Bi-Partisan Senate Vote Rejects Obama Nominee, Cop-Killer Atty. Debo Adegbile, to Lead the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division

A stinging bi-partisan vote defeat for Barack Obama … Sorry, but actions have consequences.

In a 47 to 52 vote in the US Senate, Republicans were joined by seven Democrats voting to continue a filibuster of Debo Adegbile’s nomination for the influential post, to lead the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division.Yes, the same Debo Adegbile, who represented cop-killer Mumia Abu-Jamal, who was found guilty in 1981 of killing police officer Daniel Faulkner and turned the case into a racially-charged political cause-celeb, and, in doing so, went far beyond his duties as a lawyer to zealously represent his client.

As Sen Ted Cruz (R-TX) stated, Those Who Advocate For Cop Killers Aren’t Suited For Leadership at DOJ.

But not too much for Barack Obama to nominate …

Just what we did not need in the Civil Rights department enforcing the nation’s anti-discrimination laws, a lawyer as Pennsylvania Republican Sen. Pat Toomey led the charge against Adegbile’s nomination,“Under Mr. Adegbile’s oversight, LDF lawyers promoted the pernicious myth that Abu-Jamal was an innocent man, that he was framed because of his race.” Unproven allegations of racism reversed a cop-killers sentence.  So I guess Barack Obama will call the following Democratic Senators racists and playing Washington politics, Heidi Heitkamp (ND), Joe Manchin (WV), Mark Pryor (AR), Joe Donnelly (IN), John Walsh (MT), Chris Coons (DE) and Bob Casey Jr. (PA), who voted with Republicans to block the nomination of Adegbile.

The Senate rejected President Obama’s nominee to lead the Justice Department’s civil rights division on Wednesday in a stunning 47-52 vote in which seven Democrats abandoned their leadership.

The vote was all the more remarkable for the five Democrats in tough reelection races this year who voted in vain to move Debo Adegbile’s nomination forward.

Their votes now become ammunition for Senate Republicans, who argued Adegbile was unfit to serve because of his legal work in support of Mumia Abu-Jamal, who was convicted of killing Philadelphia

police officer Daniel Faulkner in 1981.

The vote was a stinging defeat for the White House that showed President Obama is politically out of step with some centrist Democrats heading into the midterm elections.

“He represents the best of the legal profession,” and if you like your cop-killing lawyer, you can keep him …

The response from the community agitator … Barack Obama defended his disgusting pick to head up the Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department. Sorry Mr. President, this sick pick to further politicize the Justice Dept. and push it further left has failed. Even Democrats could not back your pick. Obama labeled the vote a “travesty” based on “wildly unfair” character attacks.

“Mr. Adegbile’s qualifications are impeccable. He represents the best of the legal profession, with wide-ranging experience, and the deep respect of those with whom he has worked,” Obama said. “As a lawyer, Mr. Adegbile has played by the rules. And now, Washington politics have used the rules against him.”

Where Are the Black Leaders on This … 72% of the Babies Aborted in Mississippi Are Black Between 1995 and 2010 … More Black Babies Aborted Than Born in NYC in 2012

Where is the outrage from Barack Obama, Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and other black political and religious leaders on the genocide of black babies?

As reported at CNS News, data published by the CDC, although whites far outnumbered blacks in Mississippi by a 2 to 1 margin, 71.67% of the babies aborted are black, while only 26.6% are white during the years of 1995 and 2010. The reports shows that in some years, the percentages were even higher, in 2009, for example, the percentage of black babies killed by abortion in Mississippi in relation to the total was 76.8%. In 2007, it was 77.8%; in 2005, 77.2% Protein Wisdom makes a startling but true and valid point, “It’s like ‘Mississippi Burning’, only instead of redneck Klan members (who were Democrats, let’s remember), we now have the “pro-woman” “choice” crowd pushing its agenda on a race Margaret Sanger …”.

Where is Barack Obama saying that he could have been that aborted baby as he did when he interjected himself into the Trayvon Martin and George Zimmerman murder trial? Where is the outrage of this genocide?

MISSISSIPPI BURNING ABORTING

Although whites outnumber blacks in Mississippi by nearly 2-to-1, 71.67% of the babies aborted in Mississippi are black, while 26.6% are white.

Based on data published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), 39,052 black babies were killed by abortions in Mississippi between 1995 and 2010.  During that same time period, 14,529 white babies were aborted in the Magnolia State.

The total number of abortions between 1995 and 2010 in Mississippi was 54,484. In addition to blacks and whites, that number also includes abortions among Hispanics, “Other” (meaning Asian and Native American), and “Unknown,” as published by the CDC.

The data from the CDC should make black leaders cringe, but instead they are silent. So who profits and who loses from Planned Parenthood?

But wait, it gets worse. Also reported by CNS News, more black babies were killed by abortion  in New York City than born.

In 2012, there were more black babies killed by abortion (31,328) in New York City than were born there (24,758), and the black children killed comprised 42.4% of the total number of abortions in the Big Apple, according to a report by the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.

NAACP Chief Ben Jealous to Resign Effective December 31, 2013

Ben Jealous, he head of the NAACP steps down citing family reasons. As reported at USA Today, the civil rights leader said he’s satisfied that he will leave an organization in much better condition than it was when he took over five years ago. Really, how so? If anything the NAACP has become more polarized and partisan in the past 5 years. Interestingly enough his reign of the NAACP has mirrored Barack Obama’s election as president. I would ask both, how is that black unemployment rate doing these days, especially black teens? Sorry, but it would appear the NAACP has become more political than carrying to truly help black America. As Jealous and the NAACP were so quick to demonstrate against the George Zimmerman “not guilty” verdict in the death of Trayvon Martin and call for civil rights hate crime charges, they have been all but non-existent to address the “killing fields” of Chicago and the black on black violence.

