Cousin (Witness 9) of George Zimmerman Claims He Sexually Abused Her as a Child over 10 Years (Audio) … Mark O’Mara Says, “The content of this statement is not relevant to the issues of this case, and it would not be admissible in the state’s case”
File this one under, why now and why would this information that had nothing to do with the second degree murder case at hand be allowed to be made public? All this could do is prejudice a jury pool as there is no way it could be immiscible as evidence in this trial. It would seem that this case was never intended to be tried in a court of law … it was determined a while back that this case would be tried in the public.
Just when you thought you had heard it all in the George Zimmerman second degree murder case in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin, along comes this whopper of an allegation. The cousin of George Zimmerman claims that she was sexually abused by the man charged with the second degree murder of Trayvon Martin. She claims that the abuse took place over a 10 year period of time then the woman was 6 years old and Zimmerman was 8. She is only known as witness 9, (audio).
A cousin of George Zimmerman claims he sexually abused her as a child over a 10-year period, according to taped interviews released Monday by prosecutors. Zimmerman’s defense team tried, but failed, to stop the recordings’ release.
The alleged assaults began woman when the was 6 years old and Zimmerman was 8; they allegedly continued until she was 16, USA Today reports. Zimmerman is currently 28 years old.
But even if the woman’s allegations are true, could Zimmerman face criminal charges for incidents that happened at least a decade ago?
It depends on the nature of the alleged abuse, and where they took place.
George Zimmerman’s defense attorney Mark O’Mara said that he and his legal team would “vigorously defend” him against the allegations. Being a victims rights advocate, I am a bit dismayed by the fact that the prosecution would release such prejudicial information regarding a defendant and the fact that Judge Lester allowed it to be released as he denied a defense motion. If these allegations are true, the girl should have come forward and had Zimmerman prosecuted. It is obviously too late now which begs the question, why did the woman make it an issue now? Second, why did the prosecution release such information that had no bearing on this murder case and will never be allowed to be admitted as evidence? This was released to incite the public and will obviously taint the jury pool. Third, how could Judge Lester allow such prejudicial and inflammatory information be released? Maybe Mark O’Mara is 100% correct, Judge Lester needs to be removed from this case as he is incapable of being impartial.

Sanford Police Investigator Chris Serino in George Zimmerman Case said He was Pressured to File Charges in Shooting Death of Trayvon Martin
Things that make you go hmmm …
The lead Sanford Police investigator,Officer Chris Serino, says that he was pressured to file charges against George Zimmerman in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin, even though he did not think there was enough evidence in the case. Documents released recently in the George Zimmerman investigation show that he is not a racist.
The lead Sanford Police investigator who sought manslaughter charges against George Zimmerman told the FBI that a sergeant and two other officers tried to pressure him into making an arrest in the controversial case — even though he didn’t think there was enough evidence.
Sanford Police Officer Chris Serino first made headlines when evidence released in the case showed he sought manslaughter charges against Zimmerman even while his chief publicly said there was no probable cause to arrest him. But a document released late Thursday casts doubt on Serino’s prior sworn affidavit seeking criminal charges, and raises questions about the credibility of the star law-enforcement witness in the murder case against Zimmerman for the shooting death of a black teenager, Miami Gardens high school junior Trayvon Martin..
Telling the FBI that he was concerned that people inside the police department were leaking information, Serino cited Sgt. Arthur Barnes, officers Rebecca Villalona and Trekelle Perkins “as all pressuring him to file charges against Zimmerman after the incident,” an FBI report said. “Serino did not believe he had enough evidence at the time to file charges.”

