Cincinnati Bengals Jerome Simpson Head Over Heals Touchdown Flip … Even the Russian Judge Gave a 9.9
HEAD OVER HEALS IN CINCINNATI …
Not only was this the highlight play of the NFL weekend, it might have been the best of the year. Cincinnati Bengals WR Jerome Simpson scored a TD as he flipped into the end zone. The flip was great enough, but he sticks the landing. Even the Russian judge gave the US athlete a 9.9. Simply amazing, Nadia, Olga, Mary Lou would be proud and for the younger generations, Shawn Johnson and Nastia Liuken gave a thumbs up as well. The only thing that was missing from Simpson’s flip was a lay-out tsukahara. The Bengals defeated the Arizona Cardinals 23-17 to keep their playoff chances alive.
Gallup Poll: Most Americans Still Say They Are Better Off Than Their Parents … Might Want to Check Out that $15+ Trillion Debt
REALLY? SOME MAY WANT TO TAKE A BETTER LOOK AT THEIR CIRCUMSTANCES …
A recent Gallup poll showed that most Americans still say they are better off than their parents. REALLY? 69% of those polled said that they were better off than their parents, 29% said, not so much. Unless you are comparing your parents who lived during The Great Depression or the Carter 1970′s, the poll results are a bit hard to believe. Heck, many are not better off than I was in my mid to late 20′s. Of course those making more $’s say they are better off; however, I really wonder how much the younger folks in this survey understand the debt they owe in the future. They might be singing a different tune.
High-income Americans are significantly more likely than those with lower incomes to say they are doing better financially than their parents were when they were the same age. Still, even a majority of lower-income Americans say they are better off financially than their parents were.
Maybe Gallup should have polled the 1 year old to 10 year old demographic and the unborn who will be responsible for paying off the out of control $15 trillion (DEBT CLOCK), every growing debt run up by those who state they are better off then their parents! With this present economy, the number of unemployed, records number of food stamps, poor housing market, energy costs and the out of control federal debt, it is hard to believe how individuals think they are better off than their parents.
The fact that you have less liberties today than your parents did automatically makes you less better off than your parents.
Oh but wait according to ABC News, seniors will get an increase of $38 a month. BIG WOOP! Reason why there is an increase … inflation is on the rise.

Political Cronyism/Nepotism, Senator Schumer (NY-D) Brother-in-Law Kevin McNulty Named to the US District Court in New Jersey
Once again with cronyism & nepotism politics, it is not what you know, it’s who you know …
Senator Schumer (NY-D) brother-in-Law, Kevin McNulty, was nominated under the cloak of silence this month to a US District federal judgeship in December. Go figure. The nomination has many the the “Garden State” of NJ crying foul and party politics cronyism. Any wonder why Congress gets such a low approval rating?
Schumer … Really, there was no Democrat party Cronyism here, trust me
Sen. Charles Schumer’s brother-in-law was quietly nominated this month to a federal judgeship in New Jersey — a move that has some in the Garden State crying political foul, The Post has learned.
Kevin McNulty, who is married to Schumer’s sister, Fran, was named to the US District Court by the White House late on Friday, Dec. 16. According to a boilerplate quote, President Obama believes McNulty is a “distinguished individual” who “will serve the American people with integrity and a steadfast commitment to justice.”
What no one mentioned is that McNulty, 57, was the last-minute choice of Lautenberg, who had been leaning toward other candidates until surprisingly submitting McNulty’s name to the White House.
Lautenberg and his aides have given no public explanation for the decision to go with McNulty even though the latter had never been publicly touted as a contender for the job, which carries life tenure and a $174,000-a-year salary.
Senator Lautenberg and his aides have given no public explanation for the decision, the White House also declined to comment, as did McNulty. Of course they did, why should anyone think there needs to be transparency or comments to “WE” peons. Senator Lautenberg’s peeps have denied any political motives. Sure there wasn’t, who is up for reelection in 2014? As we have learned with Democrats and New jersey politics, there is never a holiday for party cronyism. That would be 87 year old US senator Frank Lautenberg of course. Please tell me that Lautenberg is not going to run for Senate at the age of 90.
People involved in the judicial-nomination process in New Jersey told The Post they believe the surprise nomination was a naked political maneuver by the 87-year-old Lautenberg to stay in Schumer’s good graces. Lautenberg is worried that party elders will try to push him out of his beloved Senate seat because of his advanced age — something that Schumer, one of the party’s top opinion makers and fund-raisers, would be able to stop.
“McNulty came out of left field,” said another source involved in the Jersey judicial politics. “McNulty’s not a dumb guy, but people were just, like, ‘How’d that happen?’ ”

