Who said that in death Anna Nicole Smith could finally rest in peace? It hardly seems like it. Paternity questions aside as to who is the father of Smith’s baby, it is an all out war to even be able to bury Anna Nicole Smith.
Howard K. Smith wants to bury the body in the Bahamas. Why would be the question that comes to mind? What is Howard K. Smith’s agenda to have Dannielynn and Anna Nicole be in the Bahamas outside of US jurisdiction?
Vergie Arthur, Anna Nicole Smith’s mother, wants to bury Anna in Texas.
Meanwhile, there is a crime scene investigation going on in the Bahamas at Anna Nicole Smith’s House.
A Bahamian crime scene unit was taking photos Thursday on the grounds of Anna Nicole Smith’s house, where officials are investigating the report of a break-in last Thursday night, commissioner of police Reginald Ferguson told FOX News.

Memo to Howard stop looking like an a55 and take the paternity test.

Really #1 What reason what so ever would HKS not want to just take the paternity test and get it over with and stop the circus and get on with life and his million dollar baby, unless of course the obvious … must not be his baby.

Again, I don’t think Howard is the baby’s daddy, but I just do see him as a murderer. I hope answers are found and this doesn’t end up another unsolved mystery.

I suspect the same thing (foul play). The day the Supreme Court ruled in Anna’s favour in summer 2006 i had in the back of my mind that someone evil in her life did the unthinkable.
This judge is a dead ringer for the judge character played by Jamie Kennedy on his show The Jamie Kennedy Experiment. Am I the only one who sees this?

Judge Seidlin is a genious! He cares very much about baby Dannielynn. I think that Judge Seidlin will get to the bottom of the paternity, over Stern et al.’s objections, as he won’t release ANS body to anyone but the next of kin. Before next of kin can be dtermined, legal guardianship of the baby must be determined. JMO of course.
Tomorrow should really be interesting with Birkhead, Vergie Arthur, and Stern all before the judge. If Stern shows that is.
Remember, we don’t know anything really about the Seminole PD’s investigation. What if Stern were charged with manslaughter the moment he sets foot on US soil? My bet is that Stern doesn’t show and gives up his claim on the remains. JMO again.
This is all so sad. The legal problems are really fascinating though.

It seems that the Judge is a narcissist…what a nut case.
He would do better if he listened more and talked less-he’s making this hearing about him.
