News flash to MEP, an editorial is one’s opinion or is an opinion against free speech as well in Aruba? Jossy Mansur says it like it is, its just too bad that many in Aruba fail to have the courage or the spine to admit the truth.
“What did Nel’s government do in the case of Natalee? Hide their heads in a hole like ostriches so as not to see the truth of what was happening, try to fire Jan and Karin because they did not belong to the group of political yes-men of his government; put the interest for American tourism money above the value of a human life; try to throw the blame on the family of the girl that disappeared, instead of going all-out against the three suspects who are responsible for the bad name Aruba got in other countries …”
Jossy, don’t beat around the bush. Tell us how you really feel? Of course we know he will. It is just too bad so many other Arubans cannot see the obvious. Hiding one’s head in the sand and turning your back on injustice is hardley an act of bravery.
We can no longer say that! Now our island has become, in the hands of Nel Oduber and his anti-Aruban and anti-American government, an island of the abuse of power, of nepotism, of favors to the small group of privileged MEP fanatics, and political persecution against the rest of the population that do not subject themselves to his amens!
A TRAITOR AND HIS ANTI-ARUBAN GOVERNMENT (2) (full English translation)
The truth can hurt when it’s exposed without circumlocution! What could have led the mediocrity of the MEP party lose their heads in such an ugly manner? Could it be the bribery of 1 million guilders? Is that what made them try to look for any distraction from this most shameful anti-Aruban act known in our history? Is it because Nel Oduber is searching for a way out of the atom-bomb that the Namdar offer exploded in his face, and that has converted Neldar in another victim that “can be bought and sold”?
Gentlemen, go ahead with your attempts to distract the attention from the offered bribery of the most shameful 1 million guilders that exists, and the delivery afterwards of our port to the same foreign group that put that money under the table! Is this or isn’t this the greatest demonstration of anti-Arubanism known until now? Must the Aruban continue on the path of the cross to get his rights, while the foreigners with money can just wave a few bills in their faces to at once get the permits or properties they want? Just consider all the cases that the most anti-Aruban government has lost in court so far! Two great doctors, real Arubans, Lacle and Posner, had to take the path of the cross to get their rights, and even so, are being politically persecuted until this day! Is this, or isn’t this one more demonstration of the most pathetic anti-Arubanism that exists?
Then Henny Eman and Otmar Oduber, another two Arubans with a long history of political persecution coming from the same Government and members of the MEP party, hungry for vengeance, moved by hate and rancor They too had to suffer years of political persecution, to finally obtain in Court for the truth to conquer the lies, the slanders, the ridiculous accusations, thrown at them by a Government that has characterized itself as mediocre and totally anti-Aruban! And we could go on and on to fill this whole paper with the long list of politically persecuted Arubans, just because they think different and want the good of their people and their island.
To expose the truth in a newspaper, on the radio or on television, has become for the anti-Arubans in power the cause for unbelievable hysterics, a drowning in a glass of water, and an attempt to hide the bribery offer of 1 million guilders with shouts coming from the handful of mediocrities at their disposal. Mister Neldar can turn and turn, trying to find any motive that can help him extract himself, but the 1 million guilders hang over his head like the accusation of a judge.
The day I said that Nel Oduber’s government is anti-American too, I came with the proofs to demonstrate it, but I left out a couple very painful for Nel, but since he again lost control over his tongue, here are more proofs: Natalee Holloway (American) and the American girl that his son mistreated and then wanted to rape in his own home! The father, a man from Panama, send me all the proofs, including clinical reports of physical abuse, and I didn’t publish them for discretions sake and for consideration of a person that does not deserve it.
What did Nel’s government do in the case of Natalee? Hide their heads in a hole like ostriches so as not to see the truth of what was happening, try to fire Jan and Karin because they did not belong to the group of political yes-men of his government; put the interest for American tourism money above the value of a human life; try to throw the blame on the family of the girl that disappeared, instead of going all-out against the three suspects who are responsible for the bad name Aruba got in other countries, and rightly so because those in power did not lift one finger to defend the victim, but went all out behind the curtain to make the family responsible for the negative image Aruba got, and not against the three suspects in whose company the girl disappeared. She too is an American!
Then his unbelievably stupid anti-American statements; the case of his own son who tried to rape an American girl in his own home! Now there is another American arrested because he pulled a gun against a person that attacked his wife, then committed destruction against her property. A government that has characterized itself as an Anti-American one with unquestionable concrete proofs.
But, the worst is that this government is principally an Anti-Aruban one that obliges the sons of this island that do not belong to the privileged few of the MEP, to go through a truly torturous process to find their rights! For the foreigner with money? Everything! All they have to do is…let everyone complete the sentence for himself or herself, considering the bribery offer. And for the poor foreigners who come to Aruba with his or her work specialization, another road of the cross! A merciless persecution; an extraction of the little money that they have or can borrow, to obtain the papers for a permit that often never comes! Another inhuman persecution of those that did not come to commit acts against the law (like those that many of the delinquents around Nel did commit, some with judge’s sentences hanging over their heads!), but who came to Aruba to look for a better life and to contribute to our labor market with their talents and know-hows!
Nel Oduber has become a synonym for political persecution, for implacable hatred, for “can be bought and sold”, of 1 million guilders offered to a traitor willing to deliver our port in the hands of foreigners! This is a handing-over of the worst kind, of a dictatorial attitude never before seen on an island that always held its impeccable democracy in front of the eyes of the world for it to understand that in Aruba the empire of the Law is in command. We can no longer say that! Now our island has become, in the hands of Nel Oduber and his anti-Aruban and anti-American government, an island of the abuse of power, of nepotism, of favors to the small group of privileged MEP fanatics, and political persecution against the rest of the population that do not subject themselves to his amens!

