Jose Baez and the legal “dream team” … “all the king’s horses and all the king’s men are 
not going to get Casey Anthony off of murder charges again.”
Defense attorney Jose Baez should have told his client Casey Anthony the following comment instead of making it an accusation against the Caylee Anthony crime scene investigators. If his client Casey had provided full disclosure from the outset, rather than never reporting her daughter missing and continually lying to the Orange County police, Caylee Anthony would have been found months ago and this case would never have come to this.

So why did the Dream Team show up at a crime scene that they knew they could not be a part of? The Casey Anthony “Scream Team” should have brought some cheese with that “whine” when they showed up to the crime scene where the presumed body of missing Caylee Anthony’s body was thought to be recovered. Last Friday, 12/12/08, Jose Baez and his defense team was denied a motions to have their experts access to the autopsy and crime scene. What was most peculiar was the fact that the prosecution referenced at the hearing that they did not want defense experts to be privy to autopsy reports and suddenly appear on national cable shows at Dr. Henry Lee had previously done in the past in this case. So what did the defense team do, show up at the crime scene to get media camera face time.

Casey Anthony defense attorney all but accused the Orange County police and investigators of compromising evidence in a Geraldo Rivera interview Saturday night. In typical defense attorney fashion the Casey Dream Team showed up at the sight where the skeletal remains were discovered last Thursday knowing that they were not allowed at the crime scene. So why did they do it if not merely to be on TV?
We wanted to be able to observe, not interfere, just observe … We will see what they leave us with. [Why would they show at a crime scene they were not allowed access if not to interfere?]
I don’t want to accuse anyone of anything. What we would disagree with would be is they were using the investigative powers an authority to obstruct justice in the court room. [Didn’t Baez just make an accusation?]
Where it goes to is the science. That’s why we have put together a team that is second to none. The science isn’t going to lie. [no, that’s the job of the defense attorneys to spin the truth.] So, we just want the ability for that science not to get compromised. [Is Baez making the accusation that the evidence will be compromised?] And the opportunity to see everything. Full disclosure is really the best way to the truth.
However, the States Attorney had earlier argued and won in a legal motion that the police be allowed to do their job. What a novel concept that a crime scene allowed to be processed.
The State Attorney’s Office, along with the representatives for the Orange County Sheriff’s Office and the Orange County Medical Examiner’s Office argued that the defense should not be allowed those privileges until all crime scene investigative work was complete.
Linda Kenney-Baden even went on to say that the police should have opened up the crime scene to the media and Geraldo Rivera. That certainly would have been a stroke of brilliance and jurist prudence. We can certainly see where the defense team is coming from to strictly muddy the water as once Caylee Anthony’s body was found, their client Casey Anthony and her pathetically weak story does not have a leg to stand on.
With a body, all the defense has to play as a card it the … police compromised the evidence. They are sticking to the ridiculous Zanny the Nanny story as they have nothing else. Attorney Baez, you would do best to have your client provide full disclosure at this point.

For God’s sake, do something CONSTRUCTIVE with the public’s money Cindy!
And, let’s not forget about the criminal police impersonator Dennis Milstead who just “hottailed” it out of Dodge with the $225,000.00 of “reward money” that SHOULD be paid to the meter reader.

The evidence looks to be so overwhelming that all the defense has to do as an option is yell and scream.

Geraldo and “Koby”, as Nancy Grace calls him, have gone over to the defense side because they need more minutes of TV time. Also Geraldo went out on boat with Casey’s attorney and his wife earlier in this drama and have a wonderful time. Koby needs more money to continue coming on Nancy’s show where she oftens cuts him off while talking. Cindy and George should live it up while they can, Casey will surely spend the rest of her life in jail. A beautiful child left us who had yet to discover who she really was. I think that is the end of their grandchildren… Does anyone know if Lee has children?
The police have a job to do and do not need 10 other people there scrunitizing their work. The work they have to do is extensive and exhaustive. Henry Lee and the queen botox Baden and others are there so they can write a book on the trial and make money.
But I predict when all the evidence is brought to light, many of these people will not be around. They will have Casey fingerprints all over the evidence. They have a mountain of evidence against her, much of which the police have not released….which is how its supposed to be done.
I watched Geraldo and nowhere did he say she was innocent, in fact, he believes the prevaling theory that Casey killed her by accident…which is plausible I guess….
This is a easy case for the prosecution believe me. They are doing things by the book.
It was a good move by the police to not readily say it was Caylee so that they money mongers won’t mess up there crime scene.
There is no doubt that Casey buried her further in the woods and the tropical storm waters brought her closer.
They have her jail house “confession.” The girl is deep doo-doo and not even these clowns can save her.
Casey Anthony will end up the same place as OJ, without the 12 years of freedom inbetween. Yes, the defense team is certainly doing the “dream team” tango, but they will be hard pressed to find another jury like OJ’s first jury.
I didn’t see the Geraldo show but in the clip I don’t really see him taking the Anthony side, merely letting them ramble on. He says several times on the tape that the evidence appears overwhelming.
Yes, it goes to the science, so they might as well start figuring out which prison Casey will be in.

