Team Obama Offered Rev. Wright a $150,000 Bribe to Shut Up & Go Away in 2008 After Sermon Videos Surfaced

It would appear that Barack Obama’s chickens are coming home to roost … Where was the MSM covering this story?

According to the New York Post, in 2008 the Obama campaign offered the Reverend Jeremiah Wright $150,000 to shut up and go away after videos surfaced of Wright ranting “God damn America” from the pulpit. The very pulpit of the church that Barack Hussein Obama attended for 20 years. Let us not forget when pastor Wright states, “all white people are liars”. It would seem that Obama’s campaign had to distance themselves at all cost and get away from Rev. Wright and his inflammatory words. At all cost, Obama’s minions could not let the truth come out about Barack Oabma’s past and affiliations.

When sermons of Obama’s Chicago pastor, Jeremiah Wright, surfaced during the Iowa primaries, it threatened to derail Obama’s campaign. ABC aired one where Wright screamed, “Goddamn America!” Edward Klein interviewed Wright, who told him Obama’s team tried to buy his silence.

‘Man, the media ate me alive,” Wright told me when we met in his office at Chicago’s Kwame Nkrumah Academy. “After the media went ballistic on me, I received an e-mail offering me money not to preach at all until the November presidential election.”

“Who sent the e-mail?” I asked Wright.

“It was from one of Barack’s closest friends.”

“He offered you money?”

“Not directly,” Wright said. “He sent the offer to one of the members of the church, who sent it to me.”

“How much money did he offer you?”

“One hundred and fifty thousand dollars,” Wright said.

“Did Obama himself ever make an effort to see you?”

“Yes,” Wright said. “Barack said he wanted to meet me in secret, in a secure place.

Obviously the Rev. Wright did not take it, so the in the tank media for Obama made a conscious effort never to press candidate Obama on his association with Wright and the fact that Obama spent 20 years in the pews and never heard such comments.Instead, Obama threw Wright under the bus.

As stated by Legal Insurrection, the Washington Post was so quick to write on the bogus Mitt Romney’s bullying BS story. But what else would we expect from a bias, liberal MSM who at all cost will do anything for an Obama reelection?

The Washington Post, all too happy to cover in detail the now-discredited story about Romney’s supposed bully incident, has yet to report on the story. Perhaps they’re still busy re-editing their myriad Romney hit pieces.

There had to be a group of people in the Democratic Party that wanted Obama to be elected. They were willing to do anything required to get it done.

The Republicans did not respond when they found out the lengths that the Democrats went to in order to win.

Today blog sites like this one and others as in the ones referenced will have to provide the truth to the people. The main stream newspapers and most of the TV media are all in the tank for the Democrats.

How did this happen? It is time that good investagtive reporters outside the “lamestream media” begin to expose all the “Chicago style thuggery” used by the Obama campaign.

The people in the story regarding Romney and his pranks should get a good lawyer and sue the Washtington Post for all they can get. Romney may have a case as well. This is the only way to stop this nonsense.

They tell me that Black Liberation Theology
is just another name for Marxism….oh, say
it isn’t true. Barry never heard that part I bet,
in spite of those ample ears of his.

[...] Michelle Obama like Oprah? Did the Obama team try to pay off Rev. Jeremiah Wright? Does any of this [...]

I think this JUICY LITTLE TIDBIT of information DIRECTLY from Wright himself needs to be fully exposed.

This makes good fodder for a nice Ad for the GOP to go all out on Obama.

$150k offer and Obama wants to meet in “secret”?

What does this tell America about the Commander in Chief? He is so full of what makes the grass grow green. He’s a liar, and a hypocrite and he wants 4 more years in office to further deceive and lie to the American Public.

      Pathetic!!!!!!!!!

When his 20 year Trinity United membership is considered … Barack Obama’s Marxist/racist leanings were exposed prior to the 2008 Presidential election but … he emerged the victor nevertheless. Why?

#5- Janet- You certainly raise a valid question. I think to save me and others like me from going on a long diatribe, we all are aware and know very well the many factors leading up to why Barack Hussien Obama won the election and became our President.

Honestly, David Plouffe, IMO, did so much behind the scenes and a lot of Obama’s success was his unbelievable ability to raise millions upon millions of dollars in Campaign donations in such a short period of time. Some of it also, (besides ACORN which still pisses me off) was just sheer luck and boiled down to Obama being in the right place at the right time.

Well, here I was saying I would not go in to a long diatribe–but think of the frame of mind that millions of Americans were in at the time. Things for the good ol’ U S of A were not going very well. Unfortunately, GWB was taking a beating in overall popularity among Americans since he was the sitting Commander in Chief. Perhaps GWB did make some mistakes, however you slice and dice it….Americans wanted a change. The War had angered many, and the sub-prime Mtg. Housing Scandal (thank you Barney Frank/Dodd) had really left so many Americans reeling.