We have a couple of questions for you, ever wondered why Jossy is not allowed to enter the US?

I understand that the State Department is reviewing these and other charges and is considering issuing a warning about tourism to Aruba. I’m not too hopeful that it will come to pass, simply because it would upset so many apple carts (now,there’s an obsolete figure of speech) in the airline, hotel and tourism industries.
But it seems that events are headed for a showdown in Aruba.
And it’s hard to imagine that they can ever put Humpty Dumpty back together; i.e., nobody will ever again believe their crap about “one safe happy island” or whatever the nonsense is.
With all this going on, folks, those people who CAN make the Miami Beach protest PLEASE DO. It’s the chance to walk the walk … every leaflet you hand out is helping expose the Aruba Tourism Authority for what it really is.
Every doubt you put in people’s minds … “Hmm, I wonder if Aruba really is a good place to go” may be the closest thing to lifesaving you’ve ever done. Not to mention a good deed in itself.

well, its been almost two years and the aruban gov’t was just really smug on “just give us a chance, you will see justice done” and they did nothing. so i guess in a few weeks/months the case will be closed, the suspects free. for a year the suspects and all of their helpers will celebrate. then as described in the bible the natural laws of cosmology/universe will slowly begin to take affect in a very subtle way, difficult to understand, comprehend or even recognize. in the next few years we will read about unfortunate and bizarre accidents to those associated with or on the side of the suspects, and against the family of natalee.

Observer- The wrong sample was sent to Holland because the car was in the possession of Dirty Hand Ed Comemencia.. that sum gum switch the samples and then Jansen got a smack down for deliberately taking a DNA samples from J2K without a court order, which she knew would void the a new request for additional samples. I contend it WAS Comemencia that PLACED THE CLEANING FLUID AND CHOCOLATE IN THE CAR TO THROW OFF THE FBI. That mixture would look like blood. Remember the Kalpoe car was spic and span after the 30th of May.
Beth gave a DNA sample on 6-12-2005 and they must have had something to compare it with. No one takes DNA without first having something to compare it to and a control sample.
And these are the same police that brag that they have had FBI training at Quantico and always follow the letter of the law… rubbish!!!!

#50, i recall that janssen had a court order for the dna samples and j2k’s lawyers filed filed in court saying the court order was imperfect, and was ruled so. it was the issuing judge that had made an obvious error in it somehow or another. shouldn’t be too hard to find in the archives somewhere. just another prime example of how hard paulus and j2k was trying to be helpful in getting to the truth of the matter. another prime example of paulus lying through his teeth again, and thwarting the investigation. wonderful people, the pariahs of the caribbean.

