The defense team for Casey Anthony can spin the evidence any way they want to, the fact of the matter is that if they are trying to win in the court of public opinion … that dog won’t hunt.
You can’t spin away evidence, even though the defense team will try. When the defense cannot explain why Casey Anthony never reported that Caylee Anthony was missing for a month, trying to shoot holes in the forensic evidence is a moot point.
The other problem for the defense in the murder charges is the economic case with the check fraud.

How long will it take before Casey Anthony is suing Baez for an incompetent defense because he is in so far over his head?
Spill it Casey, why didn’t you report your child missing? I am sure this answer will be among the most ignorant ever heard.

Prosecutors still haven’t publicly offered a deal to Casey, but over the weekend talk show host Geraldo Rivera asked Baez, with all the evidence against Casey, why not agree to a plea deal to save her life. Baez says it’s up to Casey.
“Well, that’s not my decision to make. Umm, that, any plea that would ever be taken would have to be taken by Casey and she would have to accept a plea, if one were offered,” Baez told Rivera.
“The proper response would have been, ‘Are you kidding me? She’s innocent! We pled not guilty. We are going to trial,” WFTV legal analyst Bill Sheaffer said.

The man is just not bangin’ on all cylinders.
Maybe deep down even he knows Casey is guilty as sin?
Or perhaps he is just DIM.
Baez is simply not doing his job, not even offering his client (as a Criminal Defense Attorney) her due dilligence. As Blink would say—what kind of Defense Attorney would even take a gamble like this and not advise her to take a plea??
Casey Anthony will never reveal what she did to her child and how she ended that sweet baby’s life. She will take that to her grave with her—but it appears as if she will be on Death Row until her appeals run out if her case ever goes to trial. Either way…Casey Anthony will die in prison.

Per D&A Investigations website: CMA Document Library has posted the affidavit of Casey Anthony http://dgator.com/CMA CourtFilings6.aspx
and I noticed the affidavit is not signed by the notary and does not have the Statutory Jurat. Compared to Casey Anthony’s signature in her July 16, 2008 Written Statement, the signatures don’t appear to match! There is a difference. http://dgator.com/documents.aspx
Just a thought…. Maybe I watch too much CSI, but Have they tested for any loose epathilials on the garbage bag ties?? Obviously, who ever tied that bag, put her in there, and the first image appeared like it had been pulled pretty tight. Just a thought. Hope some one big in the labs reads this.
I am astounded every time Cindy Says, She wants the truth, or, Then we will know the truth.
She will never KNOW the truth. She is hiding under so many layers of denial, it is quite clear she will forever believe her daughters lies.
That family is a box of crazy. At least the brother is keeping out of it now. He made enough of a fool of himself during the frenzy.
I just look at Cindy and Chuckle> Such a horrible time in her life has provided so many people with entertainment. Mind you not the subject. But mostly her and the nutty husbands actions and double talking nonsense since this all started.
And why do people keep saying that Casey waited a month to call police? Casey Never called the police to report her daughter missing. Cindy called the police, with casey begging her not to.
