New WAPO Poll Finds 90% of Native Americans ARE NOT Offended by Redskins Name

WELL IMAGINE THAT, 90% OF NATIVE AMERICANS ARE NOT OFFENDED BY REDSKINS, HMM, ISN’T THAT A MANDATE?

A WAPO poll finds that 90% of Native Americans say they ARE NOT offended by the Washington Redskins name. WOW, 90%! You can’t find 9 in 10 people top agree on anything these days. The poll asked only “Native Americans” the question if the professional football team in Washington calls itself the Washington Redskins. As a Native American, do you find that name offensive or doesn’t it bother you? An astounding 90% said they were not offended, 9% said they were and 1% had no opinion and could have cared less. So who exactly is so offended and insulted by the Redskin name? Once again we are witness to a group of 5 people who claim to speak for the other 99% This a Washington Post independent poll, not one conducted by Washington Redskins owner Daniel Schneider for his own self-serving reasons. Those on the offended by anything side will be hard pressed to condemn these poll results.

Washington Redskins

Nine in 10 Native Americans say they are not offended by the Washington Redskins name, according to a new Washington Post poll that shows how few ordinary Indians have been persuaded by a national movement to change the football team’s moniker.

The survey of 504 people across every state and the District reveals that the minds of Native Americans have remained unchanged since a 2004 poll by the Annenberg Public Policy Center found the same result. Responses to The Post’s questions about the issue were broadly consistent regardless of age, income, education, political party or proximity to reservations.

Among the Native Americans reached over a five-month period ending in April, more than 7 in 10 said they did not feel the word “Redskin” was disrespectful to Indians. An even higher number — 8 in 10 — said they would not be offended if a non-native called them that name.

Fox News Poll: Donald Trump Tops Hillary Clinton, 45% to 42%, 10 Point Swing in One Month!!!

YES ITS WAY TOO EARLY, BUT TRUMP IS TRENDING UP AND HILLARY DOWN …

In the most recent FOX News poll, in a hypothetical match up between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton, the Trumpster leads the truth-challenged Hillary Clinton 45% to 42%. The hypothetical match-up is all but a forgone conclusion, unless Hillary Clinton is indicted. Hard to believe that the Obama administration would do that. What is most remarkable about the poll is that last month, Clinton was up by 48-41 percent. That would be a 10 point swing for the common core educationally challenged.

Donald Trump tops Hillary Clinton in a hypothetical head-to-head matchup, according to a new Fox News Poll that also finds majorities of voters feel both frontrunners lack strong moral values and will say anything to get elected.

Trump has a 45-42 percent edge over Clinton, if the presidential election were held today.  That’s within the poll’s margin of sampling error.  Last month, Clinton was up by 48-41 percent (April 2016).

Clinton is ahead by 14 points among women (50-36 percent).  Yet Trump leads by a larger 22 points among men (55-33 percent).

He also tops Clinton by 37 points (61-24 percent) among whites without a college degree (working-class whites).

Another National Poll Has Donald Trump Within the Margin of Error and Closing on Hillary Clinton

ANOTHER POLL SHOWING A POSITIVE TREND FOR TRUMP AND A NEGATIVE ONE FOR HILLARY … WHO SAID HE CAN’T WIN?

According to a recent national NBC News/SurveyMonkey poll, Donald Trump continues to cut into the lead of Hillary Clinton, who now only leads by 3 percentage points. Hillary Clinton is limping across the finish line as the establishment and presumptive Democrat nominee struggles to shake the self proclaimed socialist Bernie Sanders. The Morning Consult also has Hillary ahead by only 2 percentage points as Trump trends upward.

The scandals are chipping away at her as she struggles to win her parties nomination against an unknown socialist.

Donald Trump continues to cut into Hillary Clinton’s lead nationally, according to a national NBC News|SurveyMonkey poll released Tuesday.

Trump has reduced the 5-point advantage Clinton held last week to just 3 percentage points. But the former secretary of state still leads 48 percent to 45 percent.

Clinton dominates among minority voters. The Democratic front-runner leads Trump by a 75-point margin among black voters, 84 percent to 9 percent, and holds a 37-point advantage among Hispanic voters, 65 percent to 28 percent. Women also favor Clinton, while Trump leads among men and white voters.

