Hypocrisy: Obama Boots GM CEO but AIG Board Member Named to Obama’s Task Force on Tax Reform … What About the Bank CEO’s?
Hypocrisy you can believe in … Wasn’t it just last week that Obama attacked AIG because of “recklessness and greed.” Talk about hypocrisy from the Obama Administration … Obama condemns AIG and yesterday GM CEO Rick Wagoner resigns at the behest of Barack Obama, yet Martin Feldstein was one of the people named last week to President Obama’s new Task Force on Tax Reform is a member of the AIG board of directors.
Barack Obama is so choked up with anger that “The One” saw fit to appoint an AIG board member to his Task Force on Tax Reform. Or would that be a Task Farce?
Over-Reaction of Lib Educators … Connecticut Middle School Bans All Physical Contact, Hugging … Touching
A Milford Connecticut Middle School is banning all physical contact, so says the misguided East Shore Middle School principal. It’s going to be pretty hard to play tag on the playground with such a rule in place.
What is wrong with liberal educators in our society? There is no such thing as black and white, there are just several shades of gray and a responsible society is supposed to deal with the many contingencies. Did the administration at the CT middle school never learn “good touch, bad touch”? No wonder the educational system in the United States is broken. When you have people in charge who cannot differentiate between a kick in the groin and a pat on the back … WE GOT TROUBLES!
Schools are supposed to help children learn proper interaction not duct tape their hands to their sides from 8 to 3. This is just another typical over-reaction and taking the lazy way out. You are a learning institution, teach the kids what is and is not appropriate, not condemn all contact. What a message to send to children.
A Connecticut middle school principal has laid down the law: You put your hands on someone — anyone — in any way, you’re going to pay.
A violent incident that put one student in the hospital has officials at the Milford school implementing a “no touching” policy, according to a letter written by the school’s principal.
