George Zimmerman Murder Investigation: Geraldo Rivera Say He ‘Was Right About the Hoodie’ on Fox & Friends in the Shooting Death of Trayvon Martin

On Fox News this morning Geraldo Rivera told ‘Fox and Friends’ that he did not mean to brag, but he was going to do so any how. Rivera stated that after all the criticism and ridicule he received after making comments that Trayvon Martin was dead because he was wearing a “hoodie” … He was right about the hoodie.  As it turns out from the documents released yesterday, George Zimmerman did not pursue Martin because he was black, he followed him because he was wearing a hoodie and was dressed in similar manner to  other individuals who had previously broke into homes in his community.

From The Blaze:

Fox News host Geraldo Rivera on Friday used Chicago‘s soaring murder rate to say he was right earlier this year in saying Trayvon Martin’s shooting death could be traced back to the teen’s hoodie.

“I was right about the hoodie, wasn’t I?” Rivera on “Fox & Friends.” “I hate to brag, but I got criticized by every pundit in America when I said Trayvon Martin would be alive today but for the fact that he was wearing thug wear – he was wearing the hoodie.”

He continued, “Turns out now we look at George Zimmerman’s interviews with the police: He didn’t profile Trayvon Martin because he was black, he profiled him because he was wearing a hoodie, was a strange kid, didn’t recognize him, wearing the same garb that had been worn by previous perpetrators of house break-ins in his community.”

I see Geraldo is still an ass. At least he is consistent.

Trayvon could have been wearing a space suit. Nobody cares! It’s the moron punch attack on a guy he did not know that
      got him killed.

Yes, as crazy as geraldo is, he is right sometimes. He was not alone in coming to the conclusion that the hoodie was the thing that got Trayvon noticed.

Trayvon was killed when he came back and sneak attacked Mr. Martin. Had he actually continued on his way to the townhouse of his father’s girlfriend nothing would have happened.

Trayvon was high on a known drug. A drug that affects some to the point of being very aggressive. This is in reality the true cause of him being shot.
