From The Abrams Report; October 24, 2005 Dave Holloway discusses the search efforts in Aruba for his missing daughter, Natalee Holloway. The water searches continue in Aruba with Texas Equusearch as the family finally gets direction for the first time according to Dave Holloway from Aruban officials. This is an almost incredible comment some 5 months into the investigation.
Abrams: Dave you are in Aruba searching for Natalee, but you are not just searching in random areas right? You are getting guidance in where you should look?
Dave: Yes, for the first time we have gotten some guidance on what areas to focus our search efforts on.
Abrams: Where is that coming from?
Dave: That’s coming from Chief Dompig himself.

Abrams: Joining me on the phone from Aruba is Dave Holloway. Dave, first of all what do you make of this development?
Dave: Well, I’m hopeful they will make something out of it. I think America knows, really everyone knows what happened it is a matter of just proving it. That’s the problem we’re rising with the judge, or the judge of instruction.
Abrams: Dave you are in Aruba searching for Natalee, but you are not just searching in random areas right? You are getting guidance in where you should look?
Dave: Yes, for the first time we have gotten some guidance on what areas to focus our search efforts on.
Abrams: Where is that coming from?
Dave: That’s coming from Chief Dompig himself.
Abrams: So the chief is telling you to look in a particular area.
Do you want to tell us where generally or how he is coming up with these areas?
Dave: Well, of course it’s no secret now. He indicated we needed to center our effort and time in the ocean and that’s what we are doing.Abrams: Why haven’t the Aruba authorities looked in these areas?
Dave: Well, I don’t think they have the capabilities of doing what we’re trying to do. We’ve got some people from the Unites States in that have sonar search capabilities and the Aruba authorities don’t. So, that’s what we’re doing.
Abrams: How long are you going to stay there Dave?
Dave: Well, I’m scheduled to go back Thursday. In fact, Tim Miller and I came over here to plan a search for the dump area. After we met with the police authorities, we were redirected to search out in the ocean. I’ve extended my trip now by seven more days. I intend to come back possibly by Thursday, who knows? I think Texas Equusearch is going to stay to the end.
Abrams: Dave good luck, it sounds like chief Dompig certainly hasn’t given up on this. He sounds like he’s ready to haul Deepak right back in there.
Dave: I don’t believe any of us are going to give up. So, it’s a matter of we’re going to see it to the end.

I just want to say Sacred Monkeys is awesome for continuing this story and not giving up on Natalee and her family. As good as Fox news. I am just so amazed with America as well, we won’t let this story die, until Natalee is found and returned to her home. Dave Holloway, Beth & Jug Twitty and Natalee’s family have found incredible strength and I am so glad they all have stepped up to this stituation and have not given up, All the effort and patience will be very much rewarding and relieving in the end. It is hard to say what these Arubian’s are doing, I find myself very critical to them, It is hard to trust things are going properly when these stories twist so much. My message to Aruba would be: If Natalee is there just think if something like this would happen to you or your family, Think about it, at any cost or expense you would feel the same way, we are all real with real feelings and that is only human. I really wish everyone involved in this case the best of luck, and would just like to say Thank you for standing together it is the American way. God Bless you all.
Unfortunately, the family as to trust SOMEONE. But who? Is Dompig the guy? Is he really determined to get to the bottom of this no matter what????

they found what they where looking for a long time ago, they have just been covering it up hoping it would go away. well, guess what, it hasnt, now the aruban government have their backs against the wall and now are going to lead the right people in the right direction. Aruba officials have known where she is for a while, they were just keeping her as insurance and now they need it. I agree with Jackie, it will be closed soon.
I really hope that they find Natalee soon. It would be the greatest relief for this family. I think Dave & Beth and family need the peace of knowing what happen to Natalee. I also believe one of these boys will end up telling the truth. I think Deepak has already begin that process by saying what he did to Skeeters. I believe the tapes are real. This man would not risk his rep. & job on a lie that big and risk going to jail for false informaton. It’s not a crime to lie in Aruba but here in America it’s called upstruction of justice. One to Ten in the Pen.
You Americans do not even trust your own Government….. So I think that mistrust is a normal American thing….
Just have patience….

I want to thank every one for the prayers and support you have shown our family in this terrible event. Dave Holloway, my brother had to finance the last trip to Aruba. His business is, well.. not doing to good, you understand why. Dave never has asked for money or had a big fund raiser. He just concentrates on what to do on finding Natalee, thats all. Money is not the issue with him. His faith in God and Jesus Christ as his savior, is where his strength lays. He knows he can’t quit on Natalee. Could you quit on your kid? Please pray for his business to recover and the case will find an end. God Bless
Steve Holloway, my thoughts and prayers are with the Holloways and Twittys every single day. I think Beth, Dave and Jug are absolutely amazing and I wish I had known Natalee.
Dave, my emotional support goes out to you in your search for Natalee….cannot imagine losing a child like that, although I came close to losing a precious granddaughter five years ago in different situation. The emotional and physical scars run deep in my own family from our personal tragedy. I’ve had more than my share of ‘fame’ and being on the front page to last a lifetime….I’m sure that you must feel about the same way these days.
I have been following the events of the past several days closely, hoping that you would get a real break in the case and some resolution, good or bad. Someone knows significant information concerning your daughter’s disappearance …. hoping they ‘crack’ or come forward in the near future. I would encourage you to use every means you can think of to find her, including psychics, who might have useful information to follow up on. My best to you in your search for your child.
