Breaking Down the Evidence in the Caylee Anthony case.
What really happened to Caylee Anthony and should the death penalty be brought back on the table by the prosecution against tot mom Casey Anthony? We will break down the evidence and the many facets of this case in several part posts over the next couple of 
days. The evidence does not lie. It is not speculating, it is connecting the dots,
The defense team for Casey Anthony never thought they would have to defend against a physical body. Honestly, the prosecution probably thought the same. How does the new discovery of the remains change the game, especially the presence of duct tape? The duct tape may not only eventually be the key to determining who did this crime but also motive as well and the loss of any chance of an eventual insanity plea.
There have been so many theories by pundits, yet most of them fail to understand the evidence at hand. Many have continually changed their theories as news became available or to suit their agenda. However, most have been mere speculation and failed to take many facts and evidence into account. They have not understood the extent of the previous searches, the environmental conditions of the time, the presence of internet searches on the Anthony computer, the presence of chloroform in the car, human decomposition in the trunk, the delay of Caylee’s reported missing, Casey’s lies from the outset and the duct tape. Let’s connect the dots in the sad and tragic case of Caylee Anthony.
The news broke Thursday morning that a child’s remains were found in a black garbage bag in Orlando, FL near the home of Cindy and George Anthony. At 9:32 am a utility worker came across a black plastic bag, poked at it and to his surprise and horror a child’s skull fell out of the bag. He then called 911 and described what he found and what many people a day before thought was impossible, now became a reality … the body of missing Caylee Anthony was most likely found.
The news of the discovery of a child’s body found less than 1/2 mile from the home of Caylee Anthony’s grandparents, Cindy and George Anthony, and 6/10th of a mile from the home of Lee Anthony set off a flurry of action as Orange County law enforcement, FBI and news stations ascended upon the location of Chickasaw Trail and Suburban Dr. near the Hidden Oaks Elementary School The news set off a chain reaction of events as public interest grew about the little missing girl, Caylee Anthony, who had captured the hearts of so many.
Why is the proximity of the finding of the Caylee’s body so important? Casey Anthony would have been familiar with her surrounding to have left the bad there at night as well as profiling tells us that women leave murdered children within a 5 mile radius of their home. Could this be the reason why Casey Anthony references in a jail house telephone call (toward end a call) on July 25, 2008 at 2 pm with her mother that she felt that Casey was close and she’s not far? Sociopaths have a tenancy to tell bits and pieces of the truth in their never ending game of lies as they strive for attention and attempt to make everyone around them a pawn in their sick game.
I told Lee look locally. Look locally especially. Check places that we are familiar with, that we know.
She’s not far. I know in my heart she is not far. I can feel it.
In the end Caylee Anthony’s remains were located 3/10th of a mile away from Cindy and George Anthony’s home. In a sociopath’s world, Casey was telling the truth.
When the news broke that a child’s skeletal remains matching what would be consistent with a 3 year old and of similar size and characteristics of missing Caylee Anthony, Cindy and George Anthony were in California after having the night before made an appearance on CNN’s Larry King Live. The grandparents were notified by law enforcement of the finding of a child’s remains near their home and flew back to Orlando later that day. However, a peculiar thing occurred as the news broke that Caylee Anthony may have been finally found after being missing for 6 months.

When the news broke about a child’s body being found, a news reporter was at the Anthony house when Mallory Parker, Lee Anthony’s girl friend, showed up. Mallory went into the house and was in there for about 10 minutes before the police showed up, banged on the door a couple of times before she came out. When she finally did came out, law enforcement asked her to leave. ( Watch Video 2:15 mark of tape referencing Lee’s girlfriend). Why was Mallory at the house? With a body, presumed to be Caylee’s found less than a mile away from Anthony’s home one would have to know that the Anthony home would be an extended crime scene. Why, within 10 minutes was Mallory at the Anthony home? Why did she feel the need to go there and who told her to do so?
As we would later see the Anthony home was taped off by Orange County police as a crime scene and a search warrant was served on the premises. Investigators too out numerous bags, boxes, and items from the home. Why was the search warrant served? Because there were items found at the crime scene where the skeletal remains were located that tied it back to the Anthony’s home. I would like a DNA match on the father of Caylee Anthony. Maybe a family member?

