Wisconsin Senate Election 2010: Ron Johnson (R) 48%, Russ Feingold (D) 46%
Who would have thought that the “Blue” state of Wisconsin would be a toss up for the US Senate seat, especially when popular Republican Tommie Thompson pulled out of the race several months ago?
In the most recent Rasmussen poll, Republican Ron Johnson has a 2% lead over incumbent Democrat Russ Feingold, 48% to 46%. If states like Wisconsin are going to be a difficult for Democrats, what does that say for action swing, toss up states in this November’s midterm election? In 2008, Obama won the Presidential election in Wisconsin by a 56% to 43% margin.
The Wisconsin Senate race is still a toss-up, with Republican Ron Johnson and incumbent Democrat Russ Feingold in a near tie.
The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of Likely Voters in Wisconsin shows Johnson with 48% support. Feingold, a member of the Senate since 1993, again picks up 46% of the vote. Two percent (2%) favor another candidate in the race, and five percent (5%) are undecided.
Presently, Rasmussen as Wisconsin as a Democrat incumbent/open toss up state along with Colorado, Illinois, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
Wisconsin Republicans will pick their nominee in a September 14 primary. Interestingly enough, 51% of Wisconsin voters approve of how President Obama is doing his job, while 48% disapprove. However, Feingold is not benefiting from any type of positive view in a predominantly blue state. RCPhas the average polling at +1.8% for Feingold; however, one should hardly doubt Rasmussen polling or favor an incumbent who cannot get more than 50% of the vote.
UPDATE I:Maybe the Wisconsin voters are against Feingold because of such ads where he appears to be using dead people as claims for the failed Stimulus acted worked.

Raid at Foxy Lady on Aruba’s “One Happy Island” due to Human Trafficking … Joran Van der Sloot, Thailand, Human Trafficking … Hmm?
ARRESTS MADE IN ARUBA IN CONNECTION WITH HUMAN TRAFFICKING.
You will not see the following reported or discussed in the travel brochures on why to visit Aruba. Why is that? No where on the Aruba Tourism web site does it reference, things to do in Aruba like partaking in going to a strip club made up of human trafficking. What about fun in the sun, weddings and restricting individuals of their human rights? Shouldn’t tourists know exactly what they are getting themselves into when they spend their hard earned money on a vacation?
Rather than just painting just a rosy picture, shouldn’t Aruba and the Aruba AHATA have some truth in advertising that bad things happen there, NATALEE HOLLOWAY, and continued to due so, HUMAN TRAFFICKING.
What, you mean there is crime on Aruba like human trafficking, say it isn’t so. Human trafficking on “One Happy Island”, never. Isn’t that nice to know that mere miles from the beaches that you visit with your families and streets that your wives and daughters walk that the the Foxy Lady was raided and arrests made as a result of human trafficking. As an aside, isn’t it peculiar that human trafficking be going on in Aruba andJoran Van der Sloot is suspected in doing the same in Thailand. Wonder where he learned his trade?
ORANJESTAD — The Public Prosecutor (OM) announced late yesterday afternoon that the raids and arrests at strip club Foxy Lady regarded an investigation into human trafficking. Supposedly, the strippers were forced to work long hours and were held against their will. [human rights alive and well in Aruba, not]
Scared Monkeys actually discussed the Foxy Lady back in 2009; however, since then the web site has been removed. Looks like some family fun for all, eh? How many tourists coming to Aruba for sun and fun on their white sandy beaches think this kind of debauchery is going on right under their noses?
Foxy Lady Aruba functions as a cocktail lounge and bar featuring a sophisticated menu of hors d’oeuvres, desserts, cigars, fine champagne, wines and liquors. During the day the club provides a variety of massages for men, women, and couples. The late night crowd is also in for a treat with nightly entertainment by our VIP foxies and special acts from around the world including world famous feature entertainers and adult film stars. The club also features one of a kind “confession booths” for those who are feeling a little sinful.
Bachelor and Bachelorette parties are a great sendoff for any bride or groom with several options including a variety of special performances by our international foxies. Also, tables in our VIP rooms can be reserved any time through one of our certified event sales representatives located in several convenient locations across the island.
In addition to the above features, Foxy Lady Aruba specializes in setting up special dates with our lovely escorts and planning unforgettable one-of-a-kind exotic vacations for singles and couples traveling to Aruba.
More from Amigoe – Aruba:
Justice is reckoning with a criminal organization and not precluding further apprehensions. At the time of going to press yesterday, the OM did not wish to elaborate on the facts of the raids and arrests from amongst others, manager Alex Mathew. In total, four persons were apprehended last night amongst whom also a police officer who worked as security guard at the strip club on his off days. How many strippers had been exploited, remains unknown for the time being.

Boy Scouts Boo Obama for Not Attending 100th Anniversary Jamboree … “The One” Sent a Video Instead
Hey Boy Scouts of America, how’s that Obama ”Hopey, Changey” stuff treating you?
Boy Scouts boo Obama for not showing up for the 100th anniversary of the Jamboree. However, President Barack Obama thought it was better use of his time to go on ABC’s “The View“. What else would one expect but to boo the President for not bothering to show up and speak at the 100th anniversary of the Boy Scout Jamboree.
Boy Scouts get their Merit badge in Booing Obama
The sad and pathetic reality is that the 2010 Boy Scout Jamboree took place from July 26, 2010 to August 4, 2010 and on not one of those days could President Obama be bothered to attend.

Delaware Senate Election 2010: Mike Castle (R) 49%, Chris Coons (D) 37%
Will Vice President Joe Biden’s former US Senate seat go Republican? According to the most recent Rasmussen poll, signs point to yes. Republican Mike Castle leads Democrat Democrat Chris Coons 49% to 37%. A GOP win in Delaware will represent yet another Republican US Senate pick up in the 2010 midterm elections. RCP has Delawareleaning Republican and set to be a GOP victory come this November. The loss of the Delaware Senate seat will be a crushing blow to VP Biden and Obama.
Delaware’s U.S. Senate race is basically unchanged from last month, with Republican Mike Castle again earning less than 50% support. But, still, the longtime GOP congressman holds a 12-point lead over his Democratic opponent.

84% of North Carolina Voters View John “Two Families” Edwards Unfavorably
TOP HEEL IN THE TAR HEEL STATE …
Two families, oops two America’s John Edwards overwhelming “unfavorable” in North Carolina. From VP candidate to vermin in just six short years. It would appear that most of the Tar Heel state knows smarmy when they see it.
Change You Can Believe In …
In a recent Rasmussen poll, 84% of North Carolina voters rated John Edwards as a heel, not a Tar Heel. Actually, it is rather hard to believe that there were 11% of voters in NC that considered Edwards favorable. It just goes to show you that some people will disregard anything that an individual does including having an affair and fathering an illegitimate child while his wife was terminally ill with cancer.
North Carolina voters aren’t in too forgiving a mood when it comes to John Edwards, their one-term senator who just six years ago was the Democratic nominee for vice president.
The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of Likely Voters in the Tar Heel State finds that just 11% have a favorable opinion of Edwards. Eighty-four percent (84%) view him unfavorably.
This includes five percent (5%) with a Very Favorable view and 71% who regard him Very Unfavorably.
Just call John Edwards political career toast. No one cheats on their wive, has a love child, while their wife is dying of cancer and lives to fight another day. John Edwards is the poster child for cheating, adulterous pond scum.
