The search for 7 year old Reigh Boss (Rockefeller) and her father Clark Rockefeller is over.Clark Rockefeller is in custody and Reigh Boss is safe and unharmed. Clark Rockefeller was arrested by the FBI and Baltimore police late this afternoon at an apartment in the Mount Vernon neighborhood north of downtown, Baltimore.
The search is over for a high-society man accused of abducting his 7-year-old daughter, as an FBI spokesman announced Saturday afternoon that Clark Rockefeller was in custody in Maryland.
The daughter, Reigh Boss, was found unharmed, a police source told the Boston Herald.
Reigh “Snooks” Rockfeller was not harmed when police found her, officials said.
“They got the girl,” said a Boston police source. “She’s fine. He left her in the apartment.”

It is hard to believe that Clark Rockefeller would have fallen for such a ruse as the “old boat taking on water” trick. Clark Rockefeller, who methodically planned this abduction for months, created false leads and back stories that would have investigators searching in the wrong direction, actually fell for such a simple police sting. One would have thought that he would have been suspicious of everything. It’s not as if this story was not on every TV, radio and print medium in the US and the Caribbean, let alone the world. However, luckily for Reigh he did!
Police have revealed how they used a trick to rescue the kidnapped seven-year-old daughter of a London-based management consultant by luring her father out of the apartment where he had been holding her.
His arrest followed a tip-off from a “concerned” member of the public that he was living in a Baltimore apartment and had a 26ft catamaran docked at a nearby marina, Boston Police Commissioner Ed Davis said.
After watching the flat for two days, investigators used a ruse to lure Rockerfeller away, calling him on the phone and pretending that his boat was taking on water, Commissioner Davis said.
UPDATE II: Clark Rockefeller to Appear in Baltimore Court to be Arraigned
Clark Rockefeller, 48, will face charges that include felony custodial kidnapping and assault and battery. Investigators are still trying to determine his true identity.

This is great news~! Glad Reigh is safe. She looks like a little doll. It will be interesting to find out who this guy really is and his background.
Happy news…I am glad to hear she has been returned to her mother safe and sound….so the idiot left her in the apartment alone to go check on his boat…too bad his boat didn’t sink!!!! Well, at least the investigators were able to rescue Reigh….!!!! Now let’s see what the courts are going to do about this….

There was a story earlier today saying that several people on the Turks & Caicos in the Caribbean had said they saw this guy there.
Could be an honest misunderstanding.
Could be a misunderstanding prompted by the desire to collect a reward, if there were one.
Could be part of a deliberate “red herring” trail, fueled by money, to get people looking in the wrong place.
Or it could just be totally unreliable talk by people who thought, “Hey, what do I have to lose?”
We should keep the latter contingency in mind when thinking about the various testimony that we have heard from “witnesses” in Natalee’s case.
