During the course of the Natalee Holloway investigation there was a concerted effort by 
many to discredit Natalee and her family. Many came up with “conspiracy” theories that she for no apparent reason just ran off. Others, including contingents with IP addresses from Aruba and Holland made the accusations that Natalee Holloway some how asked for what occurred. Some even went so far as to state that she was responsible for her own disappearance whether it was intentional or by others actions. The attempt to discredit Natalee Holloway to some how preserve Aruba’s reputation and that of the three suspects became a cottage industry. Is there a reason why this picture and the others that claim to be of Natalee Holloway seen to be disproportionate from other pictures of Natalee with her friends? Natalee is a rather small girl. Why do the pictures of her in Carlos N’ Charlies that were nothing but an effort to show that she was out of control seem just not right? We wonder.

In July of 2005 pictures of Natalee Holloway were posted on-line from Carlos N’ Charlies depicting Natalee Holloway dancing on the bar. It was stated that they were sent to a blog by a tourist. Were they really? Or was this an attempt to discredit Natalee Holloway and use fauxtography to do so?
There are other “oddities” in the photos that are being reviewed.
Was this just an effort by those with a protect Aruban tourism agenda at all cost?

Wow,
Maybe if I hurry I can be the first to post. This conspiracy theory and the blame Natalee game is what I call the “Jack The Ripper” mentality. If someone is proven less than they appear to be, then in the “Jack the Ripper” mind, that person some how deserves what she (or he) gets. Makes absolutely no sense to me. Some one famous we all know did the same with all the ladies he had or attempted to have an affair or fling with. All of a sudden they became bimbos.

This picture, I’ve never understood what it is suppose to show. I didn’t realize that it was suppose to be Natalee dancing on the bar. How ridiculous. Who do we know that has altered photos?
The guy in the picture spells “spook” to me. I’ll bet you 10 to 1 if he could be located, he could tell us a few things.

I had another post but first. Just check the arm. Apparently Natalee had/has a freckle on her right arm that can be seen from a distance. Who can make that call from this picture?

I’m not trying to slander anyone here especially if someone is deceased and cannot defend one’s self. However Beth is too quick to jump at Natalee was a virgin, no if ands or buts. I’m sure that if Natalee where not a virgin she would not be broadcasting it and especially not to her mother. But that is not for me/us to decide here. My reasoning is to try and piece together what happened. 10061906 said members of the pimps grabbed Natalee for revenge. Then you can follow that path and it leads to Joran’s home and a bunch of males high on testosterone. However; if she went willingly say to another party that maybe the MBHS crew knew about, then that may pose a different scenario all together. The current thought is accidental OD at Joran’s apartment, rough sex, accidental death and cremation via Paulus. There were only about 4 hours when this could have gone down. But what if she knew she was going to another party with Joran and when they got there something got out of hand and a fight ensued and Joran got beat up and Natalee was taken from him. It all depends on how much credence you place in Shango’s riddles. Speaking of which, he/she was so outspoken, even if in riddles, why have we not heard anything more from him/her. I’m sure he/she has been silenced.
Natalee then could have been taken anywhere, dead or alive on or off the island at almost anytime. She could have been taken to the Lion’s Den where the elite of the island have sex. She could have been the unknowing victim of a snuff film…. And the possibilities go on and on.
Remember Bifron; the god in charge of moving corpses, in charge of lighting candles on crypts, the other face of Janus, the twin of Gemini and the caretaker with the key.
However right now Joran is the key to what happened. I also believe that Michael Dompig knows something because of his relationship to the K2′S and of course they too know what happened. Gerald Dompig was too quick to defend Michael’s actions against Geoffrey and was too fast changing from the three are guilty as hell to Natalee overdosed and drowned. If she drowned she was helped.
They may not know where Natalee is now, they may not have been responsible for her disappearance but they know who had her if they were not the last to see her alive. We have to find a way to break them and get the truth. Paulus now is unapproachable. He was initially very weak but he is much stronger now and will not break. He has had too many things go his way and he is very confident that the truth will not be known. But the truth is out there and it may be in Joran’s double-talking lies.
Attack, attack, isn’t that the way evil goes good? It’s called the “Bash Bush Syndrome.” Call good bad, call pure evil, call right wrong, call left right. Say it over and over, and someone with the I.Q. of an earthworm might believe you.

