WHAT IS BAEZ AFRAID OF AND WHAT DOES CASEY ANTHONY HAVE TO HIDE?
Does Jose Baez know the Florida statutes?
Casey Anthony defense attorney, Jose Baez, has filed a motion for a protective order that 
bars privileged testimony of Bounty Hunter Leonard Padilla, Tony Padilla, Tracy McLaughlin and Robert Dick. Padilla and his nephew posted a $500,000 bond to bail Casey out of jail last summer. Baez’s latest efforts in preventing Leonard Padilla and his employees from acting as witnesses for the State of Florida against Casey Anthony makes one wonder what is Baez afraid of? How much did his client Casey Anthony, accused of murdering her daughter Caylee, say infront of Padilla and company?
Baez argues that Padilla and his employees were working for him at the time so their statements made to the police about what they heard from Anthony are privileged and should not be released to the public. He also says that attorney-client privilege should ban Padilla and his employees from being witnesses for the state.

However, is such a confidentiality agreement worth the paper is was wrote on?
Defense attorney Richard Hornsby in a WESH article says no. He stated that such an agreement is worthless because Florida statutes do not allow attorneys and bail bondsmen to enter in to those types of confidentiality arrangements. One would think that Baez would have known this and advised his client to remain quiet as nothing what she said was protected and privileged.
“Jose Baez should have never had a reasonable expectation that anything she said would be confidential or fall under the attorney client privilege and that’s a big problem,” Hornsby said. “He should have advised her right away — don’t say anything to anybody.”
Another motion filed on Thursday was to ask the Circuit Judge Stan Strickland to put off the trial in her check-fraud case. Cry me a river Baez. No one forced you to take the Casey Anthony defense case and all the legal baggage that came with it. You are too busy? Who cares, your client has committed numerous criminal acts and if you are not up to the defense, get out.
Attorneys Jose Baez and Andrea Lyon argued that they’re too busy preparing for Anthony’s first-degree murder case to handle a fraud trial. Anthony faces execution in the death of her daughter, Caylee Marie Anthony. The trial is delayed until next year at the earliest.

This is more typical lawyer crap to keep the truth from being told in a court of law. Court should deny the motion. The people need the truth.
Once again, I write that Casey’s defense dream team are there for Casey at Caylee’s expense. They are being paid from pictures and videos of Caylee Marie’s smile. It is a shame and a disgrace to all that we hold precious and right. They are defending Casey knowing that she killed her own child. They know that there will be a book and a movie and they want to be famous…Caylee Marie Anthony’s name and her short life..her memory are being tainted by this defense dream team. Casey is poor and she needs a public defender. Justice will prevail in the end. Yes, there will be a movie and yes, there will be a book. Caylee Marie’s smile will not be forgotten and neither will her mommy’s evil deeds.
I WISH THE DEFENSE TEAM WIN THE CASE. THE ONE WHO DIED IS DEAD,CANNOT COME BACK AND THE ONE WHOZ LIVING SHOULD GET TO LIVE AGAIN…..

I agree with aaa…. the monster, Casey SHOULD get to live……
for the rest of her life… behind bars…. with her PEERS…. other thieves, liars & cold blooded child killers.
Even though I believe sociopath Casey will adapt very well to living in prison because she never had any ambition in life anyway… I also believe the ONE THING that can allow this dysfunctional family to continue to behave as if Casey is some sort of victim in all this. Sentence this monster to death & the family forever focuses on poor Casey & NEVER have to face the facts… Casey threw her life away BY killing her innocent baby & then pretending she was kidnapped by a nanny her family KNEW never existed.
One day, the whole Anthony family will have to face the TRUTH…… NONE OF THEM did a damned thing to protect Caylee from a self-centered mother who lied & stole & only wanted to drink & party & sleep around.
They ALL killed Caylee in their own ways because they all allowed a sociopath to be left in charge of this poor baby.
I agree with LI Mom. I don’t believe the grandparents cared anymore for Caylee than her self-centered mom who is more worried about how she looks while her daughter was missing and partying for days. I would be hysterical if my son was gone for even a second and not know where he is! I am sure there will be a book deal and a movie deal, but then this is how you get fame and money in America. As I always said become a felon and you get rich through the entertainment business not the ones who have talent and are struggling. Only in America.