Looks like Geraldo has gone over to the dark side. Watching Fox news @7:30 PM and Geraldo comes on doing a teaser for his upcoming show at 10. He talks about how the dream defense team is talking about how unfair they are being treated. The gig may be up for George and Cindy Anthony, but the Gig has just started for Geraldo. I would not be surprised if his production company is being paid by Baez.
And one comment about the”Dream Team”.
Orlando ain’t New York or LA. I don’t think the law abiding citizens of Florida are not going to take kindly to the Yankee Carpetbagger so called experts telling them what to think. Unfortunately for the “Dream Team”, they won’t be able to RENT-A-JURY from New York or LA.
No doubt there will be fingerprints on that duct
tape, along with fibers. But, I, don’t presume to know what happened. Nor do I fill my mind with the filth that comes with trying to guess. There are detectives and forensic scientists to do that.
The biggest problem that I see is the media’s complete indulgence into this case, while hundreds of children are going missing everyday. Nancy Grace is not a hero, nor are her counterparts. The real heroes are those that put their efforts into assisting those that are truly in need. The children in Africa who are motherless, fatherless and wrenched with disease. The children who are ripped from the arms of their mothers in Colombia, Venezuela, Brazil – never to be seen again. And the countless human beings that suffer from starvation in a world made up of gluttons. The silent tears of those who are neglected and abused by their caretakers. Not to mention the state of human slavery that exists, right under our noses, for the pleasure of the sexually deprived… and the evil greed that eats away at the conscience of what we have come to call human-kind. Casey Anthony is tame, compared to the demons that feed upon our innocence, day in and day out.
In my opinion, there is only one solution. Not the corrupt governments of this world who put the power of money above the power of love; nor the corrupt religious leaders who rely upon their own interpretation leaving us to be tossed about like babes caught up in a wave of deception; but rather, what we have been taught to pray in the Lord’s prayer. That is my hope and where I have come to put my faith.
I think Casey may have intentionally used her cell phone pings to mislead the searchers and have them focus on the area near the airport instead of the region around her house. Television programs that discuss crime investigations always mention the cell phone pings and Casey is a smart woman. Katy

It’s a blessing that Caylee was found and a miracle that she is in the condition that’s she’s in. I, above all else, hope that her remains will tell the story of what happened to her and, thus, result in justice. But, am also saddened by the thought that there are hundreds of thousands of missing children and overwhelmed with wishing that we could do more.

Lee Anthony is the father. He and Casey had an incestuous relationship and Caylee (a hybrid of Casey/Lee) was the result. I believe the two of them killed Caylee because they wanted to put the ‘evidence’ of their incest behind them. It is also why Lee Anthony refused to voluntarily give a DNA test.
I don’t believe the parents knew this until after Caylee was dead however. Casey and Lee hid their incest from their parents out of shame/embarrassment. They made up a story that the father of the child was ‘killed’ in a car accident. But that’s just another lie. The father is Lee. Once the DNA testing is done they will figure this out. Lee should also be arrested as I believe he is an accomplice.

We can all hope and pray that this “so called” mother, Casey Anthony will be found guilty soon and we won’t have to see her crocodile tears anylonger. If, however, her “dream team” manages to get her a not guilty…….God help us all!!!

Who is paying for Casey Anthony’s defense team?
They have bought Linda Kenney Baden (hubby),
Dr. Henry Lee (messed up the OJ case), Kathy Reichs forensic anthropologist.
Also four other top forensic pathologist are on retainer.
Lets not forget Jose Baez and Geraldo Rivera screaming the defense team must do the autopsy. They can play with Caylee’s remains after the FBI and Dr G get done.
Dr. G Medical Examiner of Orange county, FL is going to have those numb nuts second guess all of her results.

Being a good liar doesn’t necessarily translate into a high IQ…..One doesn’t have to be an expert to ascertain Casey has been lying from the start—-same with Cindy & George. So much of Cindy acting out in public spoke for itself as well. This will be one of the Crime Trials of the Century. There is no way in hell Casey Anthony is going to make it out alive though. Either through the DEATH penalty or at the hands of someone on the inside…they WILL get to her! Even the hardest of Convicts despise Baby Killers….cruel to say but true.
If Casey’s Defense team even attempts to go there with an insanity plea—my prayer is that there isn’t a Judge, Jury or DA in the land that will let this one fly! In the tragic case of Susan Smith i.e., —this woman had a history of prolonged Mental Health issues and depression. While it still does not justify her taking the lives of her own children ,,, I have more personal sympathy for this Mother who to this day is in prison and whom I believe truly had lost her mind and was suffering from severe Post-Partum Depression as well. On the other hand….Casey Anthony is the daughter of Lucifer himself!

