Ralph Nader Says … Impeach Barack Obama, Congress Does Not Have the Guts to Do It & He Would Be Oppose to a Hillary Clinton Presidential Bid
Wow, even I can agree with Nader on some of these points. Here is actually five things I agree with political activists and 5 time presidential candidate Ralph Nader on … although maybe not all for the same reasons. Hmm, wonder if Nader will run again in 2016 and be that outside the mainstream candidate that will potentially take votes away from a Republican or Democrat presidential candidate.
One, Barack Obama should be impeached. I think enough is enough. This president has lied, mislead, covered up and had one too many scandals to last us a century of presidents. Barack Obama is making Richard Nixon look like he is next in line to be Sainted. Republicans have been worried about photo ID to prevent voter fraud when it appears that the current occupant of the White House committed the greatest voter fraud ever perpetrated on the American people with IRS-gate and intentionally misleading Americans for political purposes with Obamacare and Benghazi-gate.
Two, the Congress does not have the guts to do it because it’s abdicated its own responsibility under the Constitution. That’s true, they are gutless, including current GOP Speaker of the House.
Three, Hillary Clinton should not run for president in 2016. This is not what America needs after what will be 8 disastrous years of Obama. Not only has she done nothing positive with her political track record, she also has much to answer to when it comes to Benghazi … but of course, what difference does it make.
Four, It would be amazing if politicians actually acted for the good of the country and not themselves and their political power. Imagine a job policy that was actually conclusive to getting people back to work and employers wanting to employ them? Imagine an energy policy that made the United States energy independent? Imagine actually proving a healthcare insurance solution to Americans that actually worked and was sustainable?
Five, Jeb Bush should not run for president in 2016. Two people are enough from one family to be president out of 350 million. America was not mean to be a monarchy, that’s what we fought a Revolutionary War to get away from. Also note to #3 above, one spouse is also enough, with regards to Hillary running as well. I think we have enough other candidates out of millions of Americans to chose from.
What if Washington politics were no longer defined by partisan gridlock but instead by a cross-party alliance that forged solutions? The alliance would be unstoppable.
That’s the premise of the new book “Unstoppable: The Emerging Left-Right Alliance to Dismantle the Corporate State” by longtime political activist and five-time presidential candidate Ralph Nader, who contends that such a left-right alliance is not just the stuff of imagination but is actually emerging.
When it comes to the current president, Nader said that Obama has violated the Constitution on several occasions and should be impeached.
“Oh, most definitely,” Nader said when asked if Congress should bring forward articles of impeachment against Obama. “The reason why Congress doesn’t want to do it is because it’s abdicated its own responsibility under the Constitution.”
Nader said the president’s use of military force in Libya has been his most “egregious violation of the Constitution.”

The Smoking Email: Benghazi Email Documents Point to White House on Misleading Talking Points … White House Deputy Strategic Communications Adviser Ben Rhodes
THE SMOKING BENGHAZI-GATE EMAIL … THEY ARE WHO WE THOUGHT THEY WERE … OBAMA PLAYING POLITICS WITH AMERICANS DYING.
Yup, not a smidgen of deceit, corruption and cover up …
As reported at the Washington Free Beacon, previously unreleased internal Obama administration emails show that there was a coordinated effort made in the days following the Benghazi consulate terror attacks that left four Americans dead, including Ambassador Chris Stevens, to portray the incident as “rooted in [an] Internet video, and not [in] a broader failure or policy.” The documents were gained by Judicial Watch, as result of a June 21, 2013, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed against the Department of State. The documents show explicitly that emails sent by senior White House adviser Ben Rhodes to other top administration officials reveal an effort to insulate President Barack Obama from the attacks that killed four Americans. WH adviser Rhodes also sent this email to top White House officials like David Plouffe and Jay Carney just a day before National Security Adviser Susan Rice made her infamous Sunday news show appearances to discuss the attack. Rice would then go on all five Sunday talk shows and lie to America and blame a video regarding what happened in Benghazi to protect Obama politically.
AMERICANS DIED AND OBAMA LIED … How much more proof do you need America to show that the Obama administration purposely and willfully orchestrated the Benghazi attack lies in order to distract the American public from Obama’s foreign policy failures ahead of an election? Usually the cover up is worse than the crime, but in this case four Americans died.
Judicial Watch announced today that on April 18, 2014, it obtained 41 new Benghazi-related State Department documents. They include a newly declassified email showing then-White House Deputy Strategic Communications Adviser Ben Rhodes and other Obama administration public relations officials attempting to orchestrate a campaign to “reinforce” President Obama and to portray the Benghazi consulate terrorist attack as being “rooted in an Internet video, and not a failure of policy.” Other documents show that State Department officials initially described the incident as an “attack” and a possible kidnap attempt.
The Rhodes email was sent on sent on Friday, September 14, 2012, at 8:09 p.m. with the subject line: “RE: PREP CALL with Susan, Saturday at 4:00 pm ET.” The documents show that the “prep” was for Amb. Rice’s Sunday news show appearances to discuss the Benghazi attack.
The document lists as a “Goal”: “To underscore that these protests are rooted in and Internet video, and not a broader failure or policy.”
Rhodes returns to the “Internet video” scenario later in the email, the first point in a section labeled “Top-lines”:
[W]e’ve made our views on this video crystal clear. The United States government had nothing to do with it. We reject its message and its contents. We find it disgusting and reprehensible. But there is absolutely no justification at all for responding to this movie with violence. And we are working to make sure that people around the globe hear that message.
More from The National Review Online:
He wrote that the president and administration “find [the video] disgusting and reprehensible,” but said that “there is absolutely no justification at all for responding to this move with violence.”
Additionally, Rhodes recommended Rice herald President Obama ahead of the upcoming elections.
“I think that people have come to trust that President Obama provides leadership that is steady and statesmanlike,” Rhodes wrote. “There are always going to be challenges that emerge around the world, and time and again, he has shown that we can meet them.”
Some words from Rush Limbaugh:
“Benghazi Emails Show White House Effort to Protect Obama — Staff attempted to insulate president’s policies from criticism ahead of election.” It’s everything that we knew! It’s everything we suspected about Benghazi. And remember, we still don’t know where Obama was for five to seven hours. The president of the United States was off the grid. At five o’clock, in the middle of the attack, the last he says to Hillary and Panetta or whoever it was (paraphrasing), “You guys handle it, take care of it,” and he’s gone. So goes the story.
And now we’ve got these e-mails saying that the White House staff redid the talking points. They massaged everything in order to protect Obama, plausible deniability, to make it appear, running of the election, Obama had no clue what was going on. It was not his policy, this or that. He was not involved. Whatever it took, the White House did. That’s the latest from this release from Benghazi. And, yeah, it’s too late for 2012, but it’s not too late for November this year, folks.

