UPDATE I: MEDIA has been moved back from the scene. LE has arrived.
UPDATE II: OSCO has left the scene and won’t be sending their divers. OSCO is saying it is NOT a crime scene. They do not believe it’s Caylee. Waiting for a report from the public information officer.

Police: Bags Found in River in Search for Missing Toddler Don’t Contain Human Remains
A sergeant with the Orange County Sheriff’s Department in Florida says bags found during a river search for missing toddler Caylee Anthony do not contain human remains, FOX affiliate WOFL-TV in Orlando reported.
Sgt. John Allen, a lead investigator in the case, told WOFL at the scene that he doesn’t believe 3-year-old Caylee is in the Little Econ River, where bounty hunter Leonard Padilla had hired a dive team to hunt for the child.

Police have examined the bags and found no human bones, fingers or toes as Padilla claimed, Allen said. Investigators quickly left the area.

Divers had found a bag with toys and what appeared to be bones Thursday and authorities worked to determine if they were connected to Caylee.
But sheriff’s spokesman Jim Solomons said the items were not related to Caylee’s disappearance.

I really hope this is Caylee so that everyone following this horrible case can get closure. But, I can’t help but wonder if the evidence was planted.

Fox Orlando is saying the items found have nothing to do with the case.
Maybe there will be some resolve to this and put the child to rest.
Fox.com says that there were NO Bones of any kind in these trash bags. They are wanting Lenoard Padilla to take a lie detector test. Lenoard is saying that he has proof that Caylee’s remains are in the river, however, he wont elaborate on what or how. Supposadly Lenoard made a statement that Fingers, toes and stuffed animals were inside the bags. The police are saying that they do not believe her remains are in that river. I sadly do not think that her remains will ever be found. Obviously with the gas can evidence she more than likely burned what was left. She probably throw the ashes in river. Who knows. Sad. Tim was just on Nancy Grace saying that he had told Padilla that there was nothing, significant, in that lake. He called what happened, today, a circus. He used sonar equipment in that lake two or three times.
I hope they search in Lake George and around any kennels or animal hospitals within sight of a wilderness area. It looks like there’s a trail going around Lake George where people would clean up after their dogs, with a plastic bag. Maybe the reason they are called Lucky Dogs is because they are walked often.

I just watched the footage of the one Diver on NG and mentioned Caves in this water .. I sent this to NG before I joined SM. In regards to ZG and Casey’s claims of ZG taking Caylee.

Tim Miller already told Padilla the lake have been searched numerous times and there was nothing there…then Padilla shows up with his divers and they bring up a plastic bag with toys, bricks and sticks, was that suppose to be some of a joke….I can’t make any sense out of all of this…what was his point?

I don’t think that casey really knows where Caylee is because somebody moved her body after casey buried her. I think Padilla knows that.
#20, please don’t blame TES for leaving, they are getting no support from the people the are trying to help. They are not looking for a profit but there are costs that need to be covered if anthonys want them to continue looking. Besides there are other cases out there where the loved ones actually want them to find the lost person.

If Casey did put Caylee in the lake, it’s quite possible alligators ate her. The diver was discussing on Nancy Grace that alligators are in that lake.
Authorities have now banned Leonard Padilla from Blanchard Park. He is just a PEST.
Padilla threw that stuff in the lake and he knew exactly where to look for it, I don’t know why he asked Tim for a diver…is Padilla suggesting that Caylee is in the lake or surrounding waters and Casey put her a plastic bag and weighted her down but area has been searched with sonar..
I think Tim was at wits end with Padilla and for him to say if we find her skull we will be famous and there will be monetary value, I’m sure that made Tim sick….

Tim should go back to Aruba and let Padilla work on this one. Tim did the sonar in Aruba and found 100 hits. Then he leaves. I DON’T get it. Doesn’t make sence to find 100 then LEAVE.
