Casey Anthony Case: Boyfriend Lazzaro sets up brother Lee * OCSO investigated possibility of Prostitution

Orlando, Fl-Discovery documents show that Casey Anthony’s boyfriend, Anthony Lazzaro, went undercover for the Orange County Sheriff’s Office early on during the investigation. Documents show that TonE Lazzaro was fitted with audio and video surveillance on his person and in his vehicle before he met with Lee Anthony on July 29.

Hoover appeared to spare no details, lurid or other into the relationship between Casey Anthony and her attorney, Jose Baez. The most interesting declaration was Hoover’s account of an alleged jail incident involving red licorice, Baez and his client, Casey Anthony, as told to him by Dominic Casey.

“He [Baez] started eating on one side and you know, she [Anthony] was eating the other side so it looked like they were kissing through the glass or something,” Hoover told investigators. “Yeah, kind of like spaghetti thing.”

Hoover went on to say that if he were George Anthony, he would have been very concerned about a meeting that occurred in Brad Conway’s office where Cindy Anthony and Dominick Casey were holding hands and caressing each other’s arms.

      ….

Could these people be ANY MORE SICK? It is almost
like it’s a contest to see which one is the most
      disgusting Anthony family member.

    2. scott on March 5th, 2009 2:55 pm

I said it a long time ago I thought there was something improper going on between those two, Baez and the child killer. I first suspected it when she would spend ALL hours at his office doing nothing, NOT looking for her daughter, NOTHING. Think about it: Baez is starring at Amateur Hour as a lawyer especially in this type of case and yet she thinks this guy can set her free?

No surprise about Cindy. She MIGHT be more trailor trash then Casey!

It wouldn’t surprise me if Casey worked as some kind of escort or prostitute.

    3. Teresa on March 5th, 2009 3:06 pm

If she was into prostitution why did she steal from friends and family and why didn’t she ever have any money of her own? I just hope this prositution thing has nothing to do with Caylee being involed. This family is whack!

    8. Confused on March 5th, 2009 6:13 pm

      What about this?

“Jail spokesman Allen Moore said “there is no barrier between the two when they have their meetings.” Moore added that the only barriers, as described by Hoover, are in a visitation room in the main facility, which has been out of use since 2003.

Moore said he had heard that before, but doubted its accuracy. A corrections officer supervises lawyer-client meetings through a window, Moore said.”

I think it’s already been established he wasn’t the father… but we don’t know about George, yet.

      Confused:

It sounds like none of them know how to set boundaries or at least reasonable, moral boundaries. It even looks that way, in the case of Casey and her friends. I’ve heard so much about there being incest in this family that I finally, said; ‘Okay, I believe you.’ So, I’m not touching that. But, I never thought that Casey would, actually, sell her body for money. I thought of her as the ‘sex for drugs’ type.

Carpe’s right… this just gets sicker and sicker.

      Confused-

I saw that from the Jailor, I did say that it was Hoover’s account. I guess the problem is because of his behavior in almost every way, Baez has the misfortune that the public believes it is entirely possible.

The authorities in Florida are a bunch of unprofessional fools. Caylee was 15 houses away and they couldnt find her? What did the authorities know? Seems to me they turned their heads and didnt take this missing child seriously or was Casey a drug informant? And this child was killed due to the mishandling of a drug investigation like many others??? Why cant they find these missing children? Why cant they find 3 men out at sea?? Florida is an embarrassment, or they need to hire professionals to do the job right. If there was a terrorist on the loose, do you think they could find him? OHHHH I forgot, it was Florida who taught the terrorists how to fly planes without landing etc…With all the sex preditors etc you’d think they’d have a better handle on things to keep the children safe. Is Haleigh another statistic of another drug investigation gone bad, her father used as an informant??? The State of Florida has an opportunity to make an example out of Casey Anthony, but are they? You will see copycat crimes all over the place due to the inablity to hold a murderer responsible. Bring back the DP and execute her if found guilty ASAP,,,,,

    20. What the? on March 6th, 2009 10:26 am

IF the investigators where doing a good job, they would’ve investigated and found the father of CAylee by now. This is one of the most important aspects of the case in my opinion. It’s a potencial motive, that’s why they need to find the bio-father, no matter what it takes….They cannot just come to the conclusion that Casey just wanted to party, there’s more…IF they do not find the bio-father it’s a true injustice to CAylee as that could be a major reason as to why Caylee is dead now…What is wrong with the investigators?? They seem to be tiptoeing around the Anthony family for a reason!!! Anyone else would be arrested or tampering with evidence etc! How can one family dictate justice?? Just goes to show how backwards the State of Florida actually is, or perhaps 30 yrs behind the times!