I believe the photoshopping of the picture was to discredit Natalee as well as her family. It was done to make it look as if she was a girl gone wild and as if she deserved her fate.

What does the virgin / not a virgin factor have to do with anything? Perhaps Beth and Natalee were close and talked about these things. My wife said she and her mom talked about everything and she remained a virgin thru high school. But it does not matter, at all!! If she were wild as a march hair and slept with a different guy every night it would not make her a bad person that deserved to be killed. Good grief, get over it! I think that Beth caught on, and felt that “they” were going to start with the defamation of character train and she had to put a stop to it!
Thank you SM for the FP post, I’m just a lurker, a mom and a Justice for Natalee supporter. I’m not an expert at all when it comes to figuring out if photos have been altered. One thing has been bothering me since the LCD monkeys started talking about it recently. The bar guy…the collar on that guy’s shirt just doesn’t look quite right to me. It stands straight up at the very back and then just dissapears completely along the side of his neck, at least that’s the way it looks to me. Has his head been photoshopped in? Like I said, I’m not an expert by no means and probably just looking at it wrong…

You’re right about Paulus. We’ve seen him go from the sweaty pig to the overly smug man in the black robe. Even the lawsuit waiting in New York didn’t seem to do anything other than to infuriate him.
He knew as he sat in his own living room that there was evidence near by that could hang him. I think anyone would sweat up a swimming pool under such circumstances.
That night, he started destroying evidence, burned clothing, shoes, started cleaning up blood, etc. As time went on and there was less and less evidence, he became bolder and bolder. Once he got rid of the bloody mattress and started cleaning with the Clorox, and ordered new furniture, he knew he couldn’t be convicted.
It all climaxed with the cremation of Natalee’s body (I think the only other possibilities is she may be in the landfill, or shipped off the island with another body-guess who?)

Bringing up Natalee’s virginity, is yet another way to discredit Natalee. If Beth said it, Natalee and Beth seemed close enuff that could have been information they shared. I know a mother who tried to talk to her daughter about birth control since she was heading off to college, the girl told her mom she was a virgin, didn’t think she needed birth control at that time, so some mothers can have a good communication with their children, where talking about this stuff is not so taboo…

I just asked why bring up the virgin card? At this point or at the start, why bring it up or question it? Maybe she was not a virgin, and her mother thought she was. Does that change anything? Folks, let’s not bash each other. I don’t want EvilLive or anyone else here to stop posting, even though I think the question of “Was Natalee a virgin?” is so irrelevant as to be extremely offensive. I frankly don’t care.
And I haven’t seen any National Enquirer-type articles pop up as to anyone saying she was or she wasn’t ….
Anyway, the issues raised by this apparent changing of photos (something I certainly am not competent to judge) shows how the earth can suddenly shift under our feet. Things that we took for granted and factored into our theories suddenly have to be challenged. What in an earlier day would be hard-and-fast physical evidence now can be altered or totally invented.
So I guess the thing to do is look at the statements of the Mountain Brook kids. Did any of them report that Natalee was dancing on the bar? I don’t remember clearly, but I don’t think so. What about the bartenders on duty … they seem to have evaded attention altogether.
The next question: if we assume that these photos were doctored, can’t we trace them back to their original source? Somebody had to provide them to the media. That somebody would be in position to explain what happened.
With all of this going on, it suggests to me that something more than a “mere” disappearance is at work. My suspicions are on record; nothing yet has dispelled them.
Allan K, you’re totally right. The inaction of our own government is disgusting. Suppose this happened to some Hollywood trash type … heaven and earth would be turned upside down. As far as I know, the body of Joel Gove is still left in Saba while the family tries to raise money for a search.
Meanwhile, Saba is one place where Americans who hold a business meeting or convention get special tax benefits.
The same is true for the Netherlands Antilles. Our government continues to give away the store … and as usual, gets a brown substance thrown in its face.
Recently toured Italy where I tipped with American dollars with “Boycott Aruba-Remember Natalee Holloway” written on them. I hope some of them make it to Holland.
Our tour guide (of Croatian decent now living in Italy) was very good with her European history and current events. She has been to just about every European country and stated that she only found the Dutch very arrogant and ethnocentric. My husband pointed me out and said “She doesn’t care for the Dutch either”. We started talking about Natalee. Being in the tourist industry she knew the facts of the case and feels the Dutch will never convict one of their own. It is their mentality. I hope she is wrong on this and closure is brought to the Holloway and Twitty families.

