Confirmed … The Jaw Bone Found in Aruba Does Not Belong to Natalee Holloway (Update: Official Statement)

BREAKING NEWS ARUBA …

It has been confirmed by Aruba officials this afternoon, the jaw bone found recently on the beach near the Phoenix Hotel DOES NOT belong to Natalee Holloway. The long awaited answer that was thought to provide some clarity to the mystery of the disappearance of Natalee Holloway … remains a mystery.

Authorities said dental records used to compare the small amount of the DNA on the bone did not match.

“Based on dental records, it can be ruled out that the bone fragment came from Natalee Holloway,” the Aruban Prosecutor’s Office siad in a statement.

UPDATE I: Natalee Holloway: Jawbone Not That of Missing American Teen

“The bone appeared to have been exposed to various (weather) influences and proved to be porous,” the statement read.

For the time being, the forensics team has stopped working to test the DNA.

“There is still a possibility that the molar from the jawbone could be used for further efforts to generate a DNA profile,” the statement read. “However, this follow-up study of said molar would inhibit future research into identifying the person from whom the bone originates.”

It is believed a recent hurricane may have stirred up the beach, leading tourists to find the bone outside a hotel.

UPDATE II: Official Statement from Aruba:

Bone material not of Natalee Holloway

At the request of the Aruban Public Prosecutor’s Office the Netherlands Forensic Institute has conducted forensic anthropological and DNA investigations on bone material, a piece of jawbone with a tooth. These investigations were executed simultaneously. Detailed examination by the NFI excludes the possibility that the bone material found in Aruba is that of Natalee Holloway.

Confirmed … Jawbone Found in Aruba Does Not Belongs to Natalee Holloway

BREAKING NEWS ARUBA …

It has been confirmed by the Aruba Prosecutors office that the jaw bone found recently on the beach near the Phoenix hotel DOES NOT BELONG to Natalee Holloway. The mystery of where Natalee Holloway is remains a mystery.

I cannot help but express my prayers to Beth Holloway, Dave Holloway, Paul Reynold’s and the rest of Natalee’s family.  The continued unanswered saga of what happened to Natalee continues.

Natalee Holloway went missing in 2005 while on vacation in Aruba. She was last seen leaving the bar Carlos n’ Charlies at closing time with Joran Van der Sloot, Deepak Kalpoe and Satish Kalpoe. To date no one has ever been prosecuted for Natalee’s disappearance.

Natalee Holloway: Aruba Authorities Plan to make Announcement Tuesday Afternoon Regarding DNA Tests Performed on the Jaw Bone Found on Aruba

Dateline Aruba … Is it Natalee Holloway?

According to all reports, Aruba authorities plan to make an announcement Tuesday afternoon regarding the dental and DNA tests performed on the jawbone found on an Aruba beach near the Phoenix hotel.  Tomorrow the world will know the news as to whether the jawbone found in Aruba is that of missing Natalee Holloway.

Aruba Solicitor General Taco Stein will make a statement following the announcement.

The Aruban prosecutor’s office will announce the official results on a jawbone with an attached tooth discovered on the beach. In Sessions reports the following that a second bone might have been found.

The question is whether this jawbone that Aruban officials have said was of a young Caucasian woman are remains of Natalee Holloway who disappeared from the island in 2005.

In Session has also confirmed that Aruban police picked up a second possible bone Monday morning from the Westin hotel here on the island.

The office of the Ministerio Publico tells me the bone has been collected and is now in the custody of the police. “I can’t confirm what will come next,” PIO Ann Angela told me. She said most likely the chief of police would be calling Aruba’s Solicitor General, Taco Stein.

UPDATE I: Why have a news announcement if the bone did not belong to Natalee Holloway?

Natalee Holloway has been missing since 2005 when she went missing on the last night of her vacation in Aruba. Natalee was last seen leaving the bar, Carlos n’ Charlies, with Joran Van der Sloot, Deepak Kalpoe and Satish Kalpoe. On numerous occasions Joran Van der Sloot confessed in implicating himself in the death of Natalee, only to later say he was lying. Presently, Joran Van der Sloot is in prison in Peru indicted in the murder of Stephany Flores.

Beth Holloway on Natalee Holloway Missing in Aruba: “There is no good answer, whether it is Natalee or whether it isn’t. But no answer at all is the most unbearable”

A mothers endless and tiresless search for answers …

Beth Holloway has been waiting for answers as to the disappearance of her daughter Natalee Holloway since she went missing in Aruba in 2005. No one has been more persistent, more engaged, more undaunted and more eager to hold Aruba, Holland and Joran Van der Sloot’s feet to the fire in her effort to get answers and “JUSTICE” for Natalee Holloway.

It has been a roller-coaster ride of emotions ever since Natalee Holloway went missing in Aruba in 2005 when Natalee was last seen leaving Carlos n’ Charlies at closing with Joran Van der Sloot, Deepak Kalpoe and Satish Kalpoe. Following that fact of evidence the family of Natalee Holloway has received nothing but continues lies, questionable investigations, shoddy police work and obstruction from Aruba.

Now suddenly, over five years later there may be a break in the case of missing and presumed murdered Natalee Holloway. After all the searches in Aruba on land, in the ponds, in the landfills and in the ocean … a jawbone has been discovered on the beach near the Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort. Since the discovery, the news has been released by the Aruba prosecutors office that the bone is that of a young woman, now the focus shifts to whether it actually belongs to that of Natalee Holloway.

The revelation that the jawbone belongs to a young woman has lead to Natalee’s mother to release the following statement:

“There is no good answer, whether it is Natalee or whether it isn’t. But no answer at all is the most unbearable. We appreciate everyone’s loving care and concern and are anxious about the developments.”
