Bill Clinton Disagrees With Obama Again … US Economy Already is in a Recession, Urges Congress to Extend All Bush Tax Cuts

Don’t look now Barack Obama, but Bill Clinton is acting as President in the wake of your lack of leader ship and fiscal responsibility.

It is obvious that President Barack Obama needs Bill Clinton to campaign for him in 2012; however, the former President Clinton is subject to go off the reservation in a more biting way than VP Biden ever could. After Obama and his reelection peeps have stressed class warfare and the evil rich, Clinton went against Obama and urged the Congress to pass all of the Bush tax cuts before they expire at years end.

Clinton to Obama: How many times must I tell you, extend the Bush tax cuts

Former President Bill Clinton told CNBC Tuesday that the US economy already is in a recession and urged Congress to extend all the tax cuts due to expire at the end of the year.

In a taped interview aired on “Closing Bell,” the still-popular 42nd president called the current economic conditions a “recession”  and said overzealous Republican plans to cut the deficit threaten to plunge the country further into the debt abyss. Clinton’s office released a statement after the interview.

“What I think we need to do is find some way to avoid the fiscal cliff, to avoid doing anything that would contract the economy now, and then deal with what’s necessary in the long term debt-reduction plans as soon as they can, which presumably would be after the election,” Clinton said.

Don’t look now but Clinton is saying what is good for America, Obama is just playing election politics and doing what is best for Obama. Don’t think for one second that Bill Clinton is not doing this purposely. Obama needs Clinton because he cannot run on his record, and Bill Clinton knows it.

Hey Bill… the real plan I think is to expand the economy by contracting the government.

Clinton is just trying to wake up the public that they elected an amatuer for the job of POTUS. This is Clinton’s way of getting even with the Democratic party for not getting behind Hillary in 2007.

Not for anything, as far as overall ability as Commander in Chief—Slick Willy blows Obama’s arse out of the Water on a bad day for Bill.

For a Democrat, he was one of the most effective ones ever to serve, IMO. In terms of managing the Economy, and what he did for America’s Job Security-Clinton had a pretty solid record. Honestly, the Man is very intelligent. Can’t take that away from him or his Wife.

Everything he said above is true. Too bad the EMPTY SUIT in Office running for re-election is completely CLUELESS.

#2-ATG—While your observation may well be correct, I also feel that WJC likes to stay relevant and remain in the Limelight.

His Ego is just too large for him not to have a voice in Modern American Political History.

I lost so much faith in him when he lied about Lewinsky to the American Public, but something about the Man continually draws me back to actually wanting to listen and pay attention to what he says.

I know many here despise the former President and his Wife, but IMOO, I think he is extremely intelligent and will go down in History as one of the best 2-term Presidents to ever serve our Nation.

Transgressions and a some obvious mistakes aside, I commend him and Hillary for devoting their lives to serving our Country.

BTW, Hillary is a much stronger woman than I. For sure, I would have kicked Slick Willy’s arse to the curb after the Intern Affair Fiasco. But, alas, Hillary is a shrewd Political figure herself. I do believe she stayed by Bill because she truly does love him, but also to further extend her Political career, which, IMO has also been pretty outstanding.

Although I’m voting for Mitt Romney this year, guess I’m not afraid to admit I actually like the Clinton’s.
