Sanford, Florida Police Chief Bill Lee Fired in Wake of Death of Trayvon Martin By George Zimmerman
Something is amiss at the Circle K.
Sanford, Florida Police Chief Bill Lee was fired today in the aftermath of the death of Trayvon Martin and his mishandling of the case. Well kinda in the wake of the shooting death of the 17 year old, unarmed, hoodie wearing teen by neighborhood watchman George Zimmerman. Months have actually gone by since the actually shooting took place. Question, why did the city commissioners not accept Lee’s resignation letter back in April 2012? Initially, George Zimmerman was not arrested by Lee, nor charged in the shooting because there were no grounds to disprove his account of the events that Martin had attacked him. Since then, Zimmerman has been charged with second degree murder. Another question, did Police Chief Lee really mishandle the case or was there really just no evidence proving murder?
“After much thoughtful discussion and deep consideration for the issues facing the city of Sanford, I have determined the police chief needs to have the trust and respect of the elected officials and the confidence of the entire community,” City Manager Norton Bonaparte said in a news release.
“We need to move forward with a police chief that all the citizens of Sanford can support. I have come to this decision in light of the escalating divisiveness that has taken hold of the city.”
Lee will receive a three-month severance and a week’s salary in addition to any earned time off.
As a search for Lee’s replacement is carried out, interim Chief Richard W. Myers will remain on the job.
Lee had submitted a resignation letter in April that said he was stepping down, but city commissioners voted not to accept it.
Sorry, but something seems so wrong with this case. The actions of Angela Courey are frightening and disturbing. Forget the fact that with the evidence that has been presented that it would appear Zimmerman has been overcharged and was time to drop the case as stated by Alan Dershowitz. These free speech comments caused Courey to threaten to sue Dershowitz. So how does the Chief of Police lee get fired this late in the game? The initial prosecutor mysteriously step down (VIDEO – watch Mark Nejame discuss) with a conflict of interest just before he was about to take the case to a grand jury. So what was the conflict? Then prosecutor Angela Courey has the grand jury step down and that she was going to make the charging decision. But not before she prayed with the victims family. Hmm. All this when there were no charges or arrests prior the the liberal MSM and the race baiters entered upon the scene. Hate to say it, but these just reeks of the Duke LAX rape case and Durham County District Attorney Mike Nifong.

George Zimmerman Jail Calls With Wife Shellie Released … Prosecutors Allege Zimmerman Telling Wife How to Use Paypal Account and Move Money Around
Sorry, but there is just something that does not feel right in viewing how the prosecution is handling this case.
Authorities have released numerous jail calls between George Zimmerman, the man charged with second degree murder in the death of Trayvon Martin, and his wife Shellie Zimmerman. Prosecutors allege that during the jail calls that George Zimmerman was instructing his wife how to move the money around in the Paypal account. Although, it was foolish to misrepresent the amount of monies in the Paypal account, instructing someone how to pay bills out of what was supposed to be a legal defense fund is hardly a crime.
In a half dozen phone calls between a locked-up George Zimmerman and his wife, the couple talk about their love for each other, buying bulletproof vests and how to move a flood of donations into their personal accounts, recordings released Monday reveal.
Prosecutors allege the six phone calls prove that Shellie Zimmerman lied when she told a judge that the couple was broke before her husband was granted bail in April.
The recordings show that from his jail cell, Zimmerman gave his wife step-by-step instructions on how to change a password and clear security questions so she could move money, gave her orders to withdraw specific amounts and directed her to pay the bills.
Prosecutors allege the couple was moving money out of an Internet PayPal account that was awash with donations for Zimmerman, who’s charged with second-degree murder in one of the most racially-charged criminal cases in the country. He shot Trayvon Martin, an unarmed black 17-year-old, in Sanford Feb. 26.
OK, the prosecution needs to get a grip here. This is not money laundering … the Paypal account was set up as a legal defense fund and thus the monies in the account would be moved around to pay bills. Of course George and Shellie Zimmerman would have to transfer the money into a checking account. How else would they pay bills? It’s not like they were buying items on line on Amazon and using their PayPal to do so. GEEZ! A reminder to the prosecution and to all … George Zimmerman is being charged with second degree murder, of which many believe is an over-reach and an over-charging.
However, with little to no evidence that shows that there was a second degree murder that took place, the prosecutors have turned to this issue of discussion of PayPal monies to revoke George Zimmerman’s bond and put him back in jail and charge Shellie Zimmerman with perjury.
Prosecutors say, Zimmerman spoke to wife in code from jail to hide assets. … DUDE, YOUR JOB IS TO PROVE SECOND DEGREE MURDER NOT THIS BS. But when you have next to nothing that does so, I guess your job is to smear the defendant. WOW, this seems more like the prosecution is action like a defense attorney, doesn’t it?

