Missing Caylee Anthony: The Casey Anthony… Bail Bondsman … Bounty Hunter … Media Saga Continues

The case of missing Caylee Anthony has gone from sad, to tragic to pathetic.

Leonard Padilla  is pulling the bond because of “safety” issue? Why didn’t he think about this prior to even bailing Casey Anthony out of jail? Who knew that bail bondsman/bounty hunter decide whether one is guilty or innocent as to revoking bail. If that were the case then 90% of people would never receive bail. If Casey was a flight risk that would be a different story; however, Padilla has decided to play God with Casey’s life. It just goes to show everyone that nothing is free in life and sometimes gifts don’t have strings attached … they have chains.  Leonard Padilla was playing a game of PR roulette and bet on the wrong number, so he says.

Watch the Nancy Grace Coverage of this case … let’s hope the good folks and volunteers of Texas EquuSearch can come to the rescue and find Caylee Anthony.

Somehow i just am not concerned about whether casey anthony is being treated unfairly by the bounty hunter/bondsman. IMO it is their call. I say HIP HIP HORRAY that she is headed back to jail. JMO

      JUSTICE FOR CAYLEE!!!

Now on myfoxorlando, it says that the bondsman is not going to revoke the bail after leaving Casey’s attorney’s office. This gets stranger by the hour. You can only imagine that the lawyer must have told the bondsman something that he thought to be true if the bondsman is no longer wanting to put Casey back in the slammer. Why can’t people just tell the truth? What is the big deal?

I wish that the states attorny would file a paper to get this bounty hunter out of this.. He is a big joke looking for a camera.. When he had no attention, he was gonna revoke bail, now he is not after meeting with Casey’s lawyer, More attention for the Midnight Cowboy wannabe. The dumbest thing he did was bail Casey out. They had her where they wanted..but like someone said on Fox today, he put her at home to talk, get stories straight.. Gawd, this case reminds me so much of Anita, Paulus, Joran and the Kalpoes.

Meanwhile Casey is no more worried about Caylee than the Sloots/Kalpoes are or ever were about Natalee.

      Pathetic is right.

Bounty Hounter is a lummox looking to cash in on a story gone wrong.

Put her ass back in the slammer….can’t wait till she is sentenced. Hopefully, Tim Miller & TES will find poor little Caylee’s remains. At least there are some honest, caring decent people down there trying to help out and do the right thing.

Casey sucks! She is going to get hers and she won’t be safer in prison either—remember Jeffrey Dahmer? Yes, his crimes were more henious but they still got to him! Her days are numbered, and her real hell is about to begin. Parents are idiots and in denial..sorry- no sympathy for them. The only one our heart goes out to is the innocent victim, Caylee. She had no choice…no voice! She sleeps with angels now.

When I hear the parents, Cindy and George, are nurses and x-policemen….can’t help but wonder what were they thinking letting this “girl gone wild” run everything. Without a doubt in my mind they were aiding in Casey’s addiction by not doing anything about all of her behavior and letting her continue to sponge and steal from them. It is often really hard to do the right thing in life, especially with children, but that is why it is called the “right thing”. When Cindy finally called 911, it was a bit too late.

#6- Bun—–you are 100% correct! I agree with you whole heartedly. Much too little, much too late…..and at the cost of their own Grandaughter.

Read this on Gretawire from a blogger..

CAYLEE STORY******** Greta I tried to get the tip line to tell them how she got the info on the fake “nanny” and I emailed you as well! The deputy that was lying for her, RAN A LICENSE PLATE at the apartments. PRESTO! Full information on a stranger! THAT is why he lied and won’t talk to her as well. He is accidently an accomplice. What she did was watch the apartments and the lady went into a unit. THEN she wrote down the PLATE ### and got the Tony guy to RUN IT THRU DMV.

As noted above, the latest news is that the bondsman is not going to revoke her bail.

No offense to any Floridans here, but this turmoil evokes the saga of the Florida ballot, hanging chads, pregnant chads, etc., etc., etc., etc. of our last presidential election.

And now we’re heading into another one….

The people on Nancy Grace jumped all over the protesters and characterized them in a very negative manner. Screw them. I’m done watching Nancy Grace.
A lying, murderous pig was out on bail while her precious daughter lay rotting somewhere at her mother’s hands. People have the right to protest.