Merry Christmas from Occupy Nashville, How Classy, #Occupy Nashville Gals Duke It Out on Christmas Day
It does not seem that the Occupy Nashville folks got the message of “Peace on Earth, Good Will toward Men”. So much for these gals understanding the “Reason for the Season”.
Should we expect anything any different from the OWS protesters? As reported at News Channel 5 in Nashville, TN, two Occupy Nashville woman decided to have a battle royal on Christmas Day at Legislative Plaza. How Nice. One of the women was three months pregnant. I guess they didn’t have any businesses or banks to battle on Christmas Day as they were closed, so they fought each other. FA-LA-LA …
YET ONE MORE THING I HAVE NEVER SEEN AT A TEA PARTY RALLY … A CAT FIGHT
Protestors have been together since October 6 th occupying Legislative Plaza. But on a day that many intended to be full of festivities, quite the opposite took center stage for a time.
“Well, today we’re celebrating mainly Christmas, but all holidays, of course,” said protestor Lauren Mindos.
The group’s plan to celebrate the holidays together seemed fitting, especially since they’ve spent so much time together over the past few months and friends have become like family.
“It was a beautiful day. There was music,” explained Mindos. “There was dancing.”
However, that peace didn’t last the entire day.
The Occupy Nashville freeloaders have vowed to stay at Legislative Plaza and be a public eyesore. Just curious, how come Nashville does not treat the homeless in the same way they do these Occupy protestors? I have no issue with their right to protest; however, no one has a right to live in a public place paid for by all tax payers, that would be called trespassing.

Exactly What is Wrong with Politics: RINO US Senator Dick Lugar Complains that Tea Party Trying To Reclaim GOP’s Conservative Principles is Responsible for Republican Senate Minority…
Hey Senator Dick Lugar, how about some cheese with that whine!
RINO Senator Dick Lugar (IN-R) appeared on CNN’s State of the Union. over the weekend and blamed the Tea Party for killing off Republican efforts to gain a majority in the US Senate. He also went on to bitch and moan that he dare be opposed with a primary challenge by a Tea Party backed candidate. UNREAL … this is exactly what is wrong with politics and why Americans have such a poor view of Congress. These incumbents think they are entitled to be there, no matter whether they are Democrats or Republicans. How dare the Tea Party dare try restore the GOP party with Conservative Republican values.
Dick Lugar living up to his name on CNN
Sen. Dick Lugar (Ind.) facing a primary contest from the right in his reelection bid said past Tea Party-backed challenges had “killed off” Republican efforts to take the Senate in the past and could undermine a GOP majority again in 2012.
“A Republican majority in the Senate is very important, and Republicans who are running for reelection ought to be supported by people who want to see that majority,” Lugar said in an interview which aired Sunday on CNN’s State of the Union.
“I think the majority of Tea Party people understand that too,” he added.
What an IDIOT! It is folks like Dick Lugar that brought into power Barack Obama and overwhelming majorities for Democrats in the House and Senate in 2008. It would appear that DICK has conveniently forgot the 2010 “WAVE” election that saw the Tea Party phenomenon thrust into office a majorities in the House, GOP Governors, Republican pick ups of 680 state legislature seats, and major gains in the US Senate. I guess Lugar missed these gains and the Republican party is only in the position they are because of the Tea Party. Americans did not vote en mass because of RINO’s like Lugar, they voted against the tax and spend establishment candidates. How does Lugar explain Tea Party favorites Marco Rubio winning in Florida? Or Senator Pat Toomay and the GOP sweep in PA? Hmm, what about Tea Party favorite Ron Johnson who beat incumbent lib Russ Feingold in the blue state of Wisconsin?