Trayvon Martin Murder Trial: Shellie Zimmerman, Wife of George Zimmerman Arrested, Charged with Perjury
We have not even got to the trial and already it has taken a bizarre twist …
Shellie Zimmerman, the wife of George Zimmerman was arrested on perjury charges in connection with allegedly trying to hide money from the courts with regards to her husbands initial bond hearing. She is accused of lying under oath with regards to donations funds. As reported at CBS News, Seminole County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by investigators with the Office of State Attorney Angela Corey, 4th Judicial Circuit, who advised a warrant had been issued for the 25-year-old woman. Shellie Zimmerman posted a $1,000 bond and was released .
Really? The Orlando courts are really going to do this when Florida and most all the the country was witness to George and Cindy Anthony’s testimony on the witness stand during the Casey Anthony murder trial? Seriously? Shellie Zimmerman was asked during George Zimmerman’s bond hearing about how much money they had received from donations in a Paypal account. It was later determined that both George and Shellie Zimmerman had deceived the court, George Zimmerman’s bond was revoked and he was sent back to jail.
On Tuesday, she was arrested on a perjury charge and booked into John E. Polk Correctional Facility. It’s the same jail her husband has called home since the deception was revealed earlier this month, leading the judge to revoke his bond.
“The prosecutor sent a strong message that you have to tell the truth in court because it is the whole basis of the American judicial system,” said Benjamin Crump, an attorney for Trayvon’s family, after learning of the new arrest.
In an affidavit, prosecutors revealed new details about Shellie Zimmerman’s alleged efforts to hide money from the court.
George Zimmerman who is accused of second degree murder in the shooting death of unarmed Florida teenager Trayvon Martin.
Don’t get me wrong, one should never lie to the courts and it was extremely foolish what the Zimmerman’s did. Just a question, how many individuals have actually lied about their funds in order to lessen their bail? Does this strike anyone else as odd, or is it starting to look like that because the prosecution knows that they have overcharged the case and has little to no evidence against Zimmerman that they are trying to just make the Zimmerman’s looks bad so that they can later use it in court?

What’s in a Number … Junior Alexander Guy Get’s George Zimmerman’s Old Cell Phone Number and Death Threats
As Steely Dan sang, ‘Rickki Don’t Lose that Number’ … unless it’s George Zimmerman’s old one.
What’s in a number? Don’t ask that to 49 year old Junior Alexander Guy who bought his first cell phone last month in Orlando, FL from T-Mobile and managed to some how get George Zimmerman’s old cell number. Yes, the same George Zimmerman who has been charged with second degree murder in the death of Trayvon Martin and is presently back in jail on revoked bond. Zimmerman’s address and info was tweeted by those who wanted to create a mob mentality against Zimmerman. Nice job. Needless to say, along with Zimmerman’s number came a boatload of death threats. According to Guy he received up to 70 death threats. The 49 year Orlando man moved out of his home and relocated his mother, who had lived with him, to a different location, fearing for both of their lives.
At age 49, Junior Alexander Guy got his first cell phone last month. The calls started immediately.
Strangers called at all hours. Some were insulting. Others angry. Sometimes, they threatened him.
“You murderer!”
“You deserve to die!”
By Day 2 he figured out what was going on: T-Mobile had given him the phone number formerly used by George Zimmerman, the Neighborhood Watch volunteer who fatally shot Trayvon Martin in February.
The number —407-435-2400 — was the one Zimmerman spelled out to a police dispatcher in a recorded call the night of the shooting that has since been widely circulated by news organizations and is available on the Internet.
Thankfully the cell number has finally been retired. Shame on those cowards that actually made calls and death threats no matter who was in possession of the cell number. You people deserve to be prosecuted in the same manner that you want George Zimmerman to be. In the end, those who purposely and willfully with malice and forethought may actually be more guilty of a crime than George Zimmerman.
George Zimmerman Has Surrendered to Authorities and Back in Jail After Judge Revokes Bond … Seeks New Bond Hearing (VIDEO)
Back behind bars as bond revoked …
George Zimmerman surrendered himself on Sunday to Florida authorities and is back in a Seminole County jail after a judge had revoked his bail. Zimmerman returned ‘quiet and cooperative’. Seminole County Sheriff Donald Eslinger said Zimmerman turned himself in to two sheriff’s office employees around 1:25 p.m. near the jail. He was then brought to the jail in a white minivan. Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester had revoked George Zimerman’s bond in the second degree murder shooting death of 17 year old Trayvon Martin because Zimmerman and his wife had mislead the court regarding their finances.
VIDEO of George Zimmerman arriving at Seminole County Jail
Wearing a button-down checkered shirt, blue jeans and sneakers, a handcuffed Zimmerman was escorted by two deputy sheriffs from a white minivan into the Seminole County jail Sunday afternoon. He did not answer shouted questions from reporters as he was led inside the jail to be booked, photographed and processed.
George Zimmerman’s attorney, Mark O’Mara, is expected to file a motion Monday seeking a new bond hearing for Trayvon Martin.
“He is in custody now,” O’Mara said of Zimmerman, 28. “He’s going to remain there until we get back before Judge Lester if and when he grants us a bond hearing. It sounded like he might consider it. But that is going to be based upon the motion itself.”
O’Mara went on to say Sunday that he thinks the defense “explanation, or apology if it is, should go directly to the person who deserves it, in this case that is Judge Lester.”
“Again, (we are) just hoping that the judge will give us an audience so we can further explain away why what happened seems to have happened,” O’Mara said.