    14. Angie on August 29th, 2008 7:05 pm

Still….rather tacky, don’t you think? The others living in the neighborhood haven’t done anything wrong and they have to put up with a bunch of losers with signs. Pathetic. And just in case you are wondering, I do believe Casey knows exactly where her daughter is so I am not taking up for her.

    15. A New Girl on August 29th, 2008 9:04 pm

#9- Maggie…Wow…interesting how all these facts are now coming into the light,,,,,,,

That window of opportunity to fiegn her innocence is being closed more and more each day for Casey, isn’t it? Gotta’ love it. In some strange way, it is news likes this that helps to ease a little of the frustration and rage many feel over the unspeakable injustice done to this innocent child. Thanks for sharing.

I BELIEVE,THAT MAGGIE & (THANKS CARPE) HIT A TRIPLE ON THAT ONE. IF YOU HAD SAID…HER COP BOYFRIEND…KNEW..WHEN HE RAN THE WOMANS LICENSE PLATE,TO GIVE A FALSE STORY…IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A HOMERUN! GREAT THEORY,MAGGIE(CARPE). I THINK HE(EX-COP)KNOWS MORE. POLICE SHOULD QUESTION HIM MORE. I HOPE THE POLICE READ BLOGS, BECAUSE THEIR ARE A LOT OF GOOD Q’s & A’s, BEING SAID HERE…AND THERE!

I believe Mr. Padilla is nothing but a clown, he got his ten minutes worth of fame, go home, withdraw the bond, and make a movie in your hometown.
Casey is as guilty as sin. Her parents are either stupid or blind or retarded. They are trying to cover the sun with a finger. Oh, pleaseee! get over it! The baby sadly its gone, and that liar thing called “the best mother ever” yeah right! knows exactly what happened, and even the grandparents know, but they are probably saying, Oh, honey she is gone, now put it behind you, there is nothing to be done, we love you and we are here for you! Come on, where is your love for your grandchild? I have not heard Cindy lately saying, Oh, yes, my daughter is going to help looking for her, where? in the Orlando swamps near the airport? Get over Cindy and George, you are as guilty as your stupid daughter!

    18. Al Clarke on August 30th, 2008 7:56 am

I wonder if the bail bondsman/bounty hunter gets to keep the fees he charged for providing the bond and releasing this mother? I suspect he keeps everything and does not have to refund anything. If that is the case, then not only is this a PR move to have made the bond in the first place, but was a pretty good business decision – where elese can you make a huge fee and then turn around and return the person to jail because you choose to. Sounds like a screwed up process to me. Although I have no sympathy for the mother because she knows more than she has said about Caylee’s disappearance, this is a sham and I hope does not happen every day in the criminal justice system.

It is his right to recend the bail. It’ is after all his money. I don’t think he was stupid to bail her out. I believe her strongly believed Caylee was alive and seeing what a wacko casey is it was smart of him. If you listen to the jail phone calls she was more concerned with why noone cared about her and it was all about Caylee. By him bailing her out it showed her she had someone. So it was possible that something would slip and he wasn’t looking for a total confession just some grain of truth to work with. I feel bad for him cause you could tell he was crushed after hearing about the DNA. Most people don’t want to try and see the good in people and he tried and unfortunately it didn’t work. That doesn’t make him stupid. If Caylee was alive and he he found her he’d be a hero. Instead of looking and judging him you need to be looking at the insane mother. I read the 400 page report and this lady id out of her mind. Why didn’t the police or anyone ask her where she’s been. Everyone knows she wasn’t at work but no one asked where she was. not that she’d tell the truth but she had to be somewhere and someone had to see her. Honestly my own opinion is she left the baby in the truck to go do whatever and she died there. This girl needs the death penalty.

I have to agree with what the bounty hunter did, pulling out on the bail. I believe it was a safety risk for the whole family but mainly I think having Casey at home with access to a computer or cell phone is bad, she could have an accomplice who would move the body (god forbid) or move evidence that she might have left behind or forgot. She should not have that kind of access. She belongs behind bars until this investigation comes up with Caylee.
