Bad News for Incumbent Obama … Quinnipiac Poll: Ohio Voters Divided On Second Term For Obama, 45% – 46%
Its never a good sign when an incumbent politician polls under 50% … such is the case with Barack Obama in Ohio and whether the voters think he deserves a second term.
According to a recent Quinnipiac Poll, 45% of Ohio voters think he deserves a second term, while 46% disapprove. Ohio, is a key swing state that Obama carried in 2008; however, went strongly Republican in the 2010 midterm elections. As stated by the Hot Air Pundit, Ohio is a must win for Republicans. However, the same could be said for Obama.
Ohio voters are split 45 – 46 percent on whether President Barack Obama deserves a second term, but they favor him over an unnamed Republican 2012 challenger 41 – 34 percent, according to a Quinnipiac University poll released today.
President Obama has a split 47 – 48 percent job approval rating, compared to 49 – 46 percent in a January 20 survey by the independent Quinnipiac (KWIN-uh-pe-ack) University.
The problem for Obama in any swing state that he won in 2010 is that he now has a record to defend. Obama can not longer talk and “Hope & Change” or that he is not GWB. He will have to defend Obamacare, the economy and his continues lack of leadership when crisis occur. After being against Bush going to war, Obama has his own war now to defend in Libya.
Polls at this point are pretty much irrelevent; however, the real issues will be what is the economy, jobs, gas prices and the instability in the Middle East going to look like. Voters will have a clear choice in 2012 to decide on in Ohio and across the United States, the failed liberal/socialist policies of a weak president or a return to more conservative, capitalist ways.
One thing is for certain, Obamamania will not exists … We the People know exactly who and what Obama is. The real question is not whether Obama deservess a second term, it’s whether the United States can stand an

Talk About Your Metaphors … Barack Obama Locked Out of White House
Could the metaphor be any more resounding … Barack Obama locked out of the White House.
From WEWS News comes the following story that when President Obama returned to DC only to find that he has been locked out of the White House. Maybe the WH staff thought they were just doing America a favor. As it turns out, the White House staff was apparently not informed that the President was coming back to work before his arrival. UNREAL. Could the Obama Administration be more disorganized and clueless? How could no one have told anyone what the Presidents plans were? This White House’s incompetance is frightening.
Returning from a five-day trip to Latin America, video shows the president strolling up to french doors at the White House and trying the handle on a locked door. He appeared to be whistling as he made his way down to another set of doors that were open.
White House staff was apparently not informed that the President was coming back to work before his arrival.
Don’t worry Barack, after 2012 they are going to change the locks on the White House and you will be permanently locked out.

US Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-NY), I was for Obamacare, Before I was Against It and Wanted a Waiver
More Democrat Hypocrisy on Obamacare … Mandated healthcare for thee, not for me.
US Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-NY) who has been a staunch supporter of Obamacare and has stated in the past that he and the law were one, now states that a waiver would be the best medicine for New York. What happened to one of the most outspoken and vocal, impassioned cheerleaders of Obamacare? It would appear that Weiner has had his own John Kerry moment. Talk about your Democrat hypocrisy from one of Obama’s biggest proponents. Of course, as Flopping Aces aptly states, what is good for his district is quite a different story than what Weiner would inflict upon others.
Weiner, who is likely to run for mayor of New York, said that because of the city’s special health care infrastructure, his office was looking into alternatives that might make more sense. Weiner is one of the health care law’s biggest supporters; during the debate leading up to reform, he was one of the last holdouts in Congress for the public option.
“The president said, ‘If you have better ideas that can accomplish the same thing, go for it,’” said Weiner. “I’m in the process now of trying to see if we can take [President Barack Obama] up on it in the city of New York, … and I’m taking a look at all of the money we spend in Medicaid and Medicare and maybe New York City can come up with a better plan.”
New York is one of two states that pass on Medicaid expenses to cities and localities, so “the city winds up having an enormous Medicaid expense,” Weiner said.
As those at Michelle Malkin remind us … didn’t Weiner say last year that “the bill and I were one?” If Obamacare is such a great law, why are so many looking for ways to avoid it, including the laws biggest supporters?

