Gallup Survey Paints Grim Picture for the Obama Administration for Jobs and Unemployment

The Hill reports that a Gallup survey shows ‘sharp deterioration in job market’ in February. What, you mean the economy is not as good as Obama, his minions and the MSM would like you to believe? Obamanomics is hardly the answer no matter how much it is spun. Eventually, it catches up to you. When a President never seriously focuses on jobs in any kind of non-socialist, government intrusive manner … the chickens come home to roost.

The survey firm said seasonal factors — including job loss by seasonal workers hired over the holidays — could be responsible for the dip.

Regardless of what the government reports, Gallup’s unemployment and underemployment measures show a sharp deterioration in job market conditions since mid-January,” the firm said in a statement accompanying the release of the data.

Gallup also found that 10 percent of American workers have part-time positions despite wanting full-time work.

“The mid-February reading means the percentage of Americans who can only find part-time work remains close to its high since Gallup began measuring employment status in January 2010,” the polling firm said.

See the Gallup poll data HERE.

Rising gas prices and even doctored unemployment numbers on the rise as well. All this while the MSM Obama sycophants have been droning on for days about how his chances are improving. Not so fast … $4 to 5$ a gallon gas and and job market that is not even close to being as strong as what Obama and the MSM claim has an uncanny knack of lowering an incumbent President’s job approval rating.

Oh yea, and then there is Obamacare. You remember when Obama promised that it would lower the cost of health insurance premiums. Guess what, it does not. As reported at Gallup, ‘Health Costs, Gov’t Regulations Curb Small Business Hiring’.

Team Obama Struggles To Find New Campaign Slogan To Replace “Hope And Change” … What Running on His Failed Record Does Not Work?

TEAM OBAMA LOOKS FOR NEW SLOGAN TO BS AMERICA …

Barack Obama and his Reelection Team look to come up with a new slogan to replace “Hope & Change” for the 2012 Presidential election. So far they are without any ideas. I guess being honest with the American people and running on his failed 1st term policies and agenda is out of the question. Imagine that, Obama does not want to actually run on his record, he would rather contrive of slogan.

Winning The Future. Greater Together. We Don’t Quit.

They may not be official but those are all phrases that could in one form or another be candidates to become President Barack Obama’s re-election slogan.

Advisers say a fresh slogan to replace the winning “Change we can believe in” mantra of 2008, is unlikely to appear before Obama knows who his Republican opponent will be and starts big campaign travel swings, likely in the spring or summer.

His campaign posters now say simply, “Obama 2012.”

But Obama’s surrogates have roadtested some slogans in recent months, including “Winning The Future,” which the White House used to promote its budget, and “Greater Together,” which the campaign has used to brand its youth outreach effort.

Hey Team Obama, what about the slogan … How’s that “Hopey-Changey” stuff working out for you? Here are some suggestions for Team Obama:

  • 4 More Obama Years … You can hope to have some change in your pocket
  • Class Warfare … How Else Do You Think I Can Win
  • It’s Still Bush’s Fault
  • Barack Obama … You Thought Obamacare was Something … Wait Until a Second Term
  • Obama 2012: I Have Not Yet Began To Increase to National Debt
  • Barack & Michelle: Of Course We are the 1% … Shut Up and Do as We Say
  • Obama 2012: Socialism and You, Perfect Together

Provide your own slogans for Barack’s 2012 Presidential run.

Rasmussen: Uncommitted Voters Have Barack Obama at 20% Job Approval Rating

Obama in serious trouble with uncommitted voters …

Scott Rasmussen reports that those voters who are uncommitted have a 20% job approval rating for President Barack Obama. It is the exact reason why when an incumbent president polls below 50% that they are in trouble when it comes to reelection. Those that are undecided generally break away from the incumbent and to the challenger. The fact that a meager 20% of those who are uncommitted believe Obama has done well in his first term in office just emphasizes that fact. Even though about 12% of the voters cannot commit to either Obama or Romney, they can agree on one thing … Obama has done a terrible job as President.

Tennessee College Republicans from the Obama Generation to “The Debt Generation” … Welcome to Obama’s Generational Theft

Obama’s reelection bid is no longer and promises of “hope & change,” its about running on his record …

Barack Obama has pretty much disillusions ed every one that voted for him in 2008, no voting block more than the college age youth.  They have gone from the Obama generation in 2008 to the “DEBT GENERATION”. Watch the video below from the Tennessee College Republicans, aptly titled, ” The Debt Generation”. Check out the Debt Clock.

The Debt Generation

Hat Tip: Gateway Pundit

In 2008 more than 2/3 of America’s youth voted for Barack Obama; however, little did the naive college kids know that Barack Obama would hang them out to dry and create an out of control debt of political gifts that they would be responsible for. Many of them now regret that they ever voted for Obama. The One handed out gifts like Santa Claus; however, Santa does not charge you for the gifts he gives, Obama does. Fewer young voters see themselves as Democrats and unlike 2008, the Obama magic is gone. The bloom is off the rose and Obama is not perceived as “Hope & Change” but instead the same old, same old of an establishment politician.

Welcome to the “generational” theft of Barack Obama. The result, Obama has lost the luvin’ feeling of America’s youth.

UPDATE I: A blast from the past from Vanderbilt from 2009 … And the Obama gang thought we would just forget.

Obamanomics: The Final Pathetic GDP for 2011 is … 1.7% … Oh Yeah, Let’s Give Obama 4 More Years

Obamanomics has provided us the final pathetic GDP of 2011 … 1.7%.

More disappointing economic numbers under Obamanomics. Not only was the 2.8% 4th quarter GDP under the expected 3%. Also, personal consumption growth of 2.0% were below expectations of 2.4%. The GDP price index only grew by 0.4%, well below expectations of 1.9%.

That’s the final, pathetic growth number for 2011.

From the just-released GDP report:

Real GDP increased 1.7 percent in 2011 (that is, from the 2010 annual level to the 2011 annual level), compared with an increase of 3.0 percent in 2010.

Check out the main reason as to why the GDP tanked. Funny how government spending has a way of artificially making things look better than they really are. However, eventually the government spending runs dry. As stated at Wizbang, blame it on Rio government spending.

It says that all of the things you associate with positive economic developments (exports, consumer spending, et al) rose. And this is good. However, the second half of that sentence tells you all you need to know to discuss our economic woes directly and in plain English: Those gains were offset primarily by… wait for it…

•Local Government Spending
•State Government Spending
•Federal Government Spending

Are you joking, these are hardly the economic numbers that one gives 4 more years to an incumbent President. 1.7% GDP for 2011. That is down nearly half from 2010′s 3.0% GDP. During all this Obama has the nerve to tell us that the economy is getting better. However, in Obama in Wonderland where us is down and left is right, Obama will tell the American people that all is good. The fact of the matter is, the Obama recovery is a disaster.