In the beginning when Gompig took over the investigation, I thought he was going to solve the case. “They are guilty as hell.” As time went on, it seems the brakes were being put on. He started blaming the family, brought in bottie (however it is spelled) and then he started saying that he thought that Natalee died of an overdose and the worst the “boys” were guilty of was burying a body illegally. What happen? Why did he change his mind?
The only thing I can think of is he was told if it went any further, Michael (his son) would be implicated. I don’t think he would have stopped cold in the investigation unless some proof was presented to him. What I’m thinking is it was taped evidence that was given to him with a note. If the pimps filmed Natalee’s torture, and Michael was there, they could have just sent part of the film that showed Michael with Natalee, and no one else-especially not Paulus or Joran. It may have been only a short segment.
Now, if you have the chief investigator destroying evidence, shredding confessions, destroying taped interviews, spooking witnesses-possibly other diabolical deeds that I’ll only hint at, how far can someone who takes his place later go with the remaining (if any) evidence?

IPs are tracked by servers. When you access a webpage, your IP address calls the hosting server for the page and then sends that page to the requesting IP.
You can avoid this by utilizing an anonymizer type of program which shields your IP address from the server you are requesting.
If the AHATA shills that were coming here were not utilizing anonymizers, it would be fairly simple to track down their IPs – whether they were posting from Aruba, or were subcontracted by Steve Cohen and were working out of Miami, LA, or India……
In the end, if you haven’t utilized an anonymizer I would put a lot of money on Klassand having your IP address. The Internet is not anonymous as you think. How do you think Pete Townsend got busted for his surfing habits??? md

Definitely, with out a doubt. It’s just part of their genetics and their up bringing. They have pretty much gotten away with everything. There have been no adults in their lives that have said no to them. When I helped with the scouting program, we had 11 year olds who had never been told no. They just didn’t know how to handle it. Especially when your no actually meant no.
I don’t know if you have seen Blood Diamond, but it illustrates just how young minds can be corrupted, and what you can turn a young boy in to.
IN 1970 a friend was walking down the street in Saigon in Army uniform. A 10 year old pulled a 25-auto pistol and shot him through both arms and the shoulder. He got off three more rounds that missed before my fried shot him. He said he was just so shocked at the boy’s age, that he couldn’t react. Hence the shorter hair and the “extra” hair on top, so to speak.

There is no need to ask the question why. We have seen over and over again the attempts made by a few to undermine the moral judgement of everyone involved in this website. We all have witnessed the inuendos and lies put forth by ALE, ATA and their many supporters. There is no doubt that there were attempts being made to make Natalee look like the type of girl that, in some sick way, may have deserved the punishment dished out to her the night that she disappeared. That has been evident in the statments made by the suspects, both in their statements, as well as in their appearances in interviews. There have been the same attempts made by their officials as well, suggesting that Natalee was a drug abuser that was hiding in a crack house, was a victim of her own family in an attempt to collect insurance money as well as their latest attempt to make her death look like an accident.
The one point that I would like to make is that the onslaught of slander and abuse continues as it is used, nearly, on a daily basis to impede the progress being made in getting the word out on the pages of this blog. I suppose that it will continue.
When you look at the amount of work that has gone into trying to solve this case. The countless hours spent reviewing photographs, videos, statements, newspaper clippings and countless other things; it becomes more and more obvious that the people that have dedicated their efforts to this boycott have to be some of the best people in the world. When you look at the fact that these are
people from different walks of life from every nation, it speaks volumns to their determination.
It never ceases to amaze me that when a question comes up or something comes to their attention that needs to be reviewed; as if by the grace of God, someone from somewhere has the skills to see that the work is done, the truth is uncovered and the story is told. And that’s what this is all about… finding the truth for Natalee.
I suppose that if you were to put it in simple terms, the island of Aruba has made a conscious effort to avoid the truth. They have approached this case with an attitude of defiance, rather than with an attitude of urgency and it has been nearly two years. Now it is up to this special team made up of ten
Dutchmen to make an effort and it is out of deep respect and anticipation that we continue to pray that their efforts will be blessed.
Through the grace of God, a mother’s instinct and a willingness to get the job done… we know of the corruption that made it possible for a little girl to go
missing. She is not missing in the true sense of the word… she was made to disappear by a group of people who’s job it was to protect her. Yes, we know what happened in Aruba and there is no doubt in anyone’s mind who was behind the manipulation of the Aruban authorities.