Dave Holloway arrives in Aruba and the police know nothing of a missing tourist but DO know there are Americans busting up crack houses. Dennis Jacobs tells Dave they put drugs in drinks at C&C. A hotel employee tells Beth that Joran van der Sloot preys on tourists. Yet Arubans, who are 100% behind Beth Twitty, protest Nancy Grace and Beth Twitty. Why? Because American $$$$ means more to you than we do. You got it backwards Aruba. Nailing those who drug and rape tourists would be good for tourism. Joran said they did it many times before and nothing bad happened. This time, something bad happened but they couldn’t call 911. Why? Having a judge and prosecutor holding the hand of Paulus van der Sloot during a DELAYED search of his home and changing the search warrant on the spot is bad for tourism. I wouldn’t be a bit surprised that these people make death threats. Afterall, that’s the way they have gotten into power and have stayed in power, by threatening either in a political way, and if that doesn’t work, in a physical way. There’s no doubt in my mind about that. I will take you at your word, Rob. I know that’s not something you would make up.
Saddly, anyone that’s close to the investigation, including Arubeans, I’m sure, are threatened. Look what happened to all the witnesses that came forward… They have either been deported, have fallen silent because of threats made against them or have disappeared.
The people of Aruba know who’s in control of their island. They know how much power these people have; and, instead of being heroic, just like Jossy say’s, they stick their heads in the sand. Perhaps, that’s why many of those witnesses were Columbian.
The only way they could call it heavy battery is that they saw Natalee’s little body.
The premeditated murder charge shows they found evidence and or witness’s or both showing intent on kidnapping via emails phone calls, maybe the preparation like they were seen buying duct tape at a store and were seen doing it.
Seems to me, the only way you can come up with “heavy battery” is if you have some very solid evidence or statements. Someone who understands Dutch Law want to explain this??? (crickets chirping….)

I’m not a trained professional like ALE, but I’d guess that the Prosecutor knew that Natalee Holloway died, not from drugs and alcohol, but from an out of control temper belonging to Joran van der Sloot. That’s just a shot in the dark, though. As I said, I’m not a top notch investigator and I’m not being paid to keep my mouth shut and no one has threatened me or my family if I say anything bad about the van der Sloots or Aruba.
Premeditated murder shows plans being made before Natalee was drugged and kidnapped. As i said maybe they were buying things that they knew they were gonna use to restrain Natalee. And these punks including Paul are so cocky they may have mentioned what they intended to do to someone or alluding to doing *SOMETHING BAD* without going into the gory details.

Yeah they had to see Natalee’s broken little body to call it heavy battery meaning they beat her. Notice heavy battery is charged in conjunction with the charge murder, meaning they saw evidence that the murder didn’t die from the battery but of another means…..like a gunshot maybe two shot in her head in places where there’s no doubt that an accidental shot happened, she was shot in a place where there is no doubt they wanted Natalee to die, that place is right between the eyes.
Let me clarify that post abit…..i meant that although these bastards beat her evidence showed that isn’t what killed her. They saw Natalee died from gunshot wounds and there’s NO WAY they happened by accident coz one of them was between her eyes.

