One down and one to go as 26 year old Darrin Tuck surrendered to police on Sunday. Darrin Tuck was the individual who turned into police the now infamous child assault tape of Chester “Chet” Arthur Stiles sexually abusing the little girl. Tuck stated that he had found the tape in the desert. However, police arrested him on a parole violation of possession of child porn. Police must now find and arrest suspected child rapist Chester Arthur Stiles.

A man accused of holding and showing off a tape depicting the sexual assault of a 3-year-old girl was taken into custody Sunday on a probation violation, authorities said.
Darrin Tuck, 26, arranged to surrender after evading arrest since Friday, said Nye County Sheriff Tony DeMeo. Prosecutors are set to formally charge Tuck with possession of child pornography and possibly promoting child pornography on Monday, DeMeo said. (Fox News)

Just say its karma … David Hans Schmidt, the photo broker who pled guilty in an extortion scandal involving Tom Cruise committed suicide. When one deals in such sleaze and sordid affairs, it comes back to bite you. It would appear that the very manner in how Schmidt made a name for himself dealing with the underbelly of celebrity life came back to haunt him in the end.
The 47-year-old Schmidt was found in a shower stall at a North 21st street condominium in Phoenix, AZ.
“He hung himself, and the shower stall was so small, he had to squat to get the job done,” a source familiar with the situation said.

ORANJESTAD(AAN) The information that DIARIO has obtained says that Beth Twitty and Greta van Susteren will arrive in Aruba during the day. They come from the United States and will stay some days on the island. What they are coming for is not known. It has been some days now that Beth Twitty’s visit has been expected, but it seems that she had some personal difficulties to sort out and that kept her away.
In a sudden way she will be arriving in our island and will stay at a still unknown hotel.
We will be searching for some more details during the day when the reknown reporter Greta van Susteren and Beth Twitty, the mother of Natalee Holloway arrive on our island.

We received an email from Jossy Mansur, the Managing Director providing more clarification to the Diario article and further activities that he has planned in the search for Natalee Holloway.
In the meantime, I was contacted by phone yesterday by a Fox producer who is looking for some video equipment to rent, so some TV program is in the making.
In the meantime, Joe Walker, who was here before in the search for Natalee has arrived on the island invited by the DIARIO, and we expect his partner from California to be in on Monday.

Chavez said he was proud of Ahmadinejad’s courage while under hostile questioning at New York’s Columbia University. “An imperial spokesman tried to disrespect you, calling you a cruel little tyrant. You responded with the greatness of a revolutionary.” (WAPO)

Little Girl, “Madison,” from Sex Tape Found Safe … Chester Arthur Stiles Sought by Police for Questioning
The little girl who was sexually assaulted and videotaped has been found safe in Nevada. The story is one of the more disturbing ones seen by investigators in their many years. The assault that was videotaped occurred when the girl was 3 or 4 years old. Chester Arthur Stiles has gone from a “person of interest” to a “suspect” according to police. Stiles is being sought by police and there is a man hunt for this individual.

“We found the victim. She’s safe,” Nye County sheriff’s Detective David Boruchowitz told The Associated Press.
Widespread media accounts of the case led to the crucial tip that helped find the girl, Boruchowitz said. He did not provide details of her identity, where she lives or how she was located.
Earlier in the day, authorities put the name “Madison” to the haunting face of the young girl authorities believe was 4 or 5 years old when she was raped and sexually assaulted in the video. (CBS News)
The tape of the sexual assault originally surfaced when Darren Tuck came forward with it after stating he had found it in the desert. Tuck has since been arrested by police.
A 26-year-old Pahrump man, Darren Tuck, surrendered the tape to Nye County sheriff’s investigators Sept. 8 after another man reported seeing it, Boruchowitz said.
Tuck was arrested on charges of promoting child pornography and possession of child pornography, both felonies, and released without bail pending an appearance Nov. 26 in Pahrump Justice Court. The top charge carries a possible sentence of up to life in prison.
Tuck told detectives he found the videotape in the desert outside Pahrump more than five months ago. Investigators don’t think Tuck made the tape, Boruchowitz said.

brownies at home … these guys made a cottage industry out of it. The DEA busted a factory that made marijuana laced snack foods. The factory shipped products to medical marijuana dispensaries throughout California and in Seattle; Vancouver, British Columbia; and Amsterdam.
Federal agents said Thursday that they shut down a factory that made marijuana-laced barbecue sauce, chocolate-covered pretzels and other “enhanced” snacks intended for medical users of the drug.
The Drug Enforcement Agency said it arrested three people Wednesday and is looking for a fourth who operated Oakland-based Tainted Inc.

Hollywood Injustice: Phil Spector Case … Hung Jury … Mistrial, DA States there Will be Retrial
Another case of Hollywood Injustice …
If it’s a Los Angeles jury and a celebrity murder case, then it must be another 
clueless hung jury. Such was the case once again in the Phil Spector murder case. the 67 year old Phil Spector was accused of shooting 40-year-old actress Lana Clarkson. It may finally be time to have potential jurors to take IQ tests prior to serving on juries.
Once again we have been witness to a judicial system that has a severe flaw when it comes to celebrities. The celebrity defence of Spector and alike is the best that money can buy. When it comes to celebrities, justice is not blind … its all about the dollars.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Larry Paul Fidler declared a mistrial after jurors told him they were deadlocked, 10-2. KNBC’s Doug Kriegel reported that the 10-2 split was in favor of conviction.
“At this time, I will find that the jury is unable to arrive at a verdict and declare a mistrial in this matter,” the judge said. (KNBC)