George Zimmerman’s Attorney Mark O’Mara Files Motion to Disqualify Judge Kenneth Lester in Murder Trial of Trayvon Martin
George Zimmerman’s attorney files motion to disqualify judge citing that his client cannot get a fair trail …
Mark O’Mara, the defense attorney for George Zimmerman filed a 17 page motion on Friday with the Seminole County Circuit Court to have Judge Kenneth Lester disqualified from the trial. The defense is looking to have Judge Lester removed from the second degree murder trail of Trayvon Martin citing his fear that he will not be given a fair trial. O’Mara questions the “impartiality” of the judge in the trial and going forward. Heck, if there was impartiality Zimmerman would not have been arrested or indicted.
Impartial? Can Judge Lester preside over a fair trial?
The entire motion can be read HERE (pdf).
The motion also said the court is not weighing any evidence of Zimmerman’s innocence in the case when determining bond, other than to say “the only issue is the viability of the defendant’s self-defense/Stand Your Ground claim.” However, they also accuse the judge of not discussing that issue either.
The motion also said:
“The court departed from its role as an impartial, objective minister of justice when it stated on two occasions in its order that in the court’s personal opinion there is probable cause to believe that the defendant committed a violation of Florida Statute 903.035(3), a third degree felony punishable by five years in prison. This is tantamount to instructing the state that Mr. Zimmerman should be prosecuted for this offense.”
Attorney O’Mara’s motion stated that the judge’s comments during the second bond hearing for George Zimmerman were so over the top, bias, self-serving manipulations, gratuitous and disparaging remarks about Mr. Zimmerman’s character that he, judge Lester, could not sit on the bench in this murder trial with impartiality.

George Zimmerman Murder Investigation: Geraldo Rivera Say He ‘Was Right About the Hoodie’ on Fox & Friends in the Shooting Death of Trayvon Martin
On Fox News this morning Geraldo Rivera told ‘Fox and Friends’ that he did not mean to brag, but he was going to do so any how. Rivera stated that after all the criticism and ridicule he received after making comments that Trayvon Martin was dead because he was wearing a “hoodie” … He was right about the hoodie. As it turns out from the documents released yesterday, George Zimmerman did not pursue Martin because he was black, he followed him because he was wearing a hoodie and was dressed in similar manner to other individuals who had previously broke into homes in his community.
From The Blaze:
Fox News host Geraldo Rivera on Friday used Chicago‘s soaring murder rate to say he was right earlier this year in saying Trayvon Martin’s shooting death could be traced back to the teen’s hoodie.
“I was right about the hoodie, wasn’t I?” Rivera on “Fox & Friends.” “I hate to brag, but I got criticized by every pundit in America when I said Trayvon Martin would be alive today but for the fact that he was wearing thug wear – he was wearing the hoodie.”
He continued, “Turns out now we look at George Zimmerman’s interviews with the police: He didn’t profile Trayvon Martin because he was black, he profiled him because he was wearing a hoodie, was a strange kid, didn’t recognize him, wearing the same garb that had been worn by previous perpetrators of house break-ins in his community.”

Documents Released in George Zimmerman Second Degree Murder of Trayvon Martin Trial Investigation Suggest Zimmerman Not a Racist
A new batch of documents and evidence has been released in the George Zimmerman shooting death of Trayvon Martin detailing the police investigation. The latest document dump is 284 pages of some very interesting evidence that point to the obvious conclusion that Zimmerman did not target Martin because of his color. As much as the liberal MSM and race baiters tried to gin up hysteria with false claims of racism, that just appears not to be the case. Now it is just a matter of whether this second degree murder trial of George Zimmerman is based on facts in evidence or emotion and the fanning of racial unrest.
The latest stack of documents – 284 pages worth – is a compilation of witness statements and investigators’ reports collected by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the FBI in the weeks following the Feb. 26 shooting. While the documents, some heavily redacted, don’t contain any bombshells, they do confirm the extent to which authorities, both local and federal, ramped up their evidence-gathering in late March and early April after the story made front page news across the U.S.
Gerorge Zimmerman, not a racist.
The documents released confirm what many of us presumed for months, the crime was not a result of racism, it was because an eager individual thought that another individual wearing a hoody looked like the person who had committed previous crimes in the neighborhood. The result of the two encountering each other left one of them dead.
George Zimmerman, charged with second-degree murder in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin, had a “little hero complex” but was not a racist, a Sanford, Florida, homicide investigator told federal agents, according to reports released Thursday.
In an interview with FBI agents in March, investigator Chris Serino told authorities he “believed that Zimmerman’s actions were not based on Martin’s skin color, rather based on his attire, the total circumstances of the encounter and the previous burglary suspects in the community,” according to an FBI report.
The reports and other information in the case against Zimmerman were released Thursday by Special Prosecutor Angela Corey to Zimmerman’s attorney.

The question is will the facts and the evidence matter when a jury pool has been so tainted by the MSM, the race agitators and even President Barack Obama.