I think Casey was not challenged much to come forth with the truth by her parents growing up. They might have asked her questions in regard to some of Casey’s lies she told her parents but they did not push it, or have decernment on it…. they just let her behave that way because lieing was not a big deal in that household. I think it was a way of life for them.
Therefore, Casey would not come up with any intricate coverup schemes and never worried about the consequences only a quick fix.
As disfunctional as George and Cindy are, they are not killers like their daughter…they loved Caylee. I am sure they are heart broken because she is dead. They acted so disfunctional when Casey was accused of killing Caylee…but they were in their normal denial state that they operated in all their lives.
Also, if the young man who died in a car crash was really Caylee’s dad…DNA testing on this person’s family would confirm whether he was Caylee’s father.

The problem with speculation is that one can believe their opinion so strongly that when the truth comes out, they don’t accept it. I don’t have any opinion as to the personal lives of the Anthony’s. I don’t agree with the way they have portrayed themselves on television, but that is the only part of their lives that I am somewhat familiar with. Other than to say that I don’t understand their actions; I have no insight into their daily lives before this tragedy.
Besides, in my opinion, Nancy Grace does nothing more than fill her audience with hate and innuendo; keeping them living on the edge so they’ll be sure to tune in tomorrow.

Yes there are thousands of other missing children, and other issues at hand, THIS one here is about ONE child, she’s a child who has caught the attention of thousands maybe millions of people, (and GOOD for that).
There are people who are closely related to this, and those who are not, but all joining in on wanting one thing, and that is to find out the truth about what DID happen.
We all have different ideas and points and opinions. My opinion is that Lee IS the father and it may not matter much to anyone but it DOES matter to some. I also think that Casey did kill that baby and she probably DID do it intentionally which some do not agree.
Some think it was an accident, but I think she planned it and I think that whole family is whacked out psychotic. ALL of them.
I think the reasons why this case is so fascinating is because of the age of Casey, her beauty, I think she has used this to manipulate men her entire life, including her brother AND her father, and certainly Jose Beaz.
The jealousy of her mother, and vice versa, the baby’s beauty, and innocence, the circus charachter defense team and the charachters involved in the “kidfinder criminal organization” and the craziness of the family.. It’s all weirded out, and THAT is what keeps the public interested.

Focus:
There may be several reasons why the Anthony’s would say that the father of Caylee is dead. One being that his parental rights were violated. Had he known that he had a child, especially, one that may have been being abused; would have lead them into a legal battle that they wouldn’t want to deal with. Along with parental rights comes responsibility and along with parental responsibility comes visitation rights and custody battles. Sadly, many women make the choice to abandon their commitment to the father of what they perceive as THEIR child; in order to put the burden of support on the state as opposed to someone that would love the child and, possibly, get into the way.
There are hundreds of thousands of psychotics and, perhaps, it is better to focus on the innocent as opposed to trying to dissect the minds of the ones that prey upon them. As far as I’m concerned, this case is in the hands of the professionals that know how to deal with these issues. I trust that they will do their best to bring justice to this child.
She is gone and so is her suffering. There is no reason to rehash the crime committed against her over and over again based on pure speculation. Have a heart…

Hope, Gabe has completed his education, is working at the college he attended and is a remarkable young man… he found his Mom and sisters, after 10 years. He thought they were all killed and gone… his brother, is in Australia ~ he’s visited his brother and is in communication with him… just before he introduced Francis Bok, guest speaking, he shared his own story, publicly for the first time and also added, that he had just spoken to his Mother for the first time in 10 years and the phone call, lasted for 5 hours, as her dilalect had changed and what a reunion!… the college audience wept visable tears as he shared and also, when Francis spoke of his truth…you could hear people’s audible gasps, and crying… it was that riviting and gripping ~ So hard to believe, this exists in the 20th century… so much suffering, world wide… at least our leaders are paying attention… however, so much more needs to be done… We are truly, so insulated in our country of the autrocities and suffering on this magnitude…
and yet, reality grips again, when the little Cayley’s of this world, are harmed… and children are assualted every day, victimized… sold, trafficked… it’s a sick world we live in.

Dear Katie…you thought of what I was going to post. Casey is crazy like a fox she is! Being her father was a homicide detective, and Casey also dated a few police officers on her little journey through men in her life…she wasn’t ignorant of how the law operates, and how an investigation is handled.
What she seems to do best of all is show NO emotion. Doubt she really feels much of anything outside of her own pleasures. She says nothing helpful in the investigation and little of nothing to implicate herself. This young lady is well versed at manipulation. She, like Scott Peterson, will deny until her dying day she did anything in relation to the murder of her child Caylee Marie.

I wanted to get some people together and go to Washington D.C. after Joran came out and said that he had sold Natalee. I’ve always wanted to do something in order to make the public more aware but, Beth Holloway believes her daughter to be dead and out of respect for her, I’ve given it up.
I’ll pray for your friend and his family and hope for their safe arrival. It would be such a blessing to have the family united, again, especially, here, where there needs to be more awareness.
You’re right about the truth falling on deaf ears on this site. I think this is just a bunch of people that like to sit at their computers and think their solving crimes. They put more effort in doing that than making any efforts that might result in change. I know they believe in what they are doing and I don’t mean to be judgmental; but my heart is elsewhere.