We have come a long way in keeping the pressure on Aruba in our unrelenting support of the boycott, searching for new information and reviewing everything old and new… in a sense, conducting our own investigation and seeking the truth for that one little girl that went to Aruba in celebration of her high school graduation.

Setting aside the ‘disappearance’ of Natalee for just one second, how are the Dutch going to reconcile the statements made by Beth? The statement that ‘all had sex with Natalee when she went in and out of consciousness’? That alone is the Aruban definition of RAPE. How can they white wash that portion alone? I can see no way that can happen without proving the point that the fix is in. Remember those declarations came from the suspects themselves. Those are on the record.
That charge should bring an 8 year sentence and conversely proves that the suspect had motive to kill and disappear Natalee Holloway. It’s a double edge sword. On one hand you have the suspects admitting a crime and the Authorities reluctant to move on the first charge because it definitely shows motive for the second charge. Which in turn opens the flood gates to charging Paulus Van Der Sloot with the original charges against him.
I am going to be waiting to see how they try to spin this one. It’s going to be impossible in my opinion.
When the final determination is in, there will either be a charge of Rape, or a complete and total disregard for the Law by those sworn to uphold it.

Your right on here. You even have Aruban officials stating that there is more than enough evidence to charge them with rape, but….under the wonderful Dutch law caveat….if we charged them and convicted them of rape we could not come back and charge them with murder.
I am in full agreement with you and always have been — it is either 8 years or 15 years for these criminals. If they go down this path, they will give Joran “probation” as he was a minor and has had ‘good behavior’ since the crime…and, drum roll please, the two Kalpoes will find themselves the rubes as they are set up and have to serve their eight years. The Kalpoes will try to point fingers at the real PERPS (Paulus and Joran), but will be stymied by evidence that points only at them (remember Joran stating the Kalpoes went back and raped Natalee after he was done with her??? Joran will suddenly become credible and the Kalpoes will go down). The Kalpoes are not white skinned, not Dutch, lowlifes, and easily expendable (just as were the two black security guards Aruba tried to set up for the crimes).
But, it still does not deal with the real PERP…Paulus Van Der Sloot, which Aruba has done everything possible to distance Paulus from his crimes while making them virtually impossible to prosecute due to legal maneuvers carried out with the help of Karin Janssen, Judge Smid, and others within the justice arm of Aruba. Paulus will walk free…yet he is the one who should be serving 8 to 15.

If that pans out, then it’s also 46 days until the boycott of Aruba pushes full steam ahead, fueled by the total disgust and outrage of the American public.
MD- It is my contention that the remaining statements, declaration and evidence points the finger directly at Paulus Van Der Sloot and him alone. The items that have not been released are the lynch pin to his guilt. This is why he was released from suspect status and appears to be home free. I also contend that the ‘minor’ outrage as seen by the ‘public’ (namely us) would turn into an inferno should the remaining evidence against Paulus be made public. Which is why I do not believe we will see it anytime soon, and the reason he was released from suspect status early and against the LAW. It will be hard to get the evidence against him now that he has been ‘set free’…
I agree he is the perp and he is the reason this has all happened. Should the Dutch release the remaining evidence, the MSM will be back on Aruba so fast your head will spin like Linda Blair’s, ripping them apart for stalling the over-due Justice that should have taken place two years ago. The Dutch, even if they had even a small modicum of decency, are not going to allow the destruction of Aruba.

Still no answer to #3? Just check the arm. Apparently Natalee had/has a freckle on her right arm that can be seen from a distance. Who can make that call from this picture.
If someone can see a birth mark it would indicate a good possibility that it is Natalee.
If the birth mark cannot be found then obviously it’s not Natalee.