    21. Rusty Bridges on March 6th, 2009 12:04 pm

Hey What the?, Florida has the best LE community bar none. Do you know how big the Gulf is? Do you realize that these men took off their life jackets and swam away from the boat? What is the crime rate in your state? Do you live somewhere like NY, Chic. or Detroit where the mobs run the place. Or maybe broke CA with its overpaid police force. Or some backwater hollar with 2 petite crimes a year.

Caylees body was under water for most of the time, sorry they couldn’t get that to you quicker. I suppose they should inject the whole family with truth serum to get the truth out of them? Maybe wave a magic wand?

You obviously have no clue on how the real world works, so climb back in what ever 30 year behind the times false sense of reality you came from.

    22. Gigi on March 6th, 2009 1:13 pm

For me, the most amazing thing is that nothing seems bizarre or unusual for casey anthony. nothing ever alarmed her parents or her brother yet casey was misbehaving, lying, stealing, etc. long before her child was murdered. how the entire family can stand with casey after the evidence in incontrovertible that casey was the murderer continues to prove what total idiots they all are. i doubt that LE can do anything to change the demeanor or behavior of george and cindy. you would hope someone would have a sense of guilt or morality and feel true pain at the results of their inactions. i pray for justice for caylee but i doubt it will ever come.

    23. HOPE on March 6th, 2009 2:39 pm

      Gigi:

Don’t worry, it will come. The one I’m worried about is Haleigh. They haven’t really searched for her imo… and I think that was the point of What the’s post. I’m wondering the same thing. Put the penalty on the table. She can be found guilty of first degree murder, easily, imo… then leave the penalty up to the jurors. We have got to stop the murdering of innocent children at the hands of their parents. They are not property of anyone, they are gifts from God. Caylee’s blood is on Casey’s hands.

    24. HOPE on March 6th, 2009 3:06 pm

The thing that does NOT amaze me is that Casey told her friends she, supposedly, had a breakdown. Either it’s another lie or Cindy and GEORGE, who has had thoughts of suicidal before, are inept. I can’t imagine any parent telling their child they won’t take her to the hospital (especially, a mental ward) if that’s what they’re asking for… and that’d go double for Casey. I think this breakdown stuff is a lie. If anyone knows his way around the law, it’s George. Plus, many of these ‘stories’ are after the fact ie after Caylee was murdered. First thought, insanity; Second thought, accident; Third thought, victim. That’s the way these crimes run their course. Looks like George has all the bases covered. As for Cindy, Casey and Lee? They finesse their ways around the bases… or at least try to. ;)

      Justice for Caylee!

This case has way too much fluff, It is distracting from the basics of this crime. The police let too much be known about the case and the evidence they obtain either tapes, videos or physical evidence. The State allows things to leak so that the public will dislike Casey even more than we already do. I for one am very addicted to the case and enjoy reading and finding out more everyday, but really this case is about a little girl that wasn’t wanted anymore by her mom so she drug ed her, triple bagged her rode around with her body in the truck, and threw her baby in the woods to rot and get pulled apart by animals.I hope the state plays their hand a little closer to the vest because it is only enabling the defence to know their game plan. the lawyer with the liquorish and the wire tapping boyfriend along with adulterous Cindy does add spice I agree but it won’t get justice for Caylee.

Mother of slain toddler Caylee Anthony faces October trial; judge blocks release of jail video
      Associated Press

      Last update: March 6, 2009 – 7:03 AM

ORLANDO, Fla. – A central Florida mother will go on trial in October on a charge of murdering her 2-year-old daughter.

Casey Anthony’s first-degree murder trial has been tentatively set for Oct. 12.

She is accused of killing her daughter, Caylee, whose remains were found in the woods in Orlando last December, six months after she disappeared.

Circuit Judge Stan Strickland also agreed to temporarily stop the public release of a jailhouse video of Casey Anthony reacting to news that Caylee’s remains had been found until her defense attorney can view the video.