When the gifted Orator (thank you teleprompter) that was Barack Obama came along- he capitalized on putting the correct buzz words out there that appealed to many Americans. Hence, the “Hope and Change” slogan he ran on. Plus, when the MSM saw the bright, young mixed race American campaigning- they held on and built him up to be the next coming of Christ himself. It still bothers me to this day, that Obama has always identified himself as “African-American” and choses to ignore the fact that he is, in fact of mixed race. He is half Caucasian, but of course, doesn’t like to go there about he, himself- I believe being Racist and Un-American.

All I know is, 4 years in, this arrogant Commander in Chief is running his re-election campaign with the sights, sounds and smells of being the Leader who has taken our Nation out of great debt, restored jobs to the economy, and taking FULL credit for the capture of Osama Bin Laden to boot. His whole theme now is—Well, maybe I haven’t accomplished everything I set out to initially- but, you know- just disregard all of my broken promises and lies, America- because at least things in our Country have gotten “better”.

The sad truth is, anyone even halfway educated about Finance, Global Politics and American Politics in general would be wise to garner that this is a huge JOKE.

Things have, in fact, gotten worse and if America does not elect a Republican in to office for at least the next 8 years, I personally do not see America’s overall state of affairs doing anything but reaching disasterous proportions in terms of America’s Economic status.

Look at the situation Greece and most of Europe is currently in,it is not looking pretty and the end result DOES and WILL affect America. It already has.

      All of course, JMO.

    7. Dolf on May 16th, 2012 5:27 am

If Greece goes, French banks will loose about 70 billion euo’s.
      France is basicly bankrupt.

    8. NGBoston on May 16th, 2012 10:42 pm

France sucks. After they turned their backs on us on 9/11 (and we have hundreds of our soldiers buried in the beaches of Normandy) the French can kiss my lovely ass.

The French are P*ssies and no, not the Willow kind.

I’m glad they are broke. Maybe I will get back there one day to view the Eiffel Tower or visit the Louvre, but I’m in no rush. Plus, in my travels there I have found some are rude to American Tourists so kiss off.

    9. Dolf on May 18th, 2012 3:23 am

lol…thats not entirely a anti-US thing. The French are an arrogant bunch and even the normal French ppl say that the ppl from Paris are arrogant and rude.
But you shouldn’t be glad that they are broke. global economy remember, if they go it would create a tidal wave.

and I am not a big fan of the French, but they were on board right after 9/11. They turned their back when the Bush admin wanted to attack Iraq.

Have you been to the beaches? (d-day beaches), I also visisted the US cemetery, was very impressing.

    10. NGBoston on May 18th, 2012 10:32 am

#9-Dolf. I have found the French to be rude.

You are correct that the Global economy directly affects the US economy, of course I know that.

I don’t agree that the French were on board after the attacks of 9/11. If my memory serves me correctly, the biggest ally at the time that GWB had to rely on were the British, and others.

I supported GWB’s decision to attack. People can call me insane, but to this day, I am a firm believer that there WERE many, many WMD’s and they were mobile, hidden, moved around continually and destroyed. Anyone who believes otherwise is foolish.

Saddam Hussien was an evil Dictator, a Murderer and he needed to be dealt with accordingly. So did Osama Bin Laden.

I apologize if I sometimes seem to have an adtitude about other Nations globally regarding the US- because my overall feeling is that the US is the greatest and strongest Country in the World, that WE HELP EVERYONE and when push comes to shove- what do we get back?

It’s all about the respect, Dolf. Many International Cultures are jealous of and resent Americans, calling us greedy, shallow and selfish.

Hundreds of Thousands of OUR American Military Men and Women have given their lives to defend and help attain Freedom for our allies overseas.

The Italians (and I am Italian-American!) and the French really need to kick it up a notch as far as I am concerned when it comes to aligning with America when we are at War.

Just my opinion, and yes, I went to the d-day beaches and was profoundly moved by the experience.

BTW, I do want to give compliments to Belgium, which I did like and Austria and the Swiss Alps. Delightful.

Amsterdam is ok, but honestly, nice place to visit but I would never want to live there.

Queen Beatrice disappointed me greatly with not addressing the Natalee Holloway Case so it is going to take me awhile to warm up to your part of the World again, Dolf but I do appreciate some of Europe.

Good baguets, croissants, gelato, art, fashion and design and the Coast of Tuscany is my favorite. Just beautiful. Ditto Swiss Alps.

      Have a nice weekend, Dolf.

    11. Dolf on May 19th, 2012 3:22 am

After 9/11 all the Western countries were on board.
As soon as the Bush admin set their sights on Iraq…cracks appeared. I also believed he must have had some, but it turned out he was bluffing (bad bluff) and yes he was a murdered that the world could do without.

Queen Beatrix is not allowed to say much, she needs to go through the prime minister first. Besides how many heads of states adress these issues?

      ah…Tuscany….going there in July :)

    12. Dolf on May 19th, 2012 3:23 am

I do want to visit the US someday…only the way your treated at airports doesn’t tempting.
