I give Bill O’Reilly a lot of credit for discussing the situation for fear of being branded a racists …

Fox News Bill O’Reilly blasted Al Sharpton, the race hustler for his failure to help the black community and only promote racial division while making money in the process. Previously, O’Reilly did a talking points memo as to what the real problems were in the black community and was spot on. However, the race hustlers like Sharpton could never accept such comments because it did not promote racial divide and Sharpton could not turn a profit off it. It is a sad state of affairs when today’s Civil Rights activists are nothing more than agitators and the MSM gives them credibility. In the end, O’Reilly stated that Sharpton’s days are over, done! I could only hope so for the sake of the black community and racial peace in the United States.

“Sharpton and others are attacking me because I am a threat to them. They have failed. FAILED. to deal with problems in the black community and they make a lot of money promoting racial division… Talking Points believes the day of the race hustler has come to an end. This we and them business gets the country nowhere. There are severe problems in the black community that have to be solved… You bet, Al. Your day is done.”

Check out the talking points memo from O’Reilly that started it all as to the real problems in the black community. To not have a real conversation on the black community, not just racism … is the real racism. How can whites, blacks, anyone just sit by and watch it continue to happen without lifting a finger? O’Reilly called out the black race baiting merchants to address the real problems, not pray on the continued racial division and jump on the anti-George Zimmerman band wagon.

You want a conversation, You got it. The only problem is it has to be an honest conversation and stop the nonsense and for leaders to actually lead the way to a better America and stop the victimization. Those were basically the sentiments of Bill O’Reilly. Of course he will be branded a racist for actually caring and wanting to make a real difference.

Robert Zimmerman Warns that Civil Suit Against His George Zimmerman ‘Might not be very Flattering’ for Trayvon Martin’s Family

Could a civil trial against George Zimmerman by the family of Trayvon Martin be more problematic that a benefit?

Robert Zimmerman states that a civil suit brought against his brother George Zimmerman, in a wrongful death trial, could be very troubling to the family of Trayvon Martin and could lead to very unpleasant facts that were never a part of the criminal trial. The rules of evidence are much different in a civil trial than a criminal one and much of the evidence that was excluded from the second degree criminal trial where a jury found George Zimmerman not guilty, could be entered into evidence in a civil trial. Sometimes it’s best not to dig up all the fact that took place because they might not be very pretty and may not follow the narrative of a made up story by the media and prosecution of Trayvon Martin. We do not like to talk ill of the dead and the death of Trayvon Martin is a tragedy no matter how you look at it, but in the end, we can all agree that he was most likely not the angel that the media made him out to be. Why drag his past through another trial and open his entire life to cross-examination? I realize those that have hijacked this case don’t care, but is that what  the family of Trayvon Martin really want to do? Is “justice” really bringing up your child’s past to go after George Zimmerman because you feel wronged by a jury decision where there was no evidence to prove murder or manslaughter? That is the question that the family of Trayvon Martin will have to ask themselves.

Robert Zimmerman, whose younger brother George was acquitted for his role in the death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, told The Huffington Post on Friday that a civil suit might lead to unpleasant facts coming to light about the Florida teenager’s family.

“A myriad of things that were off-limits in a criminal trial would come into play in a civil case,” Robert Zimmerman said in an email to the Post. “Specifically, things that might not be very flattering to Trayvon or his family.”

The report comes one day after a member of the six-woman jury that acquitted George Zimmerman on second-degree murder charges told ABC News that the former neighborhood watch captain “got away with murder,” but that there was not enough evidence to find him guilty on July 13.

It could open a Pandora’s box, namely the Trayvon Martin’s cell phone that was not allowed during the criminal trial. It had been my personal contention that had a jury been able to have seen previous texts of Trayvon Martin discussing fighting and knowing that Trayvon Martin had a history of fighting, getting into trouble in school, suspension, and the rest … the jury would have come back even quicker with a not guilty verdict. This was evidence that the Zimmerman defense team said was withheld from them by the prosecution. The state IT director Ben Kruidbos was fired because of his whistle-blowing of the incident.

Another difficulty in filing a civil case in Florida is Florida’s stand your ground law. The statute provides criminal and civil immunity to anyone who uses deadly force in a situation in which one has a reasonable fear of imminent death or great bodily injury.

Imagine if much of the evidence from Bill Whittle & ‘Afterburner’ … The Wretched Lynching of George Zimmerman … The MSM Participated in Criminal Fraud or Criminal Negligence was allowed to come into a civil trial?

The vigilante Trayvon Martin mob was at it again this weekend. A Bethesda, Maryland white man was beaten and robbed by three black men. The 28 year old white man was attacked in the 1700 block of Euclid Street, Northwest, in Adams Morgan in an obvious racially motivated, bias, hate crime. The three thugs yelled “This is for Trayvon” as they beat and kicked the man. Who really thinks that these thugs watched or have any concept of the evidence presented during the George Zimmerman murder trial?

A note to Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton, President Obama, Eric Holder, the New Black Panther Party, the NAACP,  blacks, the MSM and Democrats … This is what a hate crime looks like where some one’s Civil Rights are violated!!!

A Bethesda man was beaten and robbed early Saturday morning in Adams Morgan by three men who yelled, “This is for Trayvon Martin,” before attacking him, police said.

The incident is being investigated as a hate crime and robbery, according to D.C. police spokesman Araz Alali.

Three black men approached an adult white male from behind while he was walking in the 1700 block of Euclid Street NW at 1:26 a.m. Saturday, police said.

Two of the men threw the victim to the ground and kicked him, Alali said. The three perpetrators then took the victim’s iPhone and wallet and fled.

