzzzzz!
I immediately called Senators Shelby and Sessions offices to voice my DISAPPROVAL and wrote both Senators a letter. I also wrote a letter to the editor of our local newspaper RIPPING TVA apart. A reporter called me at home asking if he could use my letter in his front page story, and of course I said sure I also wrote and called retiring Congressman’s Aderholt’s office. It didn’t take long for our power bills to come back down to earth.
WE CANNOT ALLOW CONGRESS OR OUR POWER COMPANIES AND/OR POWER SUPPLIERS TO LITERALLY STEAL FROM THE AMERICAN PEOPLE!
Didn’t Obama say this would happen if he were elected president, that our power bills would SKYROCKET??? He sure did!!!!!!!
Thanks for giving us these pictures to help us remember when election time comes around. Only one woman, Mary Bono, interesting.
Only eight this time, hmmmm. Eight humans that are
wearing the clothes of the GOP yet don’t represent
Conservative Principles. These guys are either completely
clueless or are moreover prepared to plunge us into
servitude. They had better prepare to take their own
plunge at the polls in a few months. We are finding that
it’s not good policy to elect a pretty face just for the face.
Let’s get together to hire actual Representatives of our
interests over theirs.
HOW MANY PIECES OF SILVER WERE THESE COWARDS /TRAITORS PAID OR PROMISSED .
IS ANYONE KEEPING TABS ON AL GORE PERSONAL NET WORTH NOW THAT THIS BILL IS GOING TO SCREW US. US
US.

Which is why whenever I hear an incumbent state that his/her opponent doesn’t have enough “experience”, I ask myself, “what “experience” are they speaking of”? The experience of being paid off to cram garbage bills and programs down our throats? That kind of experience?
We need fiscal conservatives and the only way it seems to get them is to vote for those with little or no “experience”.
I think it is the perfect time to elect a fiscal conservative without the incumbents style of “experience”. If they do not come through we can vote them out. We really do not need the buffoonery that these old style politicians(Dems and Republicans) are feeding us.
I would be willing to start with Gov Sarah Palin and Joe Scarborough, for starters. Gen Colin Powell served our country beyond measure and he is presently being ridiculed by chicken hawks, if you grasp my meaning. Jeb Bush is a man who knows how to shoot from the hip. There are many others we can count on in the party. We can be an inclusive party without compromising our principles. We have to in order for the country to pull through, as it will.
[...] is a reminder of the 8 Republican turncoats who need to be voted out of office in [...]
Look at the states they represent and that speaks volumes.
Dick Morris said that the Democrats already they knew had the votes; including these 8 and that they (the Dems) tell the 7 most conservative Democrats to vote against it. This way, when election time rolls around, those conservative Dems can go back to their districts and say “hey, I didn’t vote for it.” The Dems keep control this way from the far left to the middle. It’s all a big WORK!
The best thing we can do I believe is to vote all them (dems & repubs) out of office in 2010 and start over. We need to vote in people who will represent WE THE PEOPLE.

@11
if you find some of those, ship them over.
we could use them here as well
This is a great bunch of pics for target practice, by the way!! Darts, or whatever you wish, just blow it up a bit.
My Republican Congressman says Cap and Trade will be good for America.
And, he caught the Green River Killer.
Did you catch the Green River Killer?
No, no you didn’t.
You can hear his interview here.
http://www.mynorthwest.com/?nid=194&sid=184941
Dave Reichert SPEAKS: says Cap and Trade will be good for America
He argued that the expense would not be what the Heartland Institute, Heritage Foundation, and Wall Street Journal were predicting. He argued that it would cost around $.48 per day and that we would have better national security, more nuclear, coal and refining capabilities, and a cleaner environment with the bill. He argued that the conservative arguments against were mistaken, and that Washington specifically would be better off even though the bill was imperfect.
And, he caught the Green River Killer.
Yeah, it took him a couple of decades, but better late than never.
I hear Fox was thinking about making the Series 24 about Reichert. But instead of showing 24 hours in a day they would have to make each episode a year.
Why settle for yelling at them?
We need to fund candidates that will challenge them in their respective primaries.
Send money to their opponents and they will hear us loud and clear.
I listened to Dave Reichert interview re. the Cap and Trade vote. He started to go on about Green Jobs. I have a point to be made on Green Jobs.
Our present administration has dumped billions of dollars into GM and Chrysler, Why, becausse it will help get them the union vote. Us tax payers will never get that money back. If that much money would have been made availabe to small business loans for our small business it would have had a great impact on our economy and would probably get that money paid back to us. Dave was talking about Green Jobs, this is another union backed group, up to its ears with the AFL-CIO. Bingo more federal money thrown at Green jobs. Why, so they can get the union votes.
