Drew Peterson Found Guilty of Murder in the Death of Kathleen Savio

The verdict is in for the Drew Peterson murder trial … GUILTY!!!

Finally there is Justice fair Kathleen Savio. Drew Peterson, the 58 year old former Bolling Brook police officer has been found guilty of murder by a jury of his peers. Peterson now faces up to 60 years in prison. Following the verdict Savio’s brother-in-law, Mitch Dorman stated, “Finally, finally, finally. … We finally got that murdering bastard.” I bet Peterson is not laughing this evening.

Drew Peterson, the former Illinois police officer who gained notoriety after his much-younger wife vanished in 2007, was convicted Thursday of murdering a previous wife in a case centered on secondhand hearsay statements from both women.

Peterson, 58, sat stoically looking straight ahead and did not react as the judge announced jurors had found him guilty of first-degree murder in the death of his third wife, Kathleen Savio. Her relatives gasped, then hugged each other as they cried quietly.

Illinois has no death penalty, and Peterson now faces a maximum 60-year prison term when sentenced Nov. 26.

Don’t Look Now But Real Clear Politics Has the Presidential General Election a Tie Between Romney & Obama at 46.8% A Piece

So the people in the know claim that Mitt Romney got no bounce from the Republican National Convention, eh? Don’t look now but according to Real Clear Politics that averages numerous polls, the Presidential election between Romney and Obama is a dead even tie at 46.8%. Although the polling of “likely voters” comes from Rasmussen where Romney is up +3% over Obama.

It is just hard to imagine that an incumbent president with such a poor economics record, with unemployment over 8% and job growth sliding the wrong direction and at anemic levels. All the excuses can be made by Obama, former President Clinton and all, but the fact of the matter is that Barack Obama promised he would fix the economy in 3-4 years otherwise it would be a one term proposition. In other words Obama claimed, read mu lips, I will fix the economy. If such proclamations can be held against past Presidents, its good for this goose as well.

An incumbent President under 50% is hardly the place to be just a couple of months before the election.

Charles Krauthammer Comments on Clinton Speech: “It Was a Giant Swing and a Miss”

Charles Krauthammer commented on Fox News last night following former President Clinton’s speech at the DNC, Krauthammer stated that he that that Bill Clinton struck out. He stated that it was a typical Clinton speech, but was one of the strangest nomination speeches ever given, It sounded more like a campaign speech for a third Clinton term. Krauthammer went on to say that no other president could have done any better than this or fix this, referring to the American economy. However, Barack Obama’s slogan in 2008 was, “yes we can”. Krauthammer considered Clinton’s speech as a wasted opportunity.

This is a must see VIDEO, Krauthammer explains in great deal the differences between Obama and Clinton and how both went about their second two years in office in completely opposite ways. Clinton went to the middle and compromised with Republicans following the 1994 Republican revolution. In contrast Obama doubled down and went further Left after the 2010 midterm shellacking.

“I think it was a giant swing and a miss. Mighty Casey, and Bill Clinton is a natural, struck out on this. I don’t think it will move the needle whatsoever… The This was one of the strangest nomination speeches ever given.”

Who really believes that Barack Obama is going to fix the economy like Bill Clinton did back in the day? First of all there is no dot.com bubble. Second, Obama is no Clinton. Third, before everyone starts singing the glowing praises of Clinton, he did leave office in a down turn in the economy as the dot coms fell apart. Only 32% of American likely voters think Obama and Clinton see eye to eye on the economy.

Democrats Continue Nasty Nazi Comments … SC Democratic Party Compared Gov. Nikki Haley (SC-R) to Adolf Hitler Mistress Eva Braun

What ever happened to that civility that President Barack Obama called for when he traveled to Tucson, AZ following the shooting of Rep. Gabby Giffords that left six dead and 14 injured? Obama stated, “We can do better”. Really Mr. President, you might want to start by reining in your own party.  Talk about leading from behind, President Obama cannot control his own party, is it any wonder he has failed America.

In yet another display of complete ignorance and vile behavior, Democrats have compared another Republican to Nazi’s at the RNC convention in Charlotte, NC. Dick Harpootlian, the South Carolina Democratic Party chairman, made the comment that South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley “She was down in the bunker à la Eva Braun.” Of course Braun was the mistress of Nazi leader Adolf  Hitler. Sick.

“The latest offender is Dick Harpootlian, the South Carolina Democratic Party chairman, whose outrageous words I will not repeat,” said former Sen. Norm Coleman (Minn.) in a statement released by the Romney campaign. “In recent days, we’ve seen similarly disgraceful statements from a top Kansas Democratic delegate and from the chairman of the California Democratic Party.

“President Obama has called for civility in American politics. If his call is to be taken seriously, it’s time for the President to rein in those of his supporters and allies who are trivializing Nazism while also shamelessly trampling on the most basic rules of American political discourse.”

Harpootlian made the comments in reference to a Republican National Committee rapid-response center in the basement of the NASCAR Hall of Fame in Charlotte, N.C.

“She was down in the bunker à la Eva Braun,” he said.

Earlier in the week, California Democrat Party chair John Burton compared the GOP to Nazi propagandist Joseph Goebbels. GOP Presidential nominee called on Team Obama to tamp it down on the Nazi comments. Ya think? However, don’t hold your breathe Mitt, these folks are just some of the most vile, rotten human beings that will say anything without the slightest bit of compassion or caring.

Mitt Romney’s campaign issued a statement Wednesday demanding Democratic officials “cease and desist from comparing those with whom they disagree to Nazis” after the chairman of the South Carolina Democratic Party compared Gov. Nikki Haley (R-S.C.) to Adolf Hitler mistress Eva Braun.

Jamming Wearing Fool seconds the notion that Dems at this convention are just vile creatures as they state, “Hey, they trample upon their own delegates. Smearing Republicans all day, every day is nothing. Heck, this rockhead Harpootlian even doubled down.” And that is exactly what Harpootlian did. He felt no apology was needed. Just plain sick. But if you boo God, what else would one expect?