Now you have got me thinking about the “why” question if this photo was altered as you say it is. I would like to know who sent that photo to Dan Riehl. It’s alleged that the photo was taken by a tourist but no other information is given. There is a challenge to put your sleuth skills to work on.
I am still not sure that the photograph is altered but I am sure that it is not Nat who was photographed in that picture. You convinced me of that and now you have me thinking about “why” would the source of the photo want people to think it is Nat.
if i remember this correctly, rwv was boasting of having pictures of jvds and natalee together at c&c’s. these are the pics that they showed of natalee, and there were other pics showing jvds at c&c’s. big to do about nothing. they weren’t shown “together” dancing or otherwise.

However, I do think that Aruba will be hit (and rightfully so) with another round of negative publicity if there is failure to bring any charges.
Whether it is in the mainstream media, cable, or tabloids, the words “corruption” and “coverup” will be associated with Aruba.
Is the original, uncropped version of that photo available? As it is, the focal point of the picture appears to be the guy in the plaid shirt? Why? Was someone trying to suggest that this person had more than a casual interest in Natalee Holloway?
The original would also be more easily examined for subtle changes in pixilation around the areas in question.
Looking at the area between the top of Lee’s head and the beginning of Natalee’s arm, that appears to be another head of hair there of different color and texture than Lee’s. Maybe Lee was pasted into this shot to hide whoever was really standing at the bar?
Something is definitely wrong with the picture, but it is hard to tell if Natalee was pasted into the shot, or if those in the foreground were placed there for a reason……

This is one of the deaths that really puzzles me. I think the picture on the obituaries page is old, and I don’t know what he looked like at the time of his death. There are some more deaths of slightly older persons that are puzzling also. 1906 and I did extensive research on the deaths, and the trolls tried to beat our heads in over it. They thought it was disrespectful to the dead, but no offense-I don’t think they care.
By the way, this is only one of at least 3 funeral home on the island. Also, does anyone know the names of the two security guards that “committed suicide” by jumping off the tops of Arabian Hotels, and are their names on the list?

The fascinating thing is that there has been someone on Aruba that actually wants Paulus hung for his crimes…consider these:
- The leaking of the casino picture showing Paulus hitting on Natalee Holloway. Aruba’s explanation: Steve Cohen was going to check on this and we never heard from Steve again.
- The leaking of the ‘Sloot Compound’ photo….an aerial shot showing the Sloot’s place with a furniture delivery truck and Paulus and Anita. Way too coincidental in timing to the bloody mattress that was found. Aruba’s explanation: the blood soaked mattress was ‘dog’s blood’.
- The Chicago/Arubay videos – leaked through an Internet site. Clearly show a crime scene investigation going on…then show Aruban officials (to this date, never identified, but they appear to be of Dutch/European descent) destroying the crime scene. Video appears to show Paulus and Joran driving away from the crime scene together. Aruba’s explanation: They were marking rocks with ‘white paint’ (I say it was peroxide or some other blood decomposition material) because they wanted to put up some highway signs (or something to that effect).
Some party wanted Paulus outed for his crimes.
Meanwhile, his justice department officials, and it can be assumed AHATA wanted him distanced from the crimes that took place and took actions to make sure that he would not be prosecutable. For those that have not been reading Scared Monkeys for long, here is what they did:
1) The FBI was sent to Aruba to help Aruba with the investigation. While Aruba stated they welcomed the FBI, Paulus VDS filed in court to make sure the FBI could not help —- The court made sure the FBI could not assist.
2) Though Aruban Law Enforcement requested a full search of the VDS compound (which would have most likely turned up considerable evidence in Paulus and Anita’s home), a judge came the the VDS compound and amended and restricted the search warrant to Joran’s apartment. If she was never in that apartment…they can search all day and find nothing.
3) A week later, Paulus VDS is arrested. According to Dompig, a request was made to search PVDS home on the compound and was denied by the Aruban courts. In addition, the search that did take place was by one of PVDS’ best friends…a little conflict in interest perhaps???
4) Though a friend of Paulus’ and completely conflicted, Karin Janssen wrote a letter to PVDS stating that she no longer considered him a suspect.
5) Using Karin Janssen’s letter, PVDS files with the court to have him released as a suspect. Paulus’ judge buddies release him as a suspect based on this — however, the court and Karin Janssen had not provided these same opportunities to the two black security guards who they attempted to frame and whom it was clear, 3 to 4 days after Natalee’s murder that they were not involved in any way, shape, or form.
6)In order to add a ‘layer to the legal onion’ AND NOT BECAUSE OF GREED, PVDS files with the courts to pay him $30,000 for inconveniencing him due to lack of evidence (well of course Paulus, there is a lack because of #2 above). Paulus’ judicial friends agree to pay him $30,000. This is significant as it layers another judicial order on top of the first order. In order to get the first bogus order reversed (the ‘no longer a suspect’ order), this order must be reversed. Based on how courts operate…it will take a year or more to get these reversed. NO OTHER SUSPECT IN THE CASE HAS RECEIVED MONEY AS PAULUS HAS.
7) Paulus, realizing that many people were questioning the validity of the $30k order decides to add one more layer by going to his judicial buddies and asking for more money ($50,000). This time his judicial buddies had had enough – too much heat….criticism from the media, US experts, and most importantly many Dutch law experts about the handling of the case. Like anyone else, the judges realize that their jobs have been put in jeopardy if their cronyism with Paulus comes out in a big way. They turn on him and in turning on him release evidence that clearly shows that he was involved on the night Natalee was murdered.
8) The decision made in number 7 shows that the Karin Janssen letter was fraudulant to help her buddy Paulus. Why would any suspect be released and then additional judicial orders piled up to distance themselves from the crime (Paulus…thou dost protesteth too much!). Why hadn’t Karin provided this evidence to the courts prior to this — or even used this evidence to keep Paulus in jail???
In the end folks….the only way this case is solved is for the following to happen and the perp…who has been protected since the beginning gets hung:
1) THE 10 DUTCH INVESTIGATORS AND THE NEW AG NEED TO RETRACT KARIN’S FRAUD/CONFLICT OF INTEREST LETTER.
2) THE 10 DUTCH INVESTIGATORS AND THE NEW AG NEED TO FILE TO REVERSE THE ORDER THAT WAS MADE BASED ON THE FRAUD/CONFLICT LETTER.
3) THE 10 DUTCH INVESTIGATORS AND THE NEW AG NEED TO ARREST PAULUS AGAIN BASED ON THE EVIDENCE BROUGHT FORTH BY THE COURTS, SEARCH PAULUS’ PROPERTY NOW THAT HE IS ONCE AGAIN A SUSPECT, AND END THIS CASE THE WAY IT NEEDS TO END SO THAT THE FAMILY AND ARUBA CAN PUT THIS TO BED AND MOVE ON.
Again, this is the right thing to do…but as mentioned above, VEGAS odds are 5,000 to 1 that Paulus will hang for his crimes. md