Anyone who wasnt planted as part of the coverup or mis-information campaign was intimated. First they organized a protest vs beth. Then threatened her that they would drop the case..So she was forced to apologize. No doubt they threatened Dave and Beth as it was the only way to get them off the island.
Remember Beth’s attorney had her tires slashed. That was the same time the three teen girls were gonna come forward and testify vs Joran for rape. They never followed through either. If they werent intimadated they had to be hand held to give there story to the ALE. Some like the jogger never came forward again.
Again…..i don’t doubt for a minute that threats were made and intimidation of those on Aruba to keep their mouth shut. Who could ever forget the brave young girls who did come forward against Jurine…..very brave of them.
Beth said on tv that she got a call while still on the island that was threatening asking her when she’s leaving.
What i was wondering is when was Dave get threats? Was he still on the island….did they threat by phone like Beth was….was it when Dave’s book came out?
Not only has Spencer Bachus been silent, his last comments that I remember were to say that Aruba was doing all that it could on the case. Wonder if he’d repeat that?
We should also bear in mind that apparently porn videos were downloaded onto the vdS computer on the same night Natalee went missing. The media thinking on that seems to have been that Joran did that after coming home.
As I recall, they were supposedly downloaded by Joran … but anyone who knows a sign-in name, etc., can use it. So that doesn’t prove anything.
Suppose Freddy, whose own lawyer has admitted that he filmed underage girls, and other Pimps were abusing Natalee and were busy filming away in Joran’s apartment when Paulus stumbled on the scene? Maybe Freddy or some of the others were trying to recall a “favorite scene” from the movie as guidance?
Or suppose that Natalee was coming out of her drug-induced “in and out of consciousness” state and began screaming and demanding to be taken back to her hotel?
This is all hypothetical, but suppose the commotion got Paulus’ attention, who came on the scene (something that the Pimps didn’t expect) and saw that they had a captive American girl who would certainly NOT be cowed or threatened like the Arubans.
What then?
“I appreciate your position, but please understand that I would do anything for my son.”
Paulus would know then that there was no turning back. It was either do the decent thing … help Natalee, call the police, and turn in his son … or protect his son at whatever cost.
So Natalee was bound and gagged and moved elsewhere while PvdS tried to decide what to do? Forcible injection of heroin to kill her? Selling her to someone who would take her off the island with guarantees that she wouldn’t come back? Or something else?
This is all hypothetical, and I hope it isn’t what happened. But it’s another possibility.

This is the latest information we received from reliable sources. It says that Holland is extremely interested in the Holloway case and the Namdar bribery case. They are sending a large team of policemen from Holland to further investigate both cases. The Minister of Justice, Rudy Croes, has offered all cooperation to the Dutch authorities who will be coming soon to reinforce those that are already here.
The severe criticisms we outed with regards to both cases has apparently hit home and we can expect some serious actions soon. Holland cannot afford to sit by idly and let a part of the Kingdom go to pots. And the political infiltration in the Prosecution offices, especially in the case of the Attorney General, has met wilth loud criticism here and abroad.
If the Aruban population cannot rely on a true separation of Trias Politica (Executive, Legislative and Judicial)than we are in for some social upheavals that can very easily get out of hand, considering the presence of more than 18,000 illegals and about the same number of latin-americans that are now in Aruba. They are more accustomed to ‘heating’ the streets than are the Arubans. And that, Holland cannot and will not tolerate.
I am glad that we are getting that kind of help from Holland because the way both cases have been handled by the local authorities stinks!
I’ll leave this for JFN to post, but bottom line – MORE investigators are coming from Holland! To investigate both the Holloway case and the bribery case. This per today’s Diario.

Just a few excerpts from Vanity Fair of things that Joran said to them.. Later on Greta he says he won’t talk to the police after he lied repeatedly to them, he don’t trust them, but then encourages people with info to come forward to the police with any and all information they have.. What a nut.

Instead of leaving Natalee at the Holiday Inn, he now said, the Kalpoes had dropped him and Natalee off at the beach beside the Marriott, a half-mile north of the Holiday Inn; the area is a lovers’ lane of sorts. He said Natalee was so drunk she was drifting in and out of consciousness. Joran said he left her at the beach and walked home. During weeks of questioning, the Kalpoes backed up his new story.
“Once we got a statement from Joran that [Natalee] passed out several times while he was sexually fondling her, we thought we had something,” Dompig says. Under Dutch law, this could be viewed as sex without consent; anyone who enabled the crime could be judged an accessory. “We tried Deepak and Satish with that point; someone passed out in the back of your car, you’re an accessory,” Dompig says. “We were doing this to apply pressure. We felt Satish was the weakest link. We wanted to squeeze Satish. Deepak wants to protect Satish. But when we put that pressure on, it didn’t work. Deepak is too strong.”
Dompig says, “nobody knows what time he got home.” Nor is it clear how he got there. “He says he walked,” Dompig continues, a distance of about two miles. “That is very unlikely.”
The tennis shoes Joran wore that night have never been found, which police find suspicious. Another missing item involves a break-in that night at one of the low-slung fisherman’s huts that line the beach north of the Marriott. Reported taken were a machete and perhaps a lobster trap. The police do not have a single witness who claims to have seen Joran that morning.
VAN SUSTEREN: When you left her that night, were there any people around who might have seen something? You make the plea for people to come forward. Did you see anybody in the immediate area?
VAN DER SLOOT: No, that’s exactly what I said. I mean, there were couples there on the beach. I mean, you know, please, come forward. You know, talk to the police. There was a couple that walked by when we were there on the beach. I mean, it’s not – it’s not like it’s a deserted beach. It’s a crowded area where there’s a lot of people. You know, just come forward and talk to the – you know, tell the police everything you know. It’s just very important.
VAN DER SLOOT: No. They have all the surveillance and they have all the phone calls and all the – all that stuff they have. And you know, that’s all – that’s all been looked by them, as well. (INAUDIBLE) all that’s – you know, that can help solve this case is, you know, the person that knows something to come forward and talk to the police. I mean, it’s just important for everyone, so everyone can move on with their life.
VAN SUSTEREN: Are you willing to talk more to the police, to Karin Janssen, if they ask you?
VAN DER SLOOT: No, I’m not – I’m not going to talk to the police anymore. I mean, I’ve – they put me through a lot, as well, you know? And they were trying to solve the case, but I don’t trust the police anymore, either. I don’t trust the police here anymore, either.
VAN SUSTEREN: How about the prosecutor, Karin Janssen?
VAN DER SLOOT: No, I think she has a personal – you know, I don’t think – I think she took this case personal from the beginning, and she didn’t like me at all. And I mean, you know, I won’t talk to anyone, any of them.

