OBAMACARE: IRS SAYS … Buy Health Insurance or Else Lose Your Tax Refund

The IRS Cometh … Buy your Obamacare health insurance or else. For those Obama Kool-aid drinkers who stated that the IRS would not be the enforcer of Obamacare and that it was not in the bill … this one is for you.

But of course this is not a threat, Obama and the IRS would never think of such a thing, would they. An unconstitutional law now has the IRS as its watch dog. When will America put an end to this over-reaching, unconstitutional government that we presently have in place?

Individuals who don’t purchase health insurance may lose their tax refunds according to IRS Commissioner Doug Shulman. After acknowledging the recently passed health-care bill limits the agency’s options for enforcing the individual mandate, Shulman told reporters that the most likely way to penalize individuals that don’t comply is by reducing or confiscating their tax refunds.

Speaking at the National Press Club on Monday, Shulman downplayed the IRS’s role in enforcing the recent overhaul of the health insurance industry by claiming the agency would not aggressively target individuals who don’t purchase coverage. He noted that the health-care bill expressly forbids the agency from freezing bank accounts, seizing assets or pursuing criminal charges, but when pressed said the IRS would most likely use tax refund offsets to penalize those that don’t comply with the mandate. The IRS uses refund offsets to collect from individuals that owe the federal government a delinquent debt.

Welcome to the wonderful world of political Democrat Obama, Pelosi, Reid extortion with the IRS as their enforcer. As stated, imagine being extorted and coerced with your own tax dollars.

In other words, the IRS is counting on the vast majority of Americans to comply with an unconstitutional overreaching of authority by Congress. Otherwise, there goes your tax refund. It’s (unconstitutionally) legalized extortion.

The government-run health care legislation provides for the hiring of 16,000 new IRS bureaucrats, so you’re being unconstitutionally extorted through the use of your own money. It’s the ultimate insult.

This is what those in the Tea Party movement fight for, your rights as a US citizen and upholding the Constitution. That is why a more people side with the Tea Party than they do the policies of Barack Hussein Obama.  No wonder the LEFT wants to smear them.

For those in the state run media that claim that the IRS has few punitive ways to enforce health care law, spare us the dribble. Because withholding folks money is not punitive enough during these hard times? Like the people of the United States getting a letter from the IRS is enough to cause heart palpitations.  What happens when there is no $’s to offset and there is a balance to pay? Do you not think that the IRS will not put a lien on your home?

How much more can we expect from this over-reaching Obama Administration? Next, they will make it mandatory that you buy GM cars or face the wrath of the IRS.

Right Wings Racists Huh, Four in 10 Tea Party members are either Democrats or Independents

RUT-ROH OBAMA, PELOSI & REID … Four in 10 Tea Party members are either Democrats or Independents.

So the Tea Party members are just a bunch of right wing, extremists white racists, eh? Once again the Democrats efforts to marginalize “We the People” falls flat as the liberal lies are denounced by polling data. At some point the Obama, Pelosi and Reid are going to have to take their collective heads out of the sand and see the Tea Party for what it really is. It is the voice of the majority of Americans saying … NO MORE!!!

The national breakdown of the Tea Party composition is 57 percent Republican, 28 percent Independent and 13 percent Democratic, according to three national polls by the Winston Group, a Republican-leaning firm that conducted the surveys on behalf of an education advocacy group. Two-thirds of the group call themselves conservative, 26 are moderate and 8 percent say they are liberal.

Why are Democrats so afraid of the Tea Party and feel the need to marginalize them and try to brand them as extremists? Because they fear them and no that unchecked … The Tea Party is the voice of the silent majority and spells doom for Democrats. As stated at Jammie Wearing Fool, there is a suicide watch at the DNC HQ.

The group is united around two issues – the economy/jobs and reducing the deficit. They believe that cutting spending is the key to job creation and favor tax cuts as the best way to stimulate the economy. That said 61 percent of Tea Party members believe infrastructure spending creates jobs. Moreover, given the choice Tea Party members favor 63-32 reducing unemployment to 5 percent over balancing the budget.

It isn’t a “purely homogeneous” group, said Winston.

The group has a favorable view of Republicans generally but that drops from 71 to 57 percent if they’re asked about Congressional Republicans. Congressional Democrats are viewed very unfavorably by 75 percent of Tea Party members – a uniquely strong antipathy. An overwhelming 95 percent said “Democrats are taxing, spending, and borrowing too much.”

The group also vehemently dislikes President Barack Obama – even more so than those who called themselves Republicans in the survey. Over 80 percent of Tea Party members disapprove of the job he’s doing as president, whereas 77 percent of Republican respondents said they disapprove of Obama. The Tea Party members are also strongly opposed to the Democrats’ healthcare plan, with 82 percent saying they oppose it – only 48 percent of respondents overall were opposed.

Newsbusters asks, 40% are Dems and Independents, how will the MSM report this? The answer is they won’t. They will ignore the story like they did Van Jones. Then suddenly on election eve 2010 when the Dems suffer catastrophic losses, the MSM will then do a story on the Tea Party and their effects. That is, if they decide to even give the Tea Party credit at that point.

