More Executive Orders from The Imperial President Obama Creating “Council on Climate Preparedness and Resilience” to Implement “Climate Change” Agenda

WAKE UP  AMERICA, STOP THE TYRANNY!!! Barack Obama, the Imperial president is at it again with his global warming, oh sorry, “climate change” agenda …

The Halloween season, but nothing should be more scary to Americans that Barack Obama and his liberal, socialist agenda. It would appear that the imperial president is at it again, as The Daily Caller reports, on Friday issued  an executive order titled “Preparing the United States for the Impacts of Climate Change.” Obama knows that nothing like this would ever pass through Congress, so instead the Obamamessiah looks to devastate, regulate and control the economy even more through executive fiat. As if Obama has not done enough to destroy jobs, put record number of people on food stamps, destroy the coal industry, devastate the economy with Obamacare and now this? He will not be happy until he turns the United States on its head into something that you do not even recognize.

This is what you get from a community agitator, an individual that says the hell with the US Constitution and looks to just force his agenda without consent of the will of the people. Folks, this is what tyranny looks like. Obama is proving to be nothing more than a menace.

President Barack Obama has given the nation a new “Council on Climate Preparedness and Resilience” that expands government bureaucrats’ role in how Americans use their lands, energy, waters and property.

Obama announced the executive order Friday, the day after Halloween.

The order is titled “Preparing the United States for the Impacts of Climate Change.”

The new order was issued even though recent scientific data have contradicted claims that use of carbon energy — such as gasoline — will drive up the world’s temperature and induce damaging climate change. Average temperatures have leveled for more than a decade, despite the sharply rising use of carbon energy in China and other countries.

Just curious Barack, how is it possible that the Earth has gone through a myriad of climate changes, both cooling and warming, before man ever had any type of impact on the environment?

Shots Fired at LAX … TSA Agent Killed … People Run for their Lives, Gunman Shot and Down, but Alive … (Update: Gunman ID’d as Paul Anthony Ciancia) (Update: Ciancia Charged with Murder)

SHOTS FIRED AT LAX …

Shots were fired at Los Angeles International Airport Friday morning at 9:20 am local time at terminal 3. The gunman took a semi-automatic rifle with a reported 150 rounds of ammunition from out of a bag and starting firing in the area just before the TSA screening area.  At the TSA check point, unarmed TSA officers were shot. It is reported that one TSA officer has been killed. The gunman then pursued past the TSA check point down into the secured area of the airport as terrified airport travelers ran for their lives. There was complete panic as people were screaming as they ran to get away and hide from the gunman. Passengers actually ran onto the airport tarmac to protect themselves and get away.

After making it hundreds of feet into the terminal, the gunman is shot multiple times. Gunman down, but alive. The suspect has been arrsted and is in police custody. It is not known what the gunman’s motive was. Of course we will most likely later find out that insanity and mental issues don’t have a motive.  In all, six other people were injured, including three TSA officers, and taken to nearby hospitals. However, one TSA officer was killed during the mass shooting. He has been identified as  39 year old Gerardo I. Hernandez,  who has been with the TSA since 2010. Our heart felt condolences to his family. According to the TSA, Hernandez is the first officer to have been killed in the line of duty in the agency’s 12-year history.

UPDATE I: The gunman has been identified as 23 year old Paul Anthony Ciancia.

Ciancia, 23, is believed to be from Pennsville, N.J., however authorities said he has a residence in Los Angeles.

Witnesses described Ciancia as a short, young, white man, carrying a long-rifle.

One of the shooting victims was a TSA officer who died of his wounds. The officer was a behavioral detection officer, assigned to identify passengers acting strangely, said J. David Cox, president of the AFGE, the officers’ union.

The TSA confirmed the identity of the officer killed as Gerardo I. Hernandez, 39, who has been with the TSA since 2010.

UPDATE III: From CBS News, Ciancia had anti-government views & AP reporting gunman had a hand-written note with him that said he “wanted to kill TSA and pigs.”

CBS2′s David Goldstein reports that Ciancia sent a text message to a family member in New Jersey early Friday in which  he threatened to kill himself. His father called local police in New Jersey, who called Los Angeles police. According to the local police chief, the LAPD sent a car to his apartment. His two roommates said they hadn’t seen him since Thursday and that he was fine

UPDATE IV: Suspect in LAX shooting apparently had suicidal thoughts before attack.

The man suspected of killing a Transportation Security Administration employee and injuring at least six people in Friday’s shooting at Los Angeles International Airport apparently had suicidal thoughts before the attack, authorities said.

The family of Paul Anthony Ciancia, 23, told Pennsville, N.J. Police Chief Allen Cummings early Friday afternoon that Ciancia had mentioned taking his own life in a text message to his younger brother, the chief told The Associated Press.

The unemployed motorcycle mechanic suspected in the deadly shooting at the Los Angeles airport set out to kill multiple employees of the Transportation Security Administration and hoped the attack would “instill fear in their traitorous minds,” authorities said Saturday.

Paul Ciancia was so determined to take lives that, after shooting a TSA officer and going up an escalator, he turned back to see the officer move and returned to finish him off, according to surveillance video reviewed by investigators.

Federal prosecutors filed charges of first-degree murder of a federal officer and committing violence at an international airport. The charges could qualify him for the death penalty.

