Sore Loser Republican Establishment Senator Lisa Murkowski will Run as Write it in Alaska Senate Race

For establishment, elitist politicians … it is their birth right to have power over you as they know better than you!

Whether they be Republicans or democrats, elitist, establishment candidates just can’t take no as an answer from the people. They think it is their birth right to represent the people, even when they people say they do not want them to. What is the definition of a RINO, establishment, elite politicians … Lisa Murkowski.

Lisa Murkowski, Don’t you know who I am … I lost the Primary, but you need me because it is my birth right

Lisa Murkowski, the incumbent Republican US Senator from Alaska has announced that she will run in the 2010 US Senate Alaska general election as a “write-in” candidate. Defying the vote of Alaskans in the recent Republican primary, Murkowski will not support the Republican winner of the primary as she stated she would, she will instead run as a write-in candidate and possibly split the Republican vote and hand the Democrats a victory. Murkowski lost the Republican primary to Tea Party and Sarah Palin backed Joe Miller.

Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) will run for re-election as a write-in candidate after losing her bid for renomination, according to sources briefed on Murkowski’s decision.

Murkowski’s decision will set up a 3-way battle between the incumbent, Miller and Sitka Mayor Scott McAdams (D), potentially turning the race on its head. Private 3-way polling has shown Miller leading, but by a narrow margin.

Murkowski will make the formal announcement tonight in Anchorage. She has been mulling her options after losing to attorney Joe Miller (R) by 1.8% — or about 2K votes out of 110K cast.

Miller won with the backing of the Tea Party Express and former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin (R). The Tea Party Express spent hundreds of thousands of dollars criticizing Murkowski’s legislative accomplishments, and Palin campaigned against her rival in the race’s closing days.

The Anchorage Daily News reports it as, ‘Murkowski says ‘Let’s Make History’. Really? Why was it not reported as what it really is, sore loser incumbent, establishment US Senator who feels it is her birth right defies her party and the people and runs as a write-in as a desperateattempt to keep power. Senator Murkowski acts like there was no primary vote. She lost and she just can’t accept the outcome.

Michelle Malkin Rips Karl Rove a New One for His “Viscious” Attacks on Christine O’Donnell

Last night Michelle Malkin  blasted Karl Rove on Fox New’s Hanity and rightfully so for his vicious and uncalled for attacks on the Republican primary winner in Delaware Christine O’Donnell. Or as Michelle Malkin calls him, Tokyo Rove. Rove made these comments before O’Donnell had even finished her victory speech.

So tell me Mr. Rove, what do you have against the voters of Delaware? Do you not respect their right of freedom of speech who that wanted as their candidate? We have been trying to tell Democrats and Republicans for years now … the Tea Party does not belong to the GOP. Candidates must earn the trust of the Tea Party and just because you have an “R” next to your name, does not make you a Republican. Rove and establishment Republicans need to get out of their ivory towers, the Tea party does not belong to you, nor do you control it.

Some of the fantastic comments from Michelle Malkin are as follows.

  • What motivatted Karl Rove’s comments viscous and ancalled for comments, fear.
  • We cannot cede the language to people who want to turn the republican party into Democrat light.
  • The people of Delaware who voted in that primary understood that there was nothing MODERATE about a so-called Republican who founded a group called the Republican Main Street Partnership that was backed by radical left-wing progressive George Soros.
  • There are grass roots conservatives and independents who are sick of the Democrat party who do not want to have to chose  Progressive wolves in elephants clothing

Rush Limbaugh discusses the Rove comments and stated that if Rove got this mad against Democrats during the Bush Administration one wonders what things would be like today. Rove stated that this is a Senate seat that we cannot win. Really, how would you know? You are the same people that stated Scott Brown, Marco Rubio, Joe Miller, Ran Paul and Christine O’Donnell could not win their primaries. Why should we believe you know?

Just curious Mr. Rove, you dare lecture us after the state that you left the republican party after 8 years of GWB? We have had to restore the party with no help from you. Maybe we vote for candidates who actually act like Republicans. Your core belief cannot be winning or who is electable. That is what created a pathetic Republican majority who lost under W. But Rush asks a good question to Rove and his ilk, if 51 is what you are after, (VIDEO) why are you not supporting and campaigning for her rather than trashing the candidarte?

In the clip below you here Limbaugh enthusiastically exclaim “if 51 seats was really the objective — if getting the majority is really that important, then let’s go balls to the wall for Christine O’Donnell!”

He followed with a specific comment about Rove’s appearance on Hannity from last night. “Everyone I know that saw this was just–they were perplexed and said, ‘What’s going on? Why is he so mad at a Republican?’” said Limbaugh, later adding “Where was this anger directed at a Democrat ever?”

The Tea Party, Yes They Can … Christine O’Donnell Defeated US Rep. Mike Castle in Delaware Republican Primary

Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and Barack Obama … how do you like the Tea Party now?

Tea Party 1 - Establish Republicans 0 in the DE Republican Primary:

A shocker out of the Delaware GOP primary this evening. Tea Party backed challenger Christine O’Donnell has defeated the GOP establishment candidate in tonight’s Delaware Republican primary. AP called the race for the upstart O’Donnell that will reverberate across America and the GOP establishment. As Hot Air calls it, RINOgeddonNow with 99% of returns in, O’Donnell has 53.1% of the votes counted; Castle has 46.9%.

