RSSCasey/Caylee Anthony Case : Death Penalty Back On
Orlando, FL- Late this afternoon, the State’s Attorney’s Office notified Jose Baez, attorney for tot mom Casey Anthony, they intend to seek the death penalty. Prior to Caylee Marie Anthony’s remains found on December 11. 2009, the state had decided not to seek the death penalty 6 days earlier.

This case is certainly a death penalty case and I’m very happy to see it back on the table. Casey killed her 2 year old child, put her in a garbage bag and dumped her in the woods like yesterday’s trash. This SKANK deserves to be put to death, for what she did to this innocent child.
How different the public feels about the murderer’s family in the Sandra Cantu case. You know why? Because they are God-fearing people who didn’t start saying dishonorable things regarding the poor child’s deceased body such as “It was pizza!”
The sad thing is the speculation that the Prosecution is doing this to get a confession from Casey because (and this is mere speculation from MSM) the State has messed up some of the evidence.
Unfortunately the clown act by Casey’s lawyers and family appears to be purposeful in order to mess up the case and leave Casey open for appeal after appeal. May she at least rot in jail while this goes on – though prison is a better place for her.
Here is the interesting factor which will add to the Courtroom drama….since the death penalty is back on the table, appears as if this could have a major impact on how the case plays out at trial…including whether defense attorney Jose Baez can stay on the case.
So, is it “Bye-Bye Baez” since he has not been certified by the court to defend capital punishment cases?
Sounds like it is also ..BUH-BYE CASEY ! WOO HOO!!!!!!!!! Bring it!! Casey the Murderer is going to get the chair or the needle as she deserves. Problem is, there will be countless appeals and she’ll waste another 7-10 years of taxpayers dollars sitting on Death Row. Looks like the Anthony’s may be in some more trouble as well. It’s reported that the he defense wants motioned for records (for any and all records for phone calls, text messages, P2P communications, Internet usage, WAP usage, and cell tower pings) from Georgie-Boy & Cin-Cin and a list of others.

Ya-hoo is right! Can’t help but feel that the latest depos factored in somehow. Cindy’s obstruction is transparent, including not telling law enforcement about the Pooh blanket until December. She KNEW, before that, and I say that is why she asked casey if zanny had a key to their house. She knew it then!
I heard she will get the “gentle needle” on some program last night, if convicted that is. There will be a big “dog and pony show” from all those paid experts!! Hope we can watch it on court TV and see if she gets her smile wiped off her face finally.
I wonder if Casey will be ordering extra snacks from the commisary now that she nows her days on the planet are limited. She’ll be a blubbering whale (literally) by the time she sits in front of that jury.

I think Casey became a product of her upbringing. Just watch George and Cindy for awhile on tv.. don’t take long..It’s a shame little Caylee was caught up in the middle of all of it.. None of them deserved such a sweet little girl. imo

I don’t understand how these people in this family are bypassing all legal formalities like their **** don’t stink. For example, Debra Milke, another single mom who ALLEGEDLY killed her child in Arizona, was put on DEATH ROW only after a cop SAID he has a confession from her, which she never signed. And they were so quick to throw that woman under the bus, when personally I don’t even think she did it. Why does Casey/her family get all these special privileges?? This whole thing makes me sick, how can they defend their daughter whom they have even called a SOCIOPATH??? Why are they not taking their GRANDAUGHTER’S side?