More Bad News … America’s Top Hospitals Opt Out of Obamacare & May Not Accept Policies

Now for something completely different. More bad news for Obamacare … Its the gift  law that was rammed down America’s throat along a partisan vote that keeps on giving.

Guess what America, not only may you not be able to keep your insurance if you like it, nor keep your doctor if you like them … now US News & World Report is reporting that because of Obamacare, you may not be able to keep your hospital if you like it as many of the top hospitals in the United States are opting out of Barack Obama’s signature piece of legislation. Could this law be any more of a disaster? Let’s understand this, the entire health care system in the United States was blown up for 5 to 7 million uninsureds? It would have been cheaper just to have subsidized them.

The Obama Administration has been claiming that insurance companies will be competing for your dollars under the Affordable Care Act, but apparently they haven’t surveyed the nation’s top hospitals.

Americans who sign up for Obamacare will be getting a big surprise if they expect to access premium health care that may have been previously covered under their personal policies. Most of the top hospitals will accept insurance from just one or two companies operating under Obamacare.

Watchdog.org looked at the top 18 hospitals nationwide as ranked by U.S. News and World Report for 2013-2014. We contacted each hospital to determine their contracts and talked to several insurance companies, as well.

The result of our investigation: Many top hospitals are simply opting out of Obamacare.

Chances are the individual plan you purchased outside Obamacare would allow you to go to these facilities. For example, fourth-ranked Cleveland Clinic accepts dozens of insurance plans if you buy one on your own. But go through Obamacare and you have just one choice: Medical Mutual of Ohio.

The NRO makes a couple of astute points that have left a bad taste in many American’s mouths. Had Barack Obama been upfront and truthful and not misrepresented the facts of Obamacare, there is no way that the Democrats could have been passed as “We the People” would have been outraged. Also, Obama has been able to deflect many scandals with the aid of the MSM, but the Obamacare debacle and the facts of the law may be Obama’s ‘Waterloo’.

Obamacare, even with massive Democratic supermajorities in Congress, would never have passed if Americans thought that they would be forced to give up their current plans.

The reason is simple. To begin with, Americans were overwhelmingly happy with the quality of their health care.

Obama might be able to weather many controversies — from IRS-gate to the NSA’s spying on Americans to the disastrous operation of the Obamacare website — by claiming he knew nothing about what was going on.  But his promise that people would be able to keep their insurance policies and doctors is hitting people on a much more personal level.

IRS’ Lois Lerner Illegally Emailed Confidential Tea Party Tax Information to FEC

REMEMBER THIS SCANDAL …

The Washington Examiner is reporting that the IRS broke federal law when it shared highly confidential tax information of several Tea Party groups in the IRS scandal with the Federal Election Commission.  According to emails obtained by Judicial Watch, former IRS official Lois Lerner, who is presently on paid leave,  shared the information with the IRS on conservative Tea Party groups including the American Future Fund and the American Issues Project. As Weasel Zippers opines, remember  “It wasn’t long ago when Lerner was telling the House Oversight Committee, ‘I have done nothing wrong.’”

I guess that is true, if you do not consider committing a felony doing something wrong.

Lois Lerner’s statement before Congress just before she plead the 5th, “I have not done anything wrong. I have not broken any laws. I have not violated any IRS rules or regulations … “

The emails obtained by Judicial Watch show that the IRS, which was considering the tax status of the groups, gave the FEC the tax returns of the groups, including income, expenditures and staff pay. The emails also revealed the exact working of the prying political questions the IRS wanted the groups to reveal, such as their goals and the requests for brochures and ads.

The information, sent via email, to the FEC came in response to the organization’s questions about whether the IRS had granted tax-exempt status to the Tea Party groups. It is unclear how the information the IRS sent was going to help the FEC, since the IRS hadn’t determined the tax status of the groups yet.

The emails were produced to Judicial Watch last week by the FEC in response to an Aug. 9, 2013, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.

The email chain began Feb. 3, 2009, when the FEC made it’s request to Lerner.

She emailed back 10 minutes later, and said: “I have sent your email out to some of my staff. Will get back to you as soon as I have heard from them.”

The revealing email chain obtained by Judicial Watch begins with a February 3, 2009, email from a redacted FEC attorney asking Lerner if the IRS had issued an exemption letter for American Future Fund (AFF). The writer of the letter notes, “When we spoke last July, you told us that the American Future Fund had not received an exemption letter from the IRS.”  In the same email, the FEC attorney asked Lerner if she could also advise him if the IRS had granted an exemption letter to American Issues Project (AIP) as well as to AIP’s predecessor organizations, Citizens for the Republic (CFTR) and Avenger, Inc. (AIP).

In her response sent ten minutes later from her irs.gov email address, Lerner indicated that she would require her staff to cooperate fully, saying, “I have sent your email out to some of my staff. Will get back to you as soon as I have heard from them.”

The bulk of the records obtained by Judicial Watch consist of extensive materials from the IRS’ files sent from Lerner to the FEC containing detailed, confidential information about the organizations. These include annual tax returns (Forms 990) and request for exempt recognition forms (Form 1024), Articles of Organization and other corporate documents, and correspondence between the nonprofit organizations and the IRS. Under Section 6103 of the Internal Revenue Code, it is a felony for an IRS official to disclose either “return information” or “taxpayer return information,” even to another government agency.