Christine O’Donnell, the Tea party, Sarah Palin backed candidate has sent a clear and present message to the establishment, mainstream Republicans in DC. Everybody is so quick to say that O’Donnell cannot win the general election in DE, why? We are witnessing a historic revolt by the American voters against establishment candidates and the Democrat party in power. Americans are fed up with tax increases, Obamacare, high unemployment and record federal deficits like never before. They are sick and tired of a Democrat party that has refused to listen to the American people and gone against the will of the people. Now they expect their vote? In the political environment of 2010, anything is possible, including a Christine O’Donnell victory in November.

ABC News’ Devin Dwyer reports: Christine O’Donnell, the Sarah Palin and Tea Party backed candidate, dealt a stunning blow to the Republican establishment Tuesday night, defeating the moderate, party-favorite veteran Rep. Mike Castle in the Delaware GOP senate primary.

With 99 percent of precincts reporting as of 9:21 pm, O’Donnell had 53.2 percent of the vote to Castle’s 46.8 percent.  AP projected O’Donnell the winner.

Castle’s impending loss immediately casts doubt on GOP chances of winning the senate seat, which had been held by Democrat Joe Biden for 36 years, and could close the door on a Republican effort to gain control of the Senate in November.

UPDATE I:  American voters want authenticity. That’s why Murkowski lost. That’s why Castle lost.

UPDATE II: Running election results on other Sarah Palin backed candidates at Conservatives4Palin.

UPDATE III: O’Donnell upsets Castle in GOP Primary. Hey Republicans, this is a message to you, shape up or get your moving plans in order. We are no longer going to have Republicans acting like Democrat light. More at American Power, I would be very careful of those who think that this is an automatic win for Democrats. Those who do, including Carl Rove, have no understanding of the Tea party movement or the anger that really exists in this country over entitled, establishment, fat cat politicians. The LEFT may not want to celebrate too early, after all polls shows that most Americans identify with the Tea Party and not Republicans or Democrats. Just because some one is new to the process, that makes them a lunatic? Hardly. On both sides America needs new blood, but we see what Democrats think of that in reelecting ethics challenged Rangel back again.

What this political environment has shown is that all things are possible when a pissed off electorate gets fed up with the same old, same old. And that means the GOP just as it means Democrats. WE THE PEOPLE are tired of no representation and politicians that act like they should be in another party. If the GOP establishment is not willing to respect the vote of the people, then that makes you no better than Democrats.

Joe Miller, Republican Alaska US Senate Candidate on Obama … “He’s one of the major forces moving this country towards socialism”

Meet JOE THE MILLER!!!

From political unknown to GOP Alaska US Senate primary winner to calling out President Barack Hussein Obama for what he is …  ”He’s one of the major forces moving this country towards socialism.” In an interview with CNN, Joe Miller did not hold any punches and stated what many Americans already believe and the reason why there is such a political backlash against Democrats heading into this years 2010 midterm elections.

Joe Miller says what many in America already think …

A day after his opponent conceded the Republican primary for Senate in Alaska, Joe Miller took on both President Obama and the Republican political establishment Wednesday, warning that the nation is headed towards socialism and facing a dire fiscal crisis.

Incumbent Sen. Lisa Murkowski conceded to the Tea Party-backed candidate late Tuesday in what is considered one of the largest upsets of the 2010 midterm election cycle.

In a wide ranging interview with CNN’s Chief National Correspondent John King, Miller criticized the growth of entitlement programs and corporate bailouts under the Obama administration, and described Obama as “bad for America.”

“He’s one of the major forces moving this country towards socialism. He is expanding the entitlement state. It is the wrong direction for America,” Miller said in an interview that will air on CNN’s “John King, USA.”

A couple days after Miller won a contentious GOP primary in Alaska and the political unknown is the front-runner for the US Senate seat with 50%. Wait until he actually get support from the Republican party.

Alaska Senate Election 2010: Miller Time in Alaska … Joe Miller (R) 50% Scott McAdams (D) 44%

With incumbent Republican US Alaska Senator Lisa Murkowski conceding and the unknown Joe Miller winning the Republican US Senate Primary, the first Rasmussenpoll is out and it’s Miller Time, Joe Miller leads Democrat Scott Scott McAdamas50% to 44%. BTW, too all my fellow Conservative brethren, since when is polling 50% as a political unknown a bad thing?

In Rasmussen Reports’ first look at the U.S. Senate race in Alaska, Republican newcomer Joe Miller holds a six-point lead over Sitka Mayor Scott McAdams.

The latest statewide telephone survey of Likely Voters shows Miller attracting 50% of the vote, while McAdams earns support from 44%. Four percent (4%) prefer some other candidate and two percent (2%) are undecided.

Most people are saying to themselves in the 49th state, Joe Who? Rest assured, now that Joe Miller has the backing of the RNSC he will be getting plenty of exposure so that all in Alaska will soon come to know who Joe Miller is. However, many, even on the right are expressing panic and fear at the latest Rasmussen poll numbers. How many candidates who are political unknowns get 50% out of the gate? Also, once the Republican would have been healed, does anyone really think that Alaska Republicans or far minded independents would vote for a Democrat when 46% of Alaska voters approve of the job President Obama is doing, while 54% disapprove?
