Speaker at Trayvon Martin Rally in Seattle, WA Calls for Boycott of Charles Barkley

Madness … So if you don’t agree with the mob and agree with the rule of law, they want to boycott you and ruin your career.

A speaker at the Travon Martin rally in Seattle, WA called out Charles Barkley and called for the boycott of Barkley. The speaker called for NBA player to not speak to Charles Barkley and thus he would lose his job. Are these people insane? These individuals would actually try and destroy another because they dare go against the mob and stated that the jury got it right in the George Zimmerman murder trial? Charles Barkley actually put forth a very concise and well reasoned analysis of his opinion and for that he has now been branded not black enough. This is the insanity of those who claim to be for justice and civil rights. They would take away others rights so they can get their way. UNREAL. So much for that freedom of speech thing.

Former NBA Star Charles Barkley Comments On George Zimmerman Murder Trial: “I Agree With The Verdict” … “There are a lot of black people who are racist”

WOW, the Round Mound of Rebound, Charles Barkley, says that the agrees with the George Zimmerman verdict.

Who knew that NBA Hall of Famer, Charles Barkley, would be the voice of reason, sanity and well rationed thought in the wake of the George Zimmerman murder trail verdict where a jury found him not guilty. In an interview with CNBC and Maria Bartiroma, Barkley stated that he “agreed with the verdict. Barkley then said,  “I think sometimes when people talk about racism, they say only white people are racist. There are a lot of black people who are racist.” Charles basically blamed both Martin and Zimmerman for the incident and called it a bad situation. He said it was wrong for Zimmerman to follow Trayvon Marin, but then Barkley stated that he thought “Trayvon Martin, God rest his soul, I think he did flip the switch and started beating the hell out of Mr. Zimmerman.” That is probably pretty accurate to what the evidence showed in the Zimmerman murder trial and the reason why the jury found George Zimmerman not guilty.

Real Clear Politics:

CHARLES BARKLEY: Well, I agreed with the verdict. I feel sorry that young kid got killed. But they didn’t have enough evidence to charge him. Something clearly went wrong that night. Clearly something went wrong. I feel bad for anybody who loses a kid, but if you looked at the case and you don’t make it — there was some racial profiling, no question about it. But something happened that changed the dynamic of that night, and I know -- that’s probably not a popular opinion among most people but just looking at the evidence I agreed with the verdict.

I just feel bad because I don’t like when race gets out in the media because I don’t think the media has a pure heart, as I call it. There are very few people have a pure heart when it comes to race. Racism is wrong in any, shape, form — a lot of black people are racist too. I think sometimes when people talk about racism, they say only white people are racist. There are a lot of black people who are racist. I don’t like when it gets out there in the media because I don’t think the media has clean hands.

MARIA BARTIROMO, CNBC: I’m glad you made that point.

BARKLEY: Obviously I feel sorry that young kid got killed but just judging by the evidence, I don’t think that guy should have went to jail the rest of his life. Something happened bad that night, obviously.

I have always been a Charles Barkley fan and loved him when he played with the Philadelphia 76ers. Although there are many times that I do not agree with Barkley’s opinions, the two thing that I respect the hell out of when it comes to Sir Charles is his honestly and his I don’t give a damn, non-PC attitude of just saying it like he feels. Charles Barkley, unlike the so-called black leaders in the US like Sharpton and Jackson is 100% correct in his analysis of the George Zimmerman murder trial … they [the prosecution] did not have enough evidence to charge him.

Former NBA Star Dennis Rodman Tells Sports Illustrated that He Should be Considered for Nobel Peace Prize, If Obama Can Win For Doing Nothing, Why Not The Worm?

Former NBA star Dennis Rodman thinks he should be considered for the Nobel Peace prize … “Basketball Diplomacy”.

The always outrageous and ever-controversial Dennis Rodman thinks that he should be considered the for the Nobel Peace Prize for hos efforts in International “basketball” diplomacy with North Korean communist dictator Kim Jong Un. So before we trash the media seeking Rodman too much for his latest attempt to remain relevant and in the TV eye, let’s consider some of the past winners of the Nobel Peace Prize that have included Yasser Arafat, Al Gore and President Obama. When Barack Obama can win the Nobel Peace Prize for accomplishing absolutely nothing, the award has pretty much been diminished to a watered down joke. Add the likes of Al “global warming” Gore and a terrorist Yasser Arafat to the mix and I say why not Dennis Rodman.

With the past record of Nobel Peace Prize winners, isn’t this exactly what committee is looking for? As stated at The Daily Caller, “And then you get to keep it, even after you’ve turned it into a sick joke! So, why shouldn’t Rodman win one for buddying up with a blood-soaked dictator?”

From Sports Illustrated:

This year’s cover story is arguably the maddest of the Mad Libs: Dennis Rodman goes to North Korea in hopes of normalizing relations between the country and the United States and capturing a Nobel Peace Prize.

The eccentric, uninhibited basketball Hall of Famer drew untold headlines this year when he accompanied HBO’s Vice and members of the Harlem Globetrotters on a trip to North Korea, one of the least-accessible countries to Americans and a place with one of the world’s worst records on human rights. Franz Lidz caught up with Rodman for the story behind the story, revealing the former Bulls star’s surreal experiences with North Korea’s new leadership, his plans for international diplomacy and peace, and, yes, his belief that he should be considered for a Nobel, an honor bestowed on the likes of Barack Obama, Jimmy Carter, Nelson Mandela, Elie Wiesel, Mother Teresa and Martin Luther King Jr.