39 Year Old Jason Wayne Autry Indicted on Aggravated Kidnapping & First Degree Murder Charges in Case of Missing Holly Bobo … Prosecutors Plan to Indict Shayne Kyle Austin
SECOND INDIVIDUAL CHARGED IN CASE OF MISSING HOLLY BOBO … MORE TO COME.
39 year old Jason Wayne Autry has been charged with aggravated kidnapping and first degree murder in the 2011 disappearance of Tennessee nursing student Holly Bobo. Autry was already in prison, currently serving a three-year sentence in Riverbend Maximum Security Institution, for an unrelated assault conviction. Previously, Zachary Adams was indicted last month on the same kidnapping and murder charges. Tennessee Bureau of Investigation Director Mark Gwyn stated that he believes that there are more people with information and possible involvement said, “expect more announcements in the coming days and weeks.” Holly Bobo went missing on April 13, 2011 in Darden, Tennessee.
According to the documents, prosecutors plan to indict Shayne Kyle Austin, who previously had been granted immunity in exchange for his cooperation in the investigation.
The state voided the immunity agreement because Austin was not completely truthful and forthcoming, according to an email from Assistant District Attorney General Beth Boswell to Austin’s lawyer, Luke Evans. The email was sent on March 27.
Jason Wayne Autry
A second man has been charged with murder in the 2011 disappearance of Tennessee nursing student Holly Bobo.
Other suspects can expect police to be “on their doorstep” soon, Tennessee’s top investigator told reporters Tuesday.
Jason Wayne Autry, who is already in prison for an unrelated assault conviction, was indicted on especially aggravated kidnapping and first-degree murder charges by a special grand jury Tuesday, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation Director Mark Gwyn said at a news conference in Decaturville Tuesday afternoon.
Autry, 39, was a longtime friend of Zachary Adams, 29, who was indicted last month on the same kidnapping and murder charges, Gwyn said. Autry, from Holladay, Tennessee, has a lengthy criminal history, he said.

NBA Commissioner Adam Silver Bans for Life Clippers Owner Donald Sterling from NBA … Pushes to ‘Force Sale’ of Team Over Racist Comments
BANNED FOR LIFE …
Ahead of a possible boycott of NBA playoff games, NBA commissioner Adam Silver gives LA Clippers owner the basketball death penalty. Silver announced that the Clippers owner, Donald Sterling, was banned for life and is not to have any dealings with the Clippers. Sterling was also fined $2.5 million which will be donated to anti-discrimination organizations. The commissioner is also going to push owners to force Sterling out of the league. Currently, under NBA rules, 75% of the league’s owners must approve the removal of a franchise owner.
Silver spoke to the press at an 11 a.m. news conference from New York, stating he will “do everything in my power” to force the sale of the Clippers.
“The hateful opinions voiced by that man are those of Mr. Sterling. The views expressed by Mr. Sterling are deeply offensive and harmful. That they came from an NBA owner only heightens the damage and my personal outrage,” Silver said. “I am banning Mr. Sterling for life from any association with the Clippers association or the NBA. Mr. Sterling may not attend any NBA games or practices, he may not be present at any Clippers facility, and he may not participate in any business or decisions involving the team.”
The Los Angeles Clippers released a statement following the lifetime banning of owner Donald Sterling: “We wholeheartedly support and embrace the decision by the NBA and Commissioner Adam Silver today. Now the healing process begins.”
The LA Clippers united last night … “WE ARE ONE” and won their game 5 playoff game last night over the Golden State Warriors 113-103 to take a 3 games to 2 lead in their best of 7 series.
