Orlando, FL– In the last 2 weeks in the case against infamous tot-mom Casey Anthony, The defense appears to be in an all out media blitz to support their recent motions for dismissal. Most legal analysts feel they have missed the deadline for such tactics, and that could very well be the reason for the affront on public opinion recently.

      Defence does not need to put on a defence-all they are required to do is attack every aspect of the prosecution’s case-from LE’s investigation into the disappearance of Caylee Anthony, to the discovery of Caylee’s body, to the search warrants that led to search (s) of the Anthony home. The defence will seek to discredit everything-attack everything- they will accuse the police of pursuing their client, whilst her daughter was missing-they will attack the method of evidence gathering-any little technicalities, ect.,
      I think the case against Anthony is very strong0but fear the conduct and behaviour of Baez at the trial phase.