One Year Later and Americans Have Not Embraced Obamacare as More & More Waivers are Given
Hasn’t Obama learned that you can’t lipstick a pig?
President Barack Obama, then House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and the rest of the Democrats told us when they forced Obamacare down the throats of Americans that they would learn to like it and we all would not know what was in it, until they passed it. One year later and the American public has not “learned to love it”, in fact they want Obamacare repealed. A recent CNN poll shows that the opposition to Obamacare is the same, one year later.
According to a CNN/Opinion Research Corporation survey released Wednesday, on the one year anniversary of the signing of the law, a majority continue to oppose the measure, but some of the opposition is from Americans who think the law is not liberal enough.
Thirty-seven percent of Americans support the measure, with 59 percent opposed. That’s basically unchanged from last March, when 39 percent supported the law and 59 percent opposed the measure.
Those providing analysis to the poll want to emphasize that opposition to Obamacare comes from both sides stating that it was over-reaching and not liberal enough. However, if that were complete true two things would not be occurring. One, the Democrats would not have been routed in the 2010 midterm elections as politicians vote on Obamacare was a major part of that election. Also, there would not be an overwhelming majority of those who wanted to repeal the health care law.
Barack Obama and Democrats had hoped that this intrusibe and over-reaching healthcare law would grow on the American people over time. This important issue was crucially important to Obama’s reelection in 2012. It has not and as stated by Hot Air, Obamacare is just as popular as it ever was and that is not much. Obama has turned one and now enters the terrible two’s.
Then there is the question of waivers that have been given. So many, that Crossroads GPS plans to file a federal lawsuit Wednesday in D.C. District Court against the Department of Health and Human Services.
At issue is the Obama administration’s criteria for granting 1,040 of the temporary health care reform waivers to businesses, labor groups and a handful of states. Those organizations are being allowed to opt out of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act — at least until 2014 — in order to let them develop systems and alternatives to meet the health care reform law’s strict coverage requirements.

VP Joe Biden Shows Up to NY Yankees Spring Training for Photo Op as US Wages War in Libya, Middle East in Crisis & Japan Recovers
Is it possible that President Obama and VP Biden could actually take their jobs serious?
While President Barack Obama plays tourist in Latin America,VP Joe Biden not to be outdone takes time for a photo op and some laughs at NY Yankee Spring Training. UNREAL. Could these two clowns actually take their job serious, especially at a time in which they have committed US troops to yet another military action? Oh that’s right, Obama cancelled his trip to the Mayan Ruins so to appear to look like a leader.
Mr. President, would an act of war against Libya be considered a big “F’n” deal?
As stated by the Toronto Star, gues happens when Biden shows up to watch a Spring Training game … TOTAL CONFUSION. This seems to be par for the course with any thing done by Obama and Biden these days. That same confusion appears to be the order of the day in Obama’s war in Libya as well. The US along with the “Coalition of the Unwilling” goes to war against Libya in an effort to protect civilians and not target Qaddafi as Obama who wants no part of leading the action tells the world and Libya that we will in no way put boots on the ground. Who tells the enemy what their plans are?
From the overwhelmed, over their head, Gang that Couldn’t Shoot Straight … the Middle East in crisis, Japan struggling with fixing nuclear reactors and recovering from an earthquake and tsunami, more terrorist attacks in Israel and the US is now implicated in another military action, this time with Libya and Biden is in FL at a fund raiser for Ben Nelson and off to see the Yankees (VIDEO).
Maybe the reason why Biden decided to have some fun and take in a game was because French PM Francois Fillon said we were not at war. Could you imagine what the MSM would be reporting if a Republican President and VP acted like this at such a time of crisis? It is simply frightening that Obama and Biden were elected at this point in time of our county’s history. How out of touch could they be?
2012 cannot come fast enough!