With all of the contradicting info from Aruba/Holland how can anyone believe anything the suspects say or what goes on in the case. I agree – they didn’t expect Beth to get there so quickly and start going over the info herself. What losers. Also, the 3 didn’t help at all in the searches. There were other vacationers and locales that helped. If they were innocent they would have helped search etc. JMO. I know I would have. But I guess I have an honest conscious and they don’t. Afterall, many would think a man who is not capable of ruling his own house, is incapable to rule a parliament. In his capacity in acting as the Father of Aruba, his values haven’t changed.

ORANJESTAD, Aruba – Reports conflicted Saturday in developments of the Alabama honor student who has been missing in Aruba for almost two weeks.
David Cruz, a spokesman for the Aruban Minister of Justice (search) told FOX News Natalee Holloway (search), who was on vacation with friends with a graduation trip when she disappeared, was confirmed dead and that authorities knew the location of her body.
However, Cruz later retracted the statement, saying he was a victim of a “misinformation campaign.”
The mother of the 18-year-old told FOX News authorities had not yet contacted them with this information but did say that Natalee’s father, who is divorced from her mother, was with investigators looking for the body.
These reports came after significant, and at times conflicting, developments with the five suspects being detained in the case.
The “Diario,” a local daily newspaper, is reporting that a human blood sample found in a car at the residence of one of the teens in custody – the 17-year-old son of a high-ranking island judicuary official – is now being sent to the U.S. and will be tested for a possible match to Natalee, whose mother gave a blood sample to investigators.
One of the young men detained admitted “something bad happened” to the woman after they took her to the beach, a police officer said, while prosecutors said the investigation was at a crucial point.
But prosecutors refused to comment on the statement by Deputy Police Commissioner Gerold Dompig (search), who told The Associated Press that the man who made that admission was leading police to the scene. He refused to identify which of the three young men who took Holloway to a northern beach the night she went missing made the statement.

A judge ruled Saturday that police can continue to detain three young men – two Surinamese brothers and the Dutch teen – arrested in the disappearance of Holloway.
Police also have detained two other men – former security guards at a hotel near the one where Holloway was staying. No one has been charged in the case.
Holloway vanished during a five-day trip to the Dutch Caribbean island with 124 classmates and seven chaperones celebrating their graduation from Mountain Brook, Ala., High School, near Birmingham. Police found her U.S. passport and packed bags in her hotel room after she failed to show up for her return flight that day.