Casy Antony will get out on an insanity plea… I know this because she is a paraniod schiz in the beginning stages. There has been NO TRUTH in her words to anyone. She simply knows the disappointment she would have caused her parents and she would never tell the truth if it means dissapointing mommy and daddy. She will progressively get worse. She has no emotion about her behaviors, to live with herself and the decisions she has made in the past 7 months. Her mother is of no help… what the mother should have done was shun her from the beginning, this would have not fed the lie frenzies and forced Casey to feel the immediate dissapointment. this treatment would have frustrated Casey and the attention would have been not of hope, but of realization. The truth woudl have come sooner…as devistating as it is. I wish we could burn her at the stake after a public flogging…
I do not think that Casey will ever be free. It is strange the mistery of Caylee’s father but saying that it’s Lee’s kid is going a little bit too far, but any thing could happen. Only Casey knows, Lee and the cover up grandparents. Cindy is the orchestrator of it all, she shuts George’s mouth and then George comes out with the pizza b.s. after he told the authorities that he smelled decomp in the car. And Geraldo Rivera is a jerk, I used to like him but the way he came on yesterday defending Baez and that chick Baden, come on! No defense team has ever allowed to be present at an autopsy. And who is paying all these experts, the Dream Team? Dr. Coby as Nancy Grace calls him, said he was not concerned about the finance side of it, but the Baden and Lee? hmmm, they are there for the money, do not work for free.
Baden and Lee didn’t help Phil Spector. I agree with Lotsusjani….they aren’t working free. Some say for the publicity down the road but I don’t think so. I wonder who is footing the bill for all of the legal defense. Also who paid for the Anthonys to go to California and the other places they have gone to “follow up on sightings”? What about living expenses? Are either Cindy or George working or have they worked since Caylee was found to be missing.

For Natalee, God knows… and it’s such a shame… I too, wondered about her having been trafficked as the PI from Dr. Phil’s show, was physically harmed when he got too close… then, there’s the forensic psychic team that felt she was murdered and put to sea… ~ only God truly knows and of course, Joran… and sadly, many of us, believe, that Paulus knows the truth and Creo’s and Van Der Straaten (he too, may know much more than is being said).. these guys are going at it and Joran, changes his story, like he’s changing his clothes, on a daily basis and it sickened me, when they said he was in Thailand… (many sex offenders/traffickers are there too) as they are world wide, however, Thailand, is known for it’s child sex rings…

Many here, have been good souls to write and do what they felt necessary to get some action.. it’s just frustrating, after 3 years, this case is so messed up and somehow, Beth, has Gods grace to move on… and educate others, through her pain and suffering… bless her and bless her daughter’s memory…
As for our friend, being reunited! Oh, wouldn’t you just love to witness that moment!… I cry, just thinking about it!!! and can’t imagine it… he was a little anxious about returning to the Sudan, and perhaps, some day, he too, will write a book, sharing his journey… just amazing… He walks with God, has immense Faith in God and is truly, humble… we learn much by observing and what a man… it’s important for us to use our voices and continue to speak out about atrocities and human rights ~ we’re all of the human race…
Praying puts it in perspective for me and is powerful… I do believe in miracles and have witnessed too many, not to believe in the power of God and He’s in control…

I think Patti is afraid. She doesn’t trust people on the internet, especially, men. Carpe used to beat her up something fierce. She’s just a normal person, but shes blessed and all this pressure to make her god happy its got to be hard. i woldn’t want to be in her shoes cause she trys to be fummy and the things she does jjst sort of come out. she said she didn’t make it happen she just rights. Kitty thank you for being nice to her.
I wonder why Mallory Parker went to the Anthony home when LE was out with Caylee’s remains and the Anthonys were notified. Oh, maybe she was just checking the mail. Funny she isn’t afraid of having children with a guy who was rumored to have fathered his own niece. Talk about a deal breaker!
So many people have said like me that they think Casey Anthony has schizophrenia. I wonder whether it has occured to her that she should probably be on some type of medication. That and her moving to Switzerland and marrying a rich man who can keep her hidden and well-cared for….that would be her best bet. If anyone has a mental illness, there is always some part of them who always wants to question whether or not they have it. Casey has it. She needs to admit it and shame on the state of Florida. They did a rotten job of finding Caylee’s body and for them to say Casey Anthony is not insane: Florida is crazy.