It is amazing that he focuses on Trayvon Martin and the 700 black teens were killed in Chicago.

The man who has become the face of the NAACP — from marches protesting the death of Florida teen Trayvon Martin to vigils for death row inmate Troy Davis in Georgia — is resigning effective Dec. 31.

In an interview with USA TODAY, Benjamin Todd Jealous said the constant travel as president and CEO of the nation’s largest civil rights organization has kept him away too much from his wife, civil rights lawyer Lia Epperson, and children, daughter Morgan, 7, and Jack, 13 months. He said he plans to make a formal announcement to his staff Monday morning.

“Leadership knows when to step up and when to step down,” Jealous said. “This day I can say with pride that I’m prepared to step down and make room for the next person who will lead this organization to its next chapter.”

HATE CRIME: Ginger Slepski Brutally Beaten by Four Black Teens in North Side of Pittsburgh, PA Says Attack Was ‘Racially Motivated’ … ‘Shut up White Bitch’

A note to President Barack Obama, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, NAACP and Attorney General Eric Holder … the following is what would be considered a racially motivated hate crime …

As reported at WPXI, Ginger Slepski was brutally attacked by a group of black female teens after Slepski stopped her vehicle to confront the girls after they had thrown a bottle at her car.  When Ginger Slepski got out of her vehicle she was brutally attacked by the teens as they yelled at Slepski, “Shut up white bitch.” The other said, “Get that white bitch.” According to Slepski, she tried to get back into her car, but they grabbed her by her hair. Then one of the attackers punched her in the head and I was on a set of concrete steps and my head hit the concrete so hard. Then Slepski said, “Then they all got on top of me and all their hands were in my hair. They kept telling each other to, ‘Kick her in the head. Kick her head in the concrete.”

Hmm, where is the MSM demanding justice?

A woman who said she was brutally attacked by a group of black teenagers in Pittsburgh’s North Side Sunday said the girls savagely beat her while calling her racial slurs.

Ginger Slepski said she suffered multiple injuries, including torn shoulder ligaments. She said she thought the girls were going to kill her.

“I thought it was so animalistic. So violent. I’m so afraid for these girls to get out and walk the streets,” Slepski said.

Police said Slepski was savagely beaten after the girls threw a bottle at her car on Concord Street and she stopped to confront them.

“I was mad. I knew they were younger. I thought they were in their early 20s. I got out and said, ‘What is your problem?’” Slepski said.

All four African-American girls then called her names before getting physically violent.

“They yelled, ‘Shut up white [expletive].’ The other said, ‘Get that white [expletive],’” Slepski said.

Paging Attorney General Eric Holder. What a joke that Holder would actually contemplate civil rights and hate crime charges against George Zimmerman in the death of Trayvon Marin where there was no racial motivation, but in a case like the above attack where there is an obvious racial component, all we hear from Holder is the sound of crickets. Maybe Holder should be charged with a hate crime for his bias in determining what is and is not a hate crime depending on the color of one’s skin who is the attacker.

Well here’s an easy case, Eric. It won’t be too hard to prove a violation of 18 USC 249 or 18 USC 245 in this context. No outrageous self-defense defenses here.

But like in all the other similar cases you refuse to prosecute, the victim here wasn’t one of “your people.” Ginger’s parents didn’t endure the sort of garbage that your wife’s parents did down south. So she isn’t entitled to equal protection of the law, right?

Make no mistake, Ginger isn’t the only victim who won’t get justice from Justice just because of her race. Neither will the parents who were beaten at the Wisconsin State Fair. Nor will the parents in Ohio who saw thugs come on their lawn shouting racial slurs before they beat them.

Oh yeah, ans as The Other McCain reminds us, what say you Eric Holder about the “hate” speech coming from DHS Employs Deranged Race Warrior Ayo Kimathi who has only been placed on administrative leave with pay? Huh?

Don’t mess with Texas … the Mesquie rodeo is bringing in the Obama rodeo clown along with three other presidential rodeo clowns. The Obama clown is a special guest star as the Mesquie Rodeo puts on the grand finale to its 2013 season with non-stop action you will only find in the aptly named ‘Rodeo Capital of Texas’.

To those who have no clue, have never watched a rodeo or have ever been to one, having presidential clowns at them is a tradition. This is nothing special targeting Barack Obama. No one squawked when there was a GWB clown. But the thin-skinned, always at the ready to cry racism LEFT always act like children in their reaction to anything that could be mean to Obama. How dare they. Too bad they did not also have the same feelings when it came to doing something that was in poor taste against Jesus. But in that case it is called “art” and “freedom of speech”.

Mesquite Arena General Manager Steve Gander reportedly said presidential rodeo clowns have been a long standing tradition at rodeos and that Obama will be joined at the event by three other presidents this weekend.

“Presidential and celebrity clowns and dummies have been in rodeo and other sports and entertainment events since before Richard Nixon,” Gander reportedly wrote.

“We are just being current and exercising our freedom of speech,” he added, assuring it will be “good clean family entertainment” and that the rodeo clowns will be “respectful.”

The ridiculous over-reaction in Missouri got the Obama rodeo clown banned for life from the State fair. How typical, Obama once again causing people to lose jobs and the LEFT causing nothing but problems and sticking their nose in where it does not belong. However, how is it that the NAACP wanted the Obama rodeo clown brought up on hate crimes and destroyed , yet Ayo Kimathi, an employee at the DHS can post anti-white, race war … In Order for Black people to Survive the 21st Century, We are Going to Have to Kill a lot of Whites” … and still retain his job?
