RSSCaylee/Casey Anthony Case: Fingerprint On The Trunk, New Discovery Released, More Motions By the Defense
Orlando, FL– Yesterday, the defense team of Jose Baez, J. Cheney Mason and Andrea Lyon filed a motion to strike the Statement of Particulars including aggravating factors claiming that is does not list the States “facts” to support them. Team Baez is claiming that “may rely” does not meet the burden of the Steele citation used to compel the order from Judge Perry in the last hearing.

If its the States burden to prove guilt, Why is the defense required to show the State anything? I would be concerned with the power of the State indimating witnesses.Even though criminals don’t have to be too bright, wouldn’t an idiot even have enough since to get rid of the tape, unless someone else placed it their trying to better the States case.How did Casey ‘s parents not know she wasn’t working, where did her money come from too pay Zany, and whatever else.
