Michael Jackson’s Doctor Conray Murray Expected to be Charged Monday … Involuntary Manslaughter
It was thought that Dr. Conray Murray, the late Michael Jackson’s doctor was going to be charged today; however, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office it appears that he will face charges next week instead.
Dr. Conrad Murray, lft & Michael Jackson, rt.
Actually, after so much speculation it appears that Dr Conrad Murray will be charged this coming Monday in connection with the King of Pop, Michael Jackson’s death.
Although the district attorney’s office has not confirmed it, Murray is expected to be charged with involuntary manslaughter, which carries a maximum penalty of four years in prison.
While Murray has admitted treating the late pop star for insomnia with the hospital-strength anesthetic propofol, he has denied any wrongdoing. The coroner ruled the singer’s death a homicide caused by a propofol overdose along with a use of sedatives administered by Murray.

Liberal Democrat MN Senator Al Franken Rips the Obama Administration over Health Care
President Obama, between a Barack and a hard place … The Democrat blame game begins within. It’s the latest Fox TV series … When Democrats Attack, Each Other.
Massachusetts Senator was just sworn into office and the Democrats in DC have already started to eat their own. Minnesota Senator Al Franken ripped the Obama Administration and David Axelrod over the failed Obamacare health care bill. How does Obama pander to the far LEFT when Independents are fleeing from him in droves?
Sen. Al Franken ripped into White House senior adviser David Axelrod this week during a tense, closed-door session with Senate Democrats.
Five sources who were in the room tell POLITICO that Franken criticized Axelrod for the administration’s failure to provide clarity or direction on health care and the other big bills it wants Congress to enact.
The sources said Franken was the most outspoken senator in the meeting, which followed President Barack Obama’s question-and-answer session with Senate Democrats at the Newseum on Wednesday. But they also said the Minnesotan wasn’t the only angry Democrat in the room.

The Day The Democrat Congress Stood Still … Republican Scott Brown Sworn In As US Senator from Massacusetts
It’s official … “The Scott Heard Around the World” or at least through the halls of the US Congress in Washington, DC. Scott Brown has been officially sworn in as a United States Senator for the state of Massachusetts.
Do you solmonly swear that you will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic …
As VP Joeseph Biden swore in Scott Brown yesterday and asked the above question in the oath, maybe the rest of the Senators, especially on the Democrat side of the aisle should have run those same words through their head and answered in the affirmative as well.
Not only did Scott Brown do the unthinkable in Massachusetts and win the late Ted Kennedy’s Senate seat, it appears that the Freshman Senator will also be getting Ted’s old office as well.
It’s the day that the Obama Administration stood still as their reign of ramming unpopular legislation down the throats of Americans has officially come to an end.

New Hampshire Independents Run From Barack Obama … Live Free or Die
It’s not nice to fool with New Hampshire Independents …
New Hampshire, the Granite State, the First Primary state … there is a reason why they call it the “Live Free or Die” state. The people of New Hampshire have always embraced their independence and the Independent voters of NH dictate who will win and will lose an election.
Where have all the Independents Gone?
For Barack Obama it would appear that just as in numerous states across America in polling data, New Hampshire Independents are running away from Obama as well. Even with his recent Town Hall meeting in Nashua, NH a recent WMUR Granite State Poll by the University of New Hampshire Survey Center. Barack Obama’s job approval rating in New Hampshire has steadily
dropped since his inauguration; however, in the most recent Granite State Poll, only 48% approve of the job Obama is doing as president, 47% disapprove, and 5% are neutral.
Obama’s approval ratings have dropped primarily among political independents. Currently, 39% of independents in New Hampshire say they approve of the job Obama is doing as President, a 26% percentage point drop since October 2009. Support among self identified Democrats also dropped from 91% in October to 84%. Republicans in New Hampshire have disapproved of the job Obama is doing as president since early in his tenure.
In the 2008 Presidential election Obama won Independents 54% to 45% over Republican challenger John McCain. A 15% point swing from the election. In NH, it’s about the jobs stupid!!!The longer that Obama is in office, the voters hold jom accountable and the GWB blame game no longer works. This hardly looks good for Obama’s reelection bib in 2012; however, the upcoming 2010 midterms look to be a referendum on Obama in NH as well. How will this affect the US Senate race in NH, House and statewide races?
The main sticking point for Obama is the economy; the longer he’s in office the more respondents hold him accountable for high unemployment and other sour economic news