Holloway’s mother and stepfather told The Birmingham News in Alabama that they discovered the Dutch boy’s connection to their daughter within 24 hours of her disappearance by talking to other students on the trip. They then found surveillance videotapes showing him playing poker with other Mountain Brook teens in their hotel casino two days before she vanished.
A lawyer for one of the Surinamese – Satish Kalpoe, 18, whose brother, Deepak, 21, also is in custody – said they told police they took Holloway to Arashi Beach, on the northern part of the island, in the early hours of May 30.
According to their police statement, they did not get out of the car, Carlo said. Instead, Holloway and the Dutch teen, an honors student at the Aruba International School whom she had met at the casino in her hotel, “were in the back seat kissing.”
They also told police that they dropped Holloway at her Holiday Inn at about 2 a.m. and last saw her being approached by a man in a security guard uniform before they drove off, Kock said.
The brothers told police the blonde, blue-eyed young woman was drunk and refused to get out of the car, said Noraina Pietersz, who is representing Mickey John, 30, one of the two former security guards. He and Abraham Jones, 28, have been detained since Sunday.
The three young men said Holloway stumbled in the parking lot of the hotel but refused help from her Dutch escort, Kock said.
Holiday Inn employees say security cameras did not record Holloway’s return. A Holiday Inn guard who worked the overnight shift that day said he did not see her, said Pietersz, who said she reviewed the guard’s statement to police.

The motion opposing the move, filed by Dave Holloway and Elizabeth Twitty in Manhattan’s state Supreme Court, says they “and several other key witnesses in this case have been subject to intimidation, hostility and death threats.”

The Holloway-Twitty court papers, which don’t elaborate on the cited threats, also say New York courts are considered to be “legitimate” and permit a broader-based pretrial investigation than courts in Aruba.

“Aruba represents a corrosive and abusive environment, as menacing and prejudicial to their quest for justice as the process could possibly be,” the parents’ papers say.

The parents’ court papers, filed late Tuesday, say at least six important witnesses live in New York and others live in Princeton, N.J., and Philadelphia. They also say a young woman who claims to be a former Joran van der Sloot victim says she would testify in New York but not in Aruba.

The parents’ papers say this young woman can identify two others who had experiences with the younger van der Sloot “in circumstances eerily reminiscent of what happened to Natalee.”

I do not believe for one minute that Oduber is concerned one way or another what the IAPA or any other agency feels about the manner which Aruba runs its affairs. For two years Aruba has conducted a corrupt investigation into the disappearance of an eighteen year old American girl without fear of retaliation … without fear of challenge … from what was once perceived as the greatest democracy on the face of the earth … the United States of America. I contend that the politically correct approach of the American Administration in the Natalee Holloway case … is a betrayal to one of her own and … will put future Natalees at risk. Spencer Bachus said he came away from a Friday meeting with Aruban officials with the sense that they plan to vigorously pursue leads in the disappearance of American student Natalee Holloway. Bachus, R-Ala., whose district includes Mountain Brook, where Holloway is from, divulged little about the substance of the meeting, saying only it was a “frank and open discussion” and that Aruban authorities have devoted “tremendous resources” to the case.
John Quinlan Kelly, a New York-based attorney for the Holloway family, said Natalee Holloway’s parents wanted him to attend the meeting, but the lawmaker’s office told Holloway’s family the Arubans objected to that.

Department of Justice official and Dutch Judges drastically limited the search of the Van Der Sloot property as a favor to Joran van der Sloot’s father.
Despite what Aruban government officials led the U.S. media to believe, there was never a full search made of the Van Der Sloot property in order to find evidence in the case of missing Alabama teenager Natalee Holloway.
Dompig: That is correct. The fact is that we as a law enforcement agency always try to get the maximum. Meaning that we want to search as much places as possible. We were not granted, by the judge, a search warrant for the complete house, we only received the warrant for the apartment.
Reporter: But what about after Paul Van der Sloot was arrested, couldn’t you get a warrant to search the house then?
Dompig: It was also denied, we were a bit disappointed with that. The judge was coming from another island I must point out. He said we didn’t make a good enough case to get a warrant.