NBC – Washington: The victim suffered lacerations to the face from the attack. Police said the suspects took the man’s wallet and iPhone. The police report lists the incident as robbery force violence, hate bias incident.

But this is what happens when you have an irresponsible MSM, President, Attorney General, faux Civil Rights agitators and Democrat party who insight the crowd and continue demands for justice. I hope Barack Obama and Eric Holder are happy with themselves as stated at NRO, where they “deliberately stoking resentment and tension, under the guise of leading a “national conversation” about race.”

Former NBA great Charles Barkley was 100% correct, when he said there are a lot of black racists as well.

Jesse Jackson has called fro the boycott of Florida because of Florida’s ‘Stand your Ground’ laws in the wake of the George Zimmerman “not guilty” jury verdict in the death of Trayvon Martin. Jesse Jackson in his over the top manner has also compared Florida to ‘Apartheid’ South Africa. Really Mr. Jackson, Florida is like “apartheid” South Africa? Such comments from an old and tired race-baiting messager do a dispersive to those that really struggled in South Africa, to the Zimmerman murder trial jury and to Trayvon Martin. Where to begin? First, when will anyone in the race-baiting industry act responsible and honest in the wake of the not guilty Zimmerman verdict? No where in the defense of George Zimmerman was “Stand your Ground” used. NO WHERE!!! In fact, the Zimmerman defense attorneys purposely decided not to use it and instead simply used common self-defense. Making matters even worse, it is a falsehood that ‘stand your ground’ is discriminatory. As reported at the Daily Caller, in Florida  blacks benefit from Florida ‘Stand Your Ground’ law at disproportionate rate. Second, you show yourself to be a fool and trivialize apartheid in South Africa to the death of one individual, in which a jury returned a “not guilty” verdict.

Hard to give Jackson any credibility when he had no problem with Castro’s Cuba

Stevie Wonder isn’t the only one who wants to boycott Florida over its “stand your ground” law, which served as a backdrop in the recent not guilty verdict for George Zimmerman in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin.

Civil rights activist Rev. Jesse Jackson said Friday he also wanted a boycott of the state.

“We can boycott Florida, cut conventions in Florida, for its ‘stand your ground’ laws,” said Jackson, speaking on a panel at the National Urban League’s annual conference in Philadelphia. “If we can boycott South Africa and bring it down, we should boycott Florida and bring it down.”

Jackson made the comments less than a week after Florida’s governor, Rick Scott, said he wouldn’t change the controversial law that allows people to use physical force in self-defense without a duty to retreat.

Benjamin Crump, the attorney for the Martin family, also spoke at the conference Friday, where he said that changing “stand your ground” was the way to “properly honor” the legacy of Trayvon Martin.

The Gateway Pundit reminds us of an important little fact, Jesse Jackson compares Florida to apartheid South Africa; however, Jackson is perfectly ok with Fidel Castro’s Cuba. Now which one would be considered more like the oppressive apartheid South Africa, Florida or Cuba?

Oh wait, and then there is Benjamin Crump, the attorney for the Martin family, who says that changing “stand your ground” was the way to “properly honor” the legacy of Trayvon Martin. HOW? Why don’t they also change the speeding laws, drunk driving and drug possession laws as well in Florida as a way of honoring Trayvon Martin? All of these laws had as much to do with the George Zimmerman murder trial as did stand your ground!

The Buckeye Firearms Foundation Raises $12K To Buy George Zimmerman Guns & Security Systems (Update: Appears Massive Denial of Service Attack of Website)

A Second Amendment battle of a right to bear arms turns into a First Amendment attack, denial of service …

An Ohio firearms group, the Buckeye Firearms Foundation, has raised $12,000 for George Zimmerman to be speant on guns and security systems. George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch volunteer, was found not guilty of murder and manslaughter earlier this month by a jury in the death of Trayvon Martin. However, since the verdict Zimmerman and his family have received countless death threats. This donation was also a reaction to Attorney General Eric Holder and the DOJ not giving Zimmerman’s gun back following his trial.  The check for $12,150.37 sent to George Zimmerman could also be used in his legal defense.

An Ohio firearms group has raised more than $12,000 to be spent on guns or a security system for George Zimmerman, the former neighborhood watch volunteer who was acquitted in the fatal shooting of unarmed teenager Trayvon Martin in Florida. But the money could end up being used to pay for Zimmerman’s defense costs and fees.

The $12,150.37 check that the group wrote to Zimmerman is the result of a fundraising effort that was launched because the group believes Zimmerman’s gun rights are being violated by the U.S. Department of Justice. The department has taken all the evidence from the trial, including the gun that killed Martin, as part of a civil rights investigation.

UPDATE I: It appears the website of the Buckeye Firearms Foundation has experienced a massive denial of service attack. Is it any wonder why the Gerstle family, who was helped rescued by George Zimmerman when their SUV over-turned, wanted to stay out of the public eye for fear of being attacked themselves.

A Denial of Service web attack took down the Ohio-based Buckeye Firearms Association website on Wednesday after the association sent George Zimmerman a check to purchase a new firearm.

Director of Marketing and Communications Dean Rieck sent out an email statement Wednesday afternoon, saying the overwhelming attack took out both Buckeye Firearms Association and Buckeye Firearms Foundation’s websites.

“Our IT guy says it’s a ‘denial of service’ or DoS attack. This is not the ordinary ‘hack’ attack that we’ve experienced many times in the past,” Rieck said. ”A DoS attack involves using significant resources to bombard a server to temporarily or permanently disrupt service.”