It completely escapes me as to how a defense team should have access to the scene of the crime. A crime scene is property of law enforcement. To allow access by any party other than those lawfully permitted to investigate it. That’s called CONTINUITY. If this was a murder scene of ANOTHER person, or if there were any indication that it was anyone else, the defence of a perceived accused could contest it as there is a lapse in continuity. Despite rulings or what have you, this is a sacred right of law enforcement.
It seems to be lost somewhere in the defense “Hype” that for some reason, law enforcement is incapable. Wouldn’t it be great if all defense teams investigated murders? No one would ever be convicted.
Baez is pretty much a great white dope, but at least has sense enough to surround himself with real sharks. It’s rather curious that this group of lawyers and consultants aren’t running around the country defending the other downtrodden in similar legal hot water. Why? because Casey’s white, she’s hot, her daughter was cute as a button and everyone is glued to the television and the internet watching this all..
The only difference between Casey and Susan Smith is that Susan had some kind of conscience.. AND a more believable story.

I remember when the baby went missing. There were people all over the place sending them toys for the baby and stuff like that, and Lee, says (on camera) that they don’t want anyone sending them dirty, soiled cigarette smelling toys to their home, and him and Cindy said they would just throw them in the trash, so don’t bother….
These people are so damned ungrateful, it’s pathetic!

Just send it to the “Find Caylee Foundation”, and you can be sure it’ll be used to fund extravagant dinners, exciting stays at opulent hotels, and luxurious cars and goodies for ALL the Anthony’s to enjoy!

Don’t know much about Susan Smith or really any other “missing” person MissKatie… I’m in this one here for personal reasons. I usually don’t get involved in things I know nothing about.
Anyway, all these people are going to get theirs.. I’m a firm believer in “what goes around. comes around”, ya know?
I’ve spent countless hours for the past 6 months (even before the story broke) working on this one here. My heart is broken.
If, as the grandparents still insist, Zanny the nanny killed Caylee, what was she doing in Casey’s trunk. Did Zanny sneak into the towyard, plant the body, sneak back into the towyard later after the car began to stink and Caylee’s hair fell out, retrieve the body, then go to the Anthony’s neighborhood and bury her there?

My biggest concern now is for Caylee to get the respect and justice that she so deserves.
God knows that if I had known Caylee or the dysfunctional family, I would have at least called child & family services or better yet kidnapped the poor child myself! I watch that last video of this adorable child and I think about how defenseless Caylee was and what a bully the mudering slut is.

There is no doubt that Casey’s so called dream team will never be able to pull off the injustice they did in the OJ case. First, Casey is not OJ, a beloved Heisman trophy winner. Second, Bozo the clown (Casey’s lawyer) will be hard pressed to find a jury that is made up of selfish, sociopathic, white trash, whhores like Casey in order to get her off the way OJ’s all black jury let him off. So there is absolutely no question that Casey will rot in prison for the rest of her life. Too bad the rest of her family won’t be sitting their with her.
Where is little Kaylee Anthony’s daddy or does that piece of a woman that proclaims to be her mama even know who he is?
Why are Zenada Gonzales and her children living in a shelter while people are sending money to Casey ?
I feel so sad for little Caylee, I also think how sad the grand-parents must be.
At this point the tot mom should say the truth and her lawyer should help her in that direction.

As I see it, the best thing that Cindy can do to help her daughter is to start chewing gum that glues her teeth together to keep all of her lies, innuendos and other mannerisms at bay. I think she probably has some redeeming qualities as a human being but I have not as yet discovered what they are. Has anyone else?