The reason that Aruban interrogators could not bring Joran, Deepak and Satish in for further questioning in December, 2005 was because in September, 2005 the judge who released the three main suspects in the Natalee Holloway case … released them with a condition that they be available for further questioning but … less than two weeks later reversed that condition. I fail to comprehend why the official spokesperson for the investigation, Steve Cohen, was not aware of this ruling. One emotional roller coaster ride after another for the family of Natalee Holloway … compliments of the “powers that be” in Aruba.

I used to have a lot of respect for Condi, and I still like her as a person, but I’m not at all thrilled with her foreign policy. I don’t like some of her latest moves involving N. In a way it’s not all her fault, but the career bureaucrats at the State Dept and their own person desires to see a world of harmony without dealing with the true nature of the dangers the US faces. Interview with Judge who refused search of Van der sloot home
Curacao: In a rare interview and one that may cause controvery, the judge who denied Police warrants to search the home of Paulus Van der sloot gave a candid interview tonight.
When asked why he didn’t feel a search of the van der sloot property was necessary he stated, ” it would have been a conflict of interest as I was staying with Paulus and Anita at the time.”

The rulings of the judges in regards to Paulus Van der Sloot imply an obvious conflicts of interest somewhere in the chain of command. Crucial statements given by Paulus was either disregarded by each judge in the various rulings or … was never presented by the prosecutor. Is it any wonder there is a perception that a cover up exists in the Natalee Holloway case to distance this man from being implicated in the events of that fateful morning?