Barack Obama Says He’s Keeping His Nobel Peace Prize as He Wages War in Libya
Obama, your defense should not be in keeping the Nobel Peace Prize, you should be explaininghow the hell you ever received it in the first place.
As Obama’s war continues in Libya, Barack Obama told reporters today that he’s keeping his peace prize. Of course he is, it’s not like he is now in more military conflicts than GWB. Oh wait, he is. As reported at The Politico, Obama defended his Nobel Peace Prize stating there is no contradiction because he is saving Libyan’s from being butchered by Qaddafi. So Barack, what’s the difference from what GWB did in saving Iraqis from Saddam Hussein?
President Obama defended his Nobel Peace Prize on Tuesday, saying that Americans “don’t see any contradiction” in him ordering an attack on Libya to make sure “people aren’t butchered because of a dictator who wants to cling to power.”
“When I received that award, I specifically said there was an irony because I was already dealing with two wars,” Obama said in an interview with CNN from El Salvador. “So I am accustomed to this contradiction of being both a commander-in-chief but also someone who aspires to peace.”
Isn’t it amazing what Obama now says as President as compared to when he was a Democrat Senator.
Saying he is focused on ensuring that Libyans can “live out their own aspirations,” Obama defended America’s involvement in Libya, saying, “we’re not invading a country, we’re not acting alone – we’re acting under a mandate issued by the United Nations Security Council in an unprecedented fashion and with unprecedented speed.”

Speaker of the House John Boehner Sends Letter to Obama on Military Action in Libya … What’s the Mission?
Speaker of the House John Boehner (R-OH), in the wake of the United States Launching cruise missiles and taking military action against Libya, has sent a letter to President Barack Obama requesting answers as to what the mission is and what America’s role is in achieving that mission. Since the first cruise missiles werelaunched, the muddled and mixed message from Obama and his minions has been beyond confusing. Obama has stated that Khaddafi should step down, yet others in his Admin have stated they are not targeting Khadaffi and a scenario could occur where he remains in power after all is said and done. What?
I respect your authority as Commander-in-Chief and support our troops as they carry out their mission. But I and many other members of the House of Representatives are troubled that U.S. military resources were committed to war without clearly defining for the American people, the Congress, and our troops what the mission in Libya is and what America’s role is in achieving that mission. In fact, the limited, sometimes contradictory, case made to the American people by members of your Administration has left some fundamental questions about our engagement unanswered. At the same time, by contrast, it appears your Administration has consulted extensively on these same matters with foreign entities such as the United Nations and the Arab League.
It is my hope that you will provide the American people and Congress a clear and robust assessment of the scope, objective, and purpose of our mission in Libya and how it will be achieved. Here are some of the questions I believe must be answered:

Elizabeth Taylor Passes Away … Dead at the Age of 79, Rest in Peace
Hollywood’s most giving an glamours megastars has passed away.
Actress Elizabeth Taylor has passed away at the age of 79. She literally was the last of a dying breed of Hollywood actress from the Golden Age of Hollywood whose life on and off the silver screen was larger than life. The two time Oscar winning actress had a list of movies that is just too long to mention. According to her publicist, “Taylor passed away from congestive heart failure in hospital last night having suffered from the condition since November 2004″. She died surrounded by her children: Michael Wilding, Christopher Wilding, Liza Todd and Maria Burton
Taylor died “peacefully today in Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles,” said a statement from her publicist. She was hospitalized six weeks ago with congestive heart failure, “a condition with which she had struggled for many years. Though she had recently suffered a number of complications, her condition had stabilized and it was hoped that she would be able to return home. Sadly, this was not to be.”
A Place in the Sun (1951)
From ‘National Velvet’, to ‘A Place in the Sun’, to ‘Cat on a Hot Tin Roof’, to ‘Cleopatra’ to the many many others … Elizabeth Taylor will be more than missed. Who could not forget her in ‘Lassie Come Home’? On a personal note, Elizabeth Taylor was one of my mom’s favorite actresses. Never did an Elizabeth Taylor movie not come on when I was growing up that did not take precedent on the tube. I did not realize until later on in life that a pic in my house was not that of Elizabeth Taylor, but was in fact my mom. Now with the passing of Mrs. Taylor, I guarantee one of her biggest fans will be greeting her in Heaven.
A statement from Michael Howard Wilding, 58, memorialized his mother:
“My Mother was an extraordinary woman who lived life to the fullest, with great passion, humor, and love,” he said. “Though her loss is devastating to those of us who held her so close and so dear, we will always be inspired by her enduring contribution to our world. Her remarkable body of work in film, her ongoing success as a businesswoman, and her brave and relentless advocacy in the fight against HIV/AIDS, all make us all incredibly proud of what she accomplished.
Much more at TMZ.
Elizabeth Taylor … Rest in Peace.
