Aruba Authorities Intend to Pursue Criminal Charges Against Gary Giordano in Suspicious Death of Robyn Gardner … What Happened to “No Body, No Crime” With Joran Van der Sloot and Natalee Holloway?
A TALE OF TWO MURDERS IN ARUBA … LOOKS LIKE THERE IS A DIFFERENT SET OF RULES WHEN THE ACCUSED DOES NOT LIVE ON ARUBA OR HAS CONNECTIONS.
35 year old Robyn Gardiner has been missing since August 2, 2011 in Aruba. Her travel companion Gary Giordano said to police that Gardiner drown while they both snorkeled at Baby Beach. According to Aruba LE, Giordano has had inconsistent stories in the disappearance of Robyn Gardiner.

According to Aruba authorities, they intend to pursue criminal charges against Gary Giordano, the 50 year old Gaithersburg man whose female companion, Robyn Gardiner, disappeared on “One Happy Another Murder Island” earlier this month. Really, suspicious death? What crime? Isn’t it interesting that when Natalee Holloway went missing and was presumed murdered by Joran Van der Sloot, Deepak Kalpoe and Satish Kalpoe, the three people last seen with Natalee leaving Carlos N’ Charlies … they were never charged with a crime or ever prosecuted because Aruba claimed … “NO BODY, NO CRIME”.
Gary Giordano
Aruban Solicitor General Taco Stein called Giordano a “suspect in a suspicious death.” Giordano told officials that Robyn Gardner, 35, failed to return to the beach after the pair went snorkeling Aug. 2., but officials have questioned his account. Her body has not been found.
Giordano, 50, who has been held in Aruba since Aug. 5, is due to appear before a judge in a closed hearing Monday, Stein said. Prosecutors will update the judge on their investigation, ask that Giordano remain held and outline how they expect to proceed, he said.
Stein said prosecutors intend to criminally charge Giordano in connection with Gardner’s apparent death, but he did not specify the charge.

Delusional DNC Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz Says President Obama is in “Remarkably Good Shape” Politically … Compares GOP Candidates to Legos
SHE SAID WHAT?
DNC Chair and US Rep (FL-D) Debbie Wasserman Schultz made the unbelievable comment this morning on CBS’s ‘Face the Nation’ that President Barack Obama was in “remarkably good shape” politically. Really Debbie, really? How can these individuals make such comments and keep a straight face? She then went on to make the disparaging comment regarding the GOP candidates that they were like interchangeable “Legos’. The delusional DNC Chair must have missed the most recent Gallup poll that had Obama at 39% job approval rating. It would also appear that Debbie missed the CNN poll that indicates that Barack Obama is down 11% with Democrats support for Obama’s re-nomination. This is how the DNC Chair defines in good shape politically? Incumbent Presidents are usually a sure fire lock for renomination, except if you are, hold, hold … Jimmy Carter. With 15 months to go before the 2012 election Barack Obama’s numbers are trending downward with Democrats. GOOD SHAPE INDEED.
DNC chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz, D-Fla., said on Sunday that President Obama is in “remarkably good shape” politically — and that if anyone has a political problem, it’s Republicans. The GOP presidential field, she contended, is full of candidates so interchangeable they might as well be “Legos.”
Wasserman Schultz, in an appearance on CBS’ “Face the Nation,” argued that despite what appears to be a significant drop in approval ratings, Mr. Obama is doing well.
A note to Debbie Wasserman Schultz, I would rather be “Legos” than “Silly Puddy”. She also went on to play the lack of responsibility card and reference the economy that Obama inherited. Wasn’t it Wasserman Schultz who said in the past that the Democrats own the economy? I guess the Democrats have changed that talking point.
“The president is in actually remarkably good shape, given that he is still struggling to help pull our economy out of the Republican — the Republican recession that he inherited. His numbers are still strong. He still has widespread support. If anyone is in trouble, it’s the Republican Party,” she said.

Barack Obama at 39% Job Approval in Gallup Poll … Below 40% for First Time
ITS OFFICIAL … BARACK OBAMA UNDER 40% JOB APPROVAL FOR FIRST TIME SINCE BECOMING PRESIDENT!
Here is some hope and change Americans can really believe in. Obama’s poll numbers have fallen and he can’t get up.
WOW, HOW THE MIGHTY ONE HAS FALLEN … It was only a matter of time before Barack Obama’s disastrous economic policies and liberal agenda caught up to The One. According to the most recent Gallup poll, Obama is under 40% job approval for the first time in his presidency. To be precise, Obama’s job approval is at 39%, while 54% disapprove. How low can he go?
President Obama’s summer woes have dragged his approval rating to an all-time low, sinking below 40% for the first time in Gallup’s daily tracking poll.
New data posted Sunday shows that 39% of Americans approve of Obama’s job performance, while 54% disapprove. Both are the worst numbers of his presidency.
But Americans’ view of his job performance continued to tick downward as the debt-ceiling debate heated up. By the time he signed legislation averting a federal default, he was mired in the low-40% range.
Oh but wait, Obama bus tour to save the economy and jobs will completely reverse his poll numbers. NOT! Such ridiculous ideas and a President with no plan or answers this far into a presidency is the reason why Barack Obama finds himself with a disastrous job approval. According to RCP averages, Obama on approval of 43.4% and 50.5 disapprove, or a -7.1%.
- Fox News: Approve 42% – Disapprove 48% (difference -6%)
- CNN Poll: Approve 44% – Disapprove 54% (difference -10%)
- Gallup: Approve 39% – Disapprove 54% (difference -15%)
- Rasmussen: Approve 44% – Disapprove 54% (difference -10%)

Michele Bachmann Wins Iowa Straw Poll … Tim Pawlenty Drops Out of GOP Presidential Race
US Representative Michele Bachmann (R-MN) has won the Iowa Republican Straw Poll in Ames, Iowa with 4823 votes. Ron Paul, 4671 votes, was second and former Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty placed third with 2293 votes. Look for Bachmann to gain steam and for the MSM to go after her even more as she becomes a credible threat to Barack Obama in 2012. As noted by ABC News, it is now apparent that Bachmann can now match the organizational ground skills with enthusiasm. It is now looking like a three person race for the GOP nomination between Bachmann, Romney and Perry. Although, I agree with No Quarter, the real; race will be between Romney and Perry, two GOP candidates with executive experience as governors that will be a key issue for 2012.
Bachmann Wins … Pawlenty Out
Other notables in the Iowa straw poll following the top three were, former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum (1,567), Herman Cain (1,456), Texas Gov. Rick Perry (718), former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney (567), former House Speaker Newt Gingrich (385), former Utah governor Jon Huntsman (69) and US Rep. Thad McCotter (Mich.) (35).
“What we saw happen today is this is the very first step toward taking the White House in 2012, and you have just sent a message that Barack Obama will be a one-term president,” said Bachmann (R-Minn.) after her victory was announced.
Bachmann took 4,823 votes, narrowly escaping a major upset at the hand of Texas Rep. Ron Paul who won 4,671 votes. Former Minnesota governor Tim Pawlenty placed third with 2,293, a showing that is likely to raise questions about his ability to continue in the contest.