I totaly agree with those surmising that there were people working Against Paul aswell working with him, protecting him. A few more items of thought….
I believe that the dynamics of the cover-up went like this…Paulus had the support and a position of strength with members of the justice department (Janssen, Van Der Straaten, etc.) and members of the judiciary (Smid and others). These people had the ability to do the following:
- Take evidence collected by ALE and determine if it was viable evidence or not. Evidence that would convict was ‘sent to Holland’ to be reviewed (you can read this as it ended up in a black hole).
- Fix the case in the court by providing him with favorable treatment (i.e. KJ’s letter)
- Fix the search warrant for his home
- Provide judgements that distance him from crimes
Where the split occurs, is with ALE. Though the original chief was a buddy of his, when he was gone, Dompig moved in. Dompig was embarrassed many, many times by his superiors and the members of the justice and judicial club above. But, if you look at many of Dompig’s statements, he definitely was part of a group that wanted the true perp’s dealt with – and he definitely has made the statements acknowledging that J2K and Paulus are the perps…those cannot be changed.
As cover-ups work…Dompig most likely had some skeletons in his closet that someone on the justice/judiciary kindly reminded him of. His stances quickly changed and quite frankly seemed illogical when compared to prior statements. Perhaps the lives of family members were threatened…perhaps his kid had committed a serious crime that had been covered up and that was going to be brought forth….who knows…but clearly someone got to him and he had to change course.
As part of that changing course, my guess is his new security business has some very lucrative contracts to ‘help him get started’. Would be nice to see who those are with!
Anyhow, after analyzing and following this case since June 3rd, 2005; it definitely appears that those who want Paulus outed are not his buddies, but they are in ALE. The justice/judiciary side is a corrupt old boys club and they are helping their friend. md

Given that the Aruban population is small to begin with, the circle of influential persons mixed up in this must be much smaller. And it seems that some people are prepared to hold out as long as they can, gambling that Americans will forget about Natalee and choose their unsafe, overly costly beaches over the offerings of other islands.
Whatever our theories, let’s keep in mind that we can do a few practical things. They are: writing letters, op-ed pieces (I bet a lot of papers will be willing to consider them for the end of May, especially if the case is indeed declared closed), and so forth to keep this case in the public eye.
(Isn’t it odd that we don’t hear ANYTHING about the Joel Gove case on Saba? Have the media forgotten that his ex-wife is trying to raise money to bring his body back home? This is a scandal crying out for coverage, yet nothing has been printed on it recently.)
And also, let’s keep the pressure on Aruba Tourism Authority to the extent that we can.
Show up in Miami! Stand up for Natalee! Dissuade Americans from going to Aruba … and perhaps becoming the next target.

Rob and MD, Paulus said he slept through the night but the wiretap implies he was very much awake and “moving people” at 4:00 am. The house was always kept away from their statements because that is more than likely wehere the crime DID occur. They may have found out there was some messaging or phone calls from the residence that places them there (dirty cops would have filled them in) and that’s when Joran changed his story to include a short visit to the residence.
The only thing left to figure out about Paulus is whether he was in on the rape and murder as well as the cover-up.

I have been harping on Paulus being the perp for a very long time.
What really got me to figure out the shenanigans played with the legal system was when Rammstein – our Dutch legal expert – flaunted that they couldn’t touch Paulus because of the letter Karin had wrote clearing him as a suspect and that that letter had been used to earn the judgement from Paulus’ black robed buddy.
At that point in time, it hit me that the ‘legal onion layers’ had been put on by Aruba, Paulus, Karin, and the Judicial buddies.
You will note, I have harped on this since September when they announced Dutch investigators would be allowed to look at the case.
You will notice that NO ARUBA/’DUTCH LAW’ SHILLS, whether charlierat, yoyo, or even Rammstein disappear when I post what has happened and that Paulus is the perp. You would think Rammstein, as a Dutch Law expert, would at least validate that if the New AG retracted Karin’s letter due to conflict of interest that they then could VOID the order written by Paulus’ black robed buddy.

Sure is something when high officials speak out on behalf of their own citizens. I guess that does happen in some countries.
The father of Rebecca Middleton is determined to seek justice for his daughter. Looks like the Bermuda government MAY be thinking she deserves it.

Last night in Holland, Joran van der Sloot and his parents were interviewed on TV by the team Pauw en Witteman. Crime investigator Peter R de Vries was also there. The boys parents did all they could to make Joran look like a nice stable boy who would not harm a soul. To the question: did you ever doubt your son? the father answered: never. The mother said: I did have my doubts at first and thought: oh, no, not again…”