Eighty-seven percent of Republicans would back Trump, while just 7 percent would support Clinton. The margin is almost just as large among Democratic voters, with 87 percent favoring Clinton and just 8 percent supporting Trump. The billionaire who often boasts about growing the party holds an 8-point advantage among independents, 44 percent to 36 percent.

While conservative and very conservative voters break for Trump and liberal and very liberal voters sway Clinton’s way, Clinton also leads among moderates by double digits, 53 percent to 39 percent.

United States Military Troops Prefer Donald Trump to Clinton By a “HUGE” Margin

US ACTIVE MILITARY PREFERS TRUMP OVER HILLARY BY 2 TO 1 MARGIN …

In a new poll of active American military personnel, Donald Trump leads by a wide margin to become the next Commander in Chief. The survey of active-duty service members chose Trump over Clinton by a 54% to 25% margin. In fact, self-proclaimed socialist Bernie Sanders, who has no chance of winning the Democrat primary because of a rigged establishment super delegate process, does better than Clinton in this poll. Interestingly enough as the Daily Caller points out, criticism from the GOP foreign policy establishment pointing out Trump’s inexperience in the field has done little to dissuade active-duty service members from throwing their support behind the real estate tycoon.

In a new survey of American military personnel, Donald Trump emerged as active-duty service members’ preference to become the next U.S. president, topping Hillary Clinton by more than a 2-to-1 margin. However, in the latest Military Times election survey, more than one in five troops said they’d rather not vote in November if they have to choose between just those two candidates.

But given only those choices, 21 percent of the service members surveyed said they would abstain from voting. More than 54 percent of the 951 troops Military Times surveyed said they would vote for Trump, the presumed Republican presidential nominee, over Clinton, the Democratic front-runner. Only about 25 percent said they would vote for Clinton in that matchup.

Democrats overwhelmingly favored Clinton (72 percent to 8 percent) and Republicans overwhelmingly supported Trump (82 percent to 6 percent). Troops who identified as independents slightly favored Trump, by a 40 percent to 32 percent margin.

Female troops favored Clinton over Trump, by a 51 percent to 24 percent margin. Male troops backed Trump over Clinton 57 percent to 22 percent.

Officers were more likely to back Clinton, though still said they’d vote for Trump by a 46 percent to 32 percent tally. Enlisted respondents broke 58 percent to 21 percent for Trump.

The Quinnipiac Poll: Donald Trump & Hillary Clinton Dead Even in Florida and PA … Trump Leads in Ohio

HMM, WHO SAID THAT HILLARY CLINTON BEATS TRUMP IN A LANDSLIDE?

In a recent Quinnipiac University poll of three battleground states, Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton are in a virtual tie in Florida and Pennsylvania; however, Trump leads in the all important state of Ohio. The poll shows that Clinton is up by a single point in both Florida (43%-42%) and Pennsylvania (43%-42%), while Trump leads Clinton in Ohio by 43%-to-39%. So much for the notion by the pundits that say Hillary will beat Trump going away. This is a different kind of presidential election cycle and the general election should be no different.

How will the private email server scandal play an impact is the race?

It’s still early to analyze the general election, but a new poll shows Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump in a dead heat in three key swing states: Florida, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.

The Quinnipiac University Swing State Poll released Tuesday has Clinton up by a single point in both Florida (43%-42%) and Pennsylvania (43%-42%), while Trump leads Clinton in Ohio by 43%-to-39%

“Six months from Election Day, the presidential races between Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump in the three most crucial states, Florida, Ohio and Pennsylvania, are too close to call,” said Peter A. Brown, assistant director of the Quinnipiac Poll.

Democratic candidate Bernie Sanders, by the way, has narrow leads over Trump in all three pivotal states.

Donald Trump leads in the all important state of Ohio.

The gender and racial gaps are wide in Ohio, where Trump edges Clinton 43 – 39 percent. He leads 51 – 36 percent among men, while she takes women 43 – 36 percent. White voters go Republican 49 – 32 percent, as non-white voters vote Democratic 76 – 14 percent.

The age gap narrows as voters 18 to 34 years old go 43 percent for Clinton and 39 percent for Trump, while voters over 65 go 46 percent for Trump and 40 percent for Clinton.

Independent voters go 40 percent for Trump and 37 percent for Clinton.

Clinton gets a negative 34 – 62 percent favorability, compared to Trump’s negative 36 – 57 percent.

Trump would do a better job than Clinton handling the economy, Ohio voters say 52 – 40 percent. He also would be better on terrorism, voters say 48 – 43 percen