DE VRIES: Well, the search in the home address of the family van der Sloot was very strange because the search warrant was made by head prosecutor Karin Janssen, and contained an allowance to search the whole address, “Montanja nineteen.”
So, the gardens, the buildings–everything.
But, when the police was on the spot, another high-ranking employee of the Justice office–it was Mr. Bob Witt–reduced the search warrant to only the room of Joran–and that was very strange. 11/28/06

PRdVries: Yes the police missed several changes to do things right: when they wanted to search the house the door was opened by Mr. Ben King, an assistant of the Procurements Gen. office.: the highest justice-office on the island and a friend of the family who wanted to support the VdSloots in these difficult times… So clearly the search of the house hadn’t been a surprise to the VdSloots. And the police had a warrant for the complete estate but a judge – Bob Wit – who was at the house as well said only Jorans room could be searched. These are things a Dutch crime-reporter is of course totally astonished about.
Justice Department official Ben King, who later admitted to the media that he was a close friend of Paulus Van der Sloot, claimed he was on vacation and therefore not acting on behalf of the Justice department. It was King who personally informed the search team they could only search the small apartment of Joran Van Der Sloot, located in the back yard of the property just behind the main residence, when they arrived.
Also present at the Van Der Sloot residence was Dutch Judge Bob Witt from Curacao, who was one judge presiding over the case. It should be noted that Paulus Van der Sloot was a Dutch judge-in-training at the time of Natalee Holloway’s disappearance.
Although Joran Van Der Sloot was arrested on June 9, 2005 the Aruba Prosecutor Karin Janssen did not execute a search of the Van Der Sloot residence until nearly a week later on June 15th with members of her office, the Aruba Police department, and Dutch forensics specialists from Holland in tow.
The search itself of the Van Der Sloot apartment looks now to be nothing more than a “mock raid” for media consumption purposes. The search lasted only four hours and was conducted in the middle of the day, quite a contrast to the early morning raid the same Prosecutor ordered on the residences of two black security guards on June 5th.
The two security guards were arrested at 6:30 am and “perp walked” for the mainstream media who also got to witness their residences being ransacked. It was later proven both guards had alibis for the night Ms. Holloway and no evidence was found at either of their homes, which ultimately led to their release.
The fact that the Van Der Sloot residence and grounds were not searched was kept hidden from the media until mid-October when acting Police Chief Gerold Dompig revealed his department was denied a full search of the Van der Sloot property on not one, but two occasions. In addition to being denied a full search on June 15th, a second request to search the main residence was flatly denied by a Dutch judge when Paulus Van Der Sloot was arrested on June 23rd.
Notice how open Dompig is in his statements.
What caused him to change and attack Natalee as doing drugs and she probably drowned? What did they have on him or perhaps his son Michael? Someone had to call Joran from C and C’s to tell Joran there were last night female tourists at the club; especially the MBHS crowd.
That’s right….
We will never allow ourselves to forget. And, while we don’t agree on everything, we all agree about the cover-up, the corruption and the crimes that were executed in the name of “nationalism” [the belief that nations would benefit from acting independently rather than collectively; emphasizing national, rather than, international goals], selfishness and greed.
Clearly, the decisions that were made the day of the search, as well as those made on June 10, were made with no regard in finding the missing or persecuting those responsible for her demise. In fact, it was just the opposite. The actions of those involved, clearly, shows that it was their “intent” to by-pass the investigation into what happened that night Natalee went missing and to conceal her kidnapping and death, as if it never occured.
The only question remaining is what’s going to be done about it? Who on the island of Aruba, or the Netherlands or, even the United States is big enough to do something about it? Certainly, the actions of the officials who call themselves public servants were acting, not in the interest of the Island of Aruba, but out of their own twisted interests. Is Jan Van der Straaten big enough? Surely, he knows of the things that took place? What about Karin Janssen, surely, she didn’t participate in the cover-up? Who is to be held responsible, but, even more than that, who IS responsible enough to put an end to this anarchy?

I’ve never ever seen such a distorted representation of justice, and plan to follow it indefinitely.
I was listening to Dave Ramsey, and a lady called in all excited. She and her husband were being transferred to Aruba, with a big promotion. Dave evidently hasn’t followed Natalee’s case or he would have given her a stern warning.

It is not that i think everything went the way it should but i find the remarks made on this page degrading and the anti-arubian remarks to be offensive. The only thing i could suggest is to focus on your own home before criticizing others.
Look at how many people is dying now in Irak but it has been liberated by America? Look at what Israel is doing in the middle east and it’s being approved by the US? These are the real problems that should cross your minds not just one girl that’s was privileged to have connections. Because i am sure if it was one of you CNN would;t even spend a minute on your story.