White House and HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius in talks with NFL on Promoting ObamaCare … Now the NFL is a Propaganda Shill for Obama?

A note to NFL commissioner Roger Goodell … DON’T DO IT, DON’T RUIN YOUR BRAND … SHUT UP AND PLAY FOOTBALL!

Is the NFL trying to lose viewership? According to a report from The Hill, Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said that she was in talks with the NFL to help promote Obamacare. Can these people leave nothing alone that is an enjoyable diversion from the hell that has been the Obama administration? The NFL is a sport, not about politics. It is supposed to be about the great teams of the past like the 1960′s Green Bay Packers, the 1970′s Pittsburgh Steelers, the 1980′s San Francisco 49′ers, the 1990′s Dallas Cowboys and the 2000′s New England Patriots. Its about the who’s who of great players like Johnny Unitas, Walter Payton, Dick Butkis and Jim Brown who have laced up the cleats and put on the helmets that are enshrined in the Football Hall of Fame in Canton, OH. It is about legendary coaches like Paul Brown, Bill Walsh, Don Shula, George Halas, Tom Landry and Vince Lombardi. It is about the fans and their love of the game. The NFL is not about, nor should it ever be about Obamacare. Dear NFL, are you trying to piss off your fans, in being a tool of Barack Obama. Are you intentionally trying to ruin the sport? Obamacare is unraveling and the NFL looks to be a useful idiot in promoting a very unpopular lie to We the People. BRILLIANT!

Really NFL, this is the guy who you want to hitch your wagon to? A Prez who couldn’t hit the broad side of a barn with a football?

Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said Monday she is in talks with the NFL to help promote new insurance options under ObamaCare.

Sebelius said the football league has been “very actively and enthusiastically engaged” in discussions about a partnership to encourage people to enroll in newly available insurance plans.

“We’re having active discussions right now with a variety of sports affiliates” about both paid advertising and partnerships to encourage enrollment, Sebelius told reporters.

It is simply amazing that a sport that has passed baseball for America’s favorite past time would ruin its image with its fans over something as unpopular as Obamacare. As stated at Professor Bainbridge, “Memo to Roger Goodell: I’ll take my NFL football without Obamacare propaganda.” Obamacare is unpopular not because people do not know or understand what’s in it, Americans are upset with Obamacare because they are learning every day what lies were told to them by Barack Obama and his minion Democrats with regards to the government take over of healthcare. There is a reason why Obamacare continues to be unpopular with more than half of America. It’s not because of a lack of marketing. After all this time, Obama still has not been able to sell the failure called Obamacare, go figure.

I have to agree 100% with Weasel Zippers sentiments, do they have to ruin everything for us?

Isn’t it quite ironic that the NFL would even think of engaging in talks to promote this boondoggle known as Obamacare, the very league who was AWOL on concussions and providing proper healthcare for its former past great players? Keep it up NFL, Obamacare is extremely unpopular. According to a recent new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll,  just 37 percent say the plan is a good idea.

The Obama WH is also targeting the NBA. The Daily Caller has a chart that shows what the highest paid NBA players would pay with the Obamacare tax.

The Heats in on Obama … Barack Obama Praises the Miami “Heats” NBA Champions

Like George W. Bush, maybe English is Barack Obama’s second language as well?

President Barack Obama was at it again with more sports gaffes. The Hoopster in Chief and so-called biggest NBA fan managed to mangle the praising of the newly crowned NBA champs. Obama referred to the champs as the “Miami Heats”. Oops, sounds a bit like GWB and the “Internets”. The MSM was all too quick to pounce on that misspeak and brandish GWB a stumbling boob, but not when it comes to Obama.  Of course it was an “apparent” slip if the tongue by the bias, liberal media all too ready to defend their Obamamessiah. As Jamie Wearing Fool opines, why cant the MSM just call it for what it was? However, when your all in and in the tank for a President, what else is a liberal media complex to do?

Unfazed by a partisan spat sparked by his comment on former Red Sox player Kevin Youkilis, President Obama tonight again opined on a professional sports team, publicly praising the NBA champion Miami Heat at a campaign fundraiser in the city.

The only problem this time was that Obama mispronounced the name of the team – referring to it as the “Miami Heats” in an apparent slip of the tongue.

At the top of his remarks at the Jackie Gleason Theater in Miami Beach, Obama said his public recognition of dignitaries and special guests would be “incomplete if I did not congratulate the city of Miami for having the world champion Miami Heats here in town.”

I guess Obama made an apparent slip of the tongue here too (VIDEO) when he said that he did not have the power by executive order to change illegal immigration policy as well?

It was just a couple of days ago when Obama found himself in hot water, or a hot bowl of New England clam chowdah, when he made the foolish comments at a Boston, MA fundraiser thanking the Red Sox fan favorite for Kevin Youkilis. The Yookster was traded to the White Sox, compelling Obama to say … I guess he is going to have to change his socks. Obama received a round of boos from the crowd. Even though White House Press Secretary tried to deny what your ears heard and say they were saying “YOOOK”. Sure they were [eye roll].
