Dana
For the first time, I was able to actually listen to your show live (my son finally got it all to work). What a breath of fresh air and intellect you displayed with your questioning and, most importantly, your ending “Ode” to Joran.
My heart goes out to the family. I was particularily impressed with Jug Twitty and his ability to discuss all the unfair comments made about him recently in the Aruban newspapers and on Gretawire.
Aruba owes the Holloway family many, many apologies, starting with Paulus and Anita Vandersloot up to the Prime Minister.
Thank you for staying with this case. Hopefully, Natalee will be found and all those involved will be brought to justice.
PS – I still want to know what the cell phone deal with Joran was all about and what the Prison Warden has to say about that.
Sorry Dana!
You are way too nice!
Dana, it would be pretty funny if you did a commentary on Joran’s radio call in to Pauw & Witt.
Ja, no, ya, no well no but ja. If this case were not so sad with the loss of such a beautiful, intelligent young woman, it would be quite hilarious.
Excellent commentary. I think Dana is right, Joran needed to talk. He didn’t seem uncomfortable until the questions about whether or not Natalee was alive started. What did he do at that point? Announced that he didn’t care, didn’t have trouble sleeping. I don’t think he was just looking to impress this guy. He’s looking for someone to validate who and what he is. Looking for someone he can be himself with, without the facade he puts on for everyone else. He thought he found that guy.
