Natalee Holloway Investigation: Satish Kalpoe June 24, 2005 Statement

This is a must read statement as Satish Kalpoe discusses Joran Van der Sloot’s nervousness, Paulus Van der Sloot’s comments of “no body …”, and a reference to Freddy that is rather peculiar.

On your question if I can remember if during of the many conversations at Joran’s home that the father said “no corpse no case”, I can say it following: The father of Joran said it in other words. The father of Joran had said: “if there is no corpse it would be difficult to arrest us”.

The second time was when Joran, my brother and I took the camera to Freddy’s house. We delivered the camera to Freddy

House Keeping in Aruba … Enter the Dutch … Is this Show or the Real Deal?

Aruban authorities have finally asked for help from the Dutch. Unfortunately this request comes some 14 months too late. The real question is if this new investigation is to be believable by the new Dutch team coming to Aruba, they will have to be able to re-question the suspects and witnesses. Also they will actually have do a proper interrogations with follow-up questions, not the farce that took place last summer.

A strong mother comes to clean up the mess made by the children.

The family business has been damaged by the irresponsible siblings who

should be punished appropriately.

The Dutch have to reestablish the trust required for visitors to have confidence in their physical safety.

Justice must prevail!

Diario Editorial: Natalee’s Case Is Raising Its Head Again! (Aruba: Why not Sue the three Suspects)

Last night Jossy Mansur was interviewed on C-Band Talk radio by Dana Pretzer. Jossy gave his opinions and the mood of Aruba as to the aftermath of the Natalee Holloway civil case being dismissed in NYC and whether the family of Natalee Holloway had a “snowballs chance in Aruba” of ever being dealt with fairly.

This morning Jossy Mansur has a great editorial in Diario, entitled … Natalee’s Case Is Raising Its Head Again!

Diario: Editorial E CASO DI NATALEE LANTANDO CABEZ ATROBE!

The completely unequal sums again fired up emotions that in Aruba there is a justice of class; that if you are a Dutch person born in the Netherlands, all doors are open to you, but if you are a Dutch born in Aruba or in whichever other island, doors are hermetically sealed in the passageways of justice! Fair or not, those thoughts are still alive, instead of disappearing together with the colonial era that is behind us.

Jossy Mansur brings up some very compelling facts that Joran Van der Sloot stated during his interrogations. Ones that clearly show that it is hard to believe that they came from a boy who lied because he was scared.

In an interesting twist, Jossy Mansur brings up unique questions and poses in to the Aruba Government … why don’t you file a case against the three suspects and Paulus van der Sloot for all the damage that they caused Aruba?

Paulus Van der Sloot Gets his Payoff. Aruba to Paulus, “No Sweat”

“Da Judge”

Vanderbilt nosweat

(Vanderbilt -‘06)

Paulus entering the event on a beautiful living carpet formed by the ordinary Aruban people. He graciously accepts the ‘payoff’ for his inconvenience and embarrassment from official sources. This exchange of wealth is certain grounds to affirm his complete and total innocence in connection with the ‘unfortunate disappearance’ of Natalee.

No problem at all.

Paulus Van der Sloot has been rewarded for his materful job at gaming the Dutch legal system. Paulus has played this situation as if it were an Aruban fiddle.

Not only have the actions of the the Paulus, Joran and the three suspects cost Aruba its tourism, it has cost Aruba another 50,000 Aruban Guilders in compensation. Trust me, this Afl. 50.000 is little compared the the millions that this will cost Aruba in an American tourism further backlash.

He won a civil action for unjust detention against the Aruban authorities in November of that year and has now been awarded damages. He is no longer a suspect. The judge in the civil case stressed his ruling related solely to Paul van der Sloot.

Both father and his son deny any wrongdoing.

The police handling of the case, coupled with the failure to find any trace of Holloway, has generated a lot of criticism in the US. There have been calls for American tourists to boycott the island.

One really wonders just how much more actual Aruban people are going to take. People do not just disappear when they are on vacation. Use your heads Aruba, who was with her last?