Casey Anthony claimed that Caylee was kidnapped by a baby sitter and has pleaded not guilty. Hundreds of volunteers had helped search for Caylee after she was reported missing over the summer.

‘She should not be in jail right now’ says new Anthony attorney
      March 6, 3:53AM

The newest member of the Casey Anthony defense team claims she will be proven innocent at trial. “She should not be in jail right now,” Todd Macaluso said on Monday.

According to Macaluso, “The more people and the more talent and different experience that we have on the case will certainly contribute to the best case being put on. I think everyone adds a different dimension to a very good trial team.”

Macaluso’s firm specializes in plaintiffs who have suffered serious injury or death due to “aviation accidents, airline accidents, product liability… premises liability cases and medical malpractice cases… He has a 92% win track record in court before juries.”

Macaluso calls the state’s evidence in the Anthony case “junk science” and claims there is an explanation for all the forensic evidence found in the case, including the decomposing hair found in Anthony’s trunk that was thought to be Caylee’s.

“The evidence is going to be very surprising to a lot of people in this community,” Macaluso said.

A court date for Anthony’s murder trial is tentatively set for Oct. 12. Anthony is charged with the first-degree murder of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee.

I do respect your knowledge and understanding of the case. I have no beef. All I’m saying is action should have been taken long ago it is 9 months now and its still cat and mouse. The longer the rumors, leaks, and valuable information is exposed the more it seems to lend itself to a cheapen of the case I believe you are very close to the story and the police do a wonderful job, but respectively if she was in NY she would be in general for life by now and sharing a cell with Cindy

She should have been killed already!

What a complete waste of human life Casey Anthony is.

However, there is this little dealie called the Constitution where you get the right to a fair trial. You are presumed innocent until you have

Lee Anthony is not Caylee’s father
      March 7, 3:33 AM

Lee Anthony speaks during the memorial for his niece, Caylee Anthony. (AP/Red Huber) After DNA evidence from Caylee Anthony was compared to DNA evidence taken from Lee Anthony, it was confirmed he is not Caylee’s father.

There had been an abundance of speculation and innuendo that Lee may have fathered Caylee with his sister Casey Anthony.

These rumors resulted due to reports that Casey made allegations against her brother for touching her inappropriately when she was younger.

In addition, Casey did not name Caylee’s father on the birth certificate, so the mystery remains regarding his identity.

Casey is charged with the first-degree murder of her daughter, Caylee, and her trial is tentatively set for Oct. 12.

ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) – Casey Anthony may need to answer questions in a civil lawsuit deposition and a deputy who responded to a 911 call made by the meter reader who eventually found Caylee Anthony’s remains will be questioned by the state attorney’s office.

On Friday, Zenaida Gonzalez’s attorney filed a motion with the court asking that Anthony be required to answer their questions. In an earlier deposition, Morgan and Morgan attorneys prepared written questions but Casey only answered one: her name. A hearing has been set for March 18.

FOX 35 also learned on Friday that Deputy Richard Kane, who responded to Orange County meter reader Roy Kronk’s 911 phone calls regarding a bag found in the woods in August, will be deposed by the State Attorney’s office on March 13.

Also on Friday, an affidavit concerning DNA reports and procedures was also filed by Dr. Larry Kobilinsky, an expert for the defense.

      dlana- thanks for the clarification.

I think what your really saying is that if this case was brought forth for example in NY, that it would be less “public” and move to trial more quickly?

Your correct in some ways as states under their individual Supreme Court laws governing their bars do differ in criminal law and due process.
In Florida, arguably the broadest PI laws in the country, both sides have to take advantage of the paying field- that’s just competency.

That being said, I do agree that does make for a circus atmosphere but considering the alternative, which I am running into in other cases, I would choose this anyday-

      Here’s why:
In Fla for example, LE KNOWS GOING INTO IT, that their personel records, personal correspondences, all records to the case and all activities are subject to Public Info request and review… THEY STILL DO THEIR JOB.. I cant say that I would be able to operate under that set of circumstances day in and day out. Again, I know these people, I have worked along side of them and am hopeful that at the end of the day LE in general takes a hard look at the successful multi-task, multi-jurisdictional success this has been and will ultimately be.
