Why can’t it always be this simple? Seems that it would put a dent into the child sex predator problem we have in this country. Predators are predators, its as simple as that. Instead of slapping them on the wrist, having them register, only to repeat their sexual deviance upon a new victim until they ultimately escalate to murder … we can have happen what occurred to Robert Allen Billings. Simple, Sweet … Justice served.