Democrat US Representative Steve Cohen from Tennessee and hater slanders Tea Party movement and compares them to KKK. Simply amazing and disgusting that an individual elected to represent the people would cast such a blanket comment over a group of people. However, that is all liberals and Democrats have these days is hate.

In order to deflect any criticism from President Barack Obama, Democrat minions must label all others racists who dare disagree with The One. Interestingly enough, 47% of Americans think that their own political views are closer to those of the average Tea Party member than to the views of the average member of Congress.

This is what Democrats have to resort to in an attempt to prevent free speech and dissent. All this to defend the liberal, socialist and Marxist agenda of Barack Hussein Obama. We would agree with American Power, the above is nothing more than hate speech.

Thanks to Obamacare & Partisan Democrats … 53% of Americans Now Trust Republicans on Health Care Reform

Voters now trust Republicans on health care thanks to Democrats and Barack Obama’s unwillingness to listen to the American People.

Obama says he welcomes the Republican politician fight of repealing and replacing Obamacare. Really Mr. President, Don’t ask for things, they just might come true.

Barack Obama billed himself during the campaign as a moderate Democrats and a President who would reach across the aisle. That has proved to be a falsehood and with the recent passage of Obamacare in a partisan vote by Democrats against the will of the People, American voters now trust Republicans on the health care reform issue. By a 53% to 37% margin, the voters now trust the GOP on health care.

Voters now trust Republicans more than Democrats on nine out of 10 key issues regularly tracked by Rasmussen Reports, but the gap between the two parties has grown narrower on several of them.

Following the passage of the health care bill, 53% now say they trust Republicans on the issue of health care. Thirty-seven percent (37%) place their trust in Democrats. A month earlier, the two parties were essentially even on the health care issue.

Just last month prior to Democrats ramming Obamacare down the throats of the American voters, Republicans only had a 45% to 42% lead on the health care issue.  Poll after poll after poll show that Democrats are on the losing side of the health care debate and will pay dearly come the Nonmember 2010 midterm elections.

Obamacare  was never about health care reform, it was about controlling the people.

It’s not just health care … voters state that they trust Republicans over Democrats on 9 of the 10 Key Issues. Republicans now lead Dems on the following political issues, Economy 49% to 37%, National Security 51% to  36%, Iraq 47% to 39%, Health Care 53% to 37%, Immigration 47% to 34%, Social Security 48% to 36%, Education 43% to 40% and Taxes 52% to 34%.

There is a reason why the Tea Party movement is growing day by day and there is a need by the MSM and Democrats to tarnish it. Democrats know that they are toast in the upcoming elections and the only chance they have is to discourage the vote.

US Rep Charlie Rangel (NY-D) Says You Are a Racists if You Oppose Obamacare

Today’s Race Baiters would diminish the Civil Rights Movement in order to Defend Barack Obama.  Sorry folks, but Obama is not all that important in the grand scope of things and you should all be ashamed.

New York Democrat US Representative Charlie Rangel called folks who oppose Obamacare racists. Gee Charlie, that’s original. What a poor excuse for what passes as a politician these days that would try to stop free speech and dissent in the United States under the threat of branding people a racist.

Want to know why Congress has an approval rating lower than the Unabomber? The people need to look no further than the hateful, race baiting Charlie Rangel. There is nothing the same between Tea Party protects and 1960′s Civil Rights protesters.

Scandal-plagued Rep. Charles Rangel, long a target of the right, fired back Wednesday at conservative opponents of health care – likening them to racist foes of civil rights.

Noting that he had been “cursed at and spat at” in the South in the ’60s – as some Democratic congressmen say they were last week by anti-health care activists – Rangel said the similarities to Tea Party backers are striking.

UNREAL! Martin Luther King Jr. is rolling over in his grave that you Charlie would diminish and marginalize the Civil Rights movement of the 1960′s and dare compare it to the Tea Parties and a so-called isolated incident that no one can prove happened intentionally. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!

“I was involved in the civil rights marches in the ’60s. And I have been badgered, cursed at and spat at by groups in the South and I want you to know and your viewing audience to know that the group that were in Washington fighting against the health bill and fighting against the President, looked just like and sounded just like those groups that attacked the civil rights movement in the South,” Rangel said.

Democrats and Obama’s minions have so often called people racists who are simply expressing their First Amendment rights that is it any wonder why any one would tolerate this nonsense any more? If you disagree with Obama, you are a racist. If you speak out against Obama, you are a racist. If you write or discuss an opinion against Obama and his policies, you are a racists. Hell, if you exhale CO2 and you are not for Cap & Tax, you are a racists. ENOUGH!

You Democrat fools have successfully marginalized “racism” in America. You have cried wolf so many times when no racism was present that you have numbed America to what might be real racism. All to defend Obama’s socialist policies. You are so obsessed why trying to destroy a movement that is simply the vocal free speech of We the People that you would brand them as racists, knowing that they are nothing of the sort.

Real racism sadly still does exist in America and I am disgusted by the acts of these so-called black leaders that would so otherize and diminish the Civil Right movement.  In my mind, you people are the worst form of racists, you try and promote hate by race baiting and hiding behind such people like Martin Luther King, Jr.
