MSNBC’s Chris Matthews Names Barack Obama the Political Loser of the Year of 2013 … “Feels Like the 7th or 8th Year of His Presidency”
MSNBC’s Chris Matthews has lost that thrill running up his leg … Hey Mathews, How’s that “Hopey-Changey” thing working out for ya?
Friday morning on ‘The Morning Joe,’ Matthews named Barack Obama the political loser of the year for 2013. How painful must that have been for Chris Matthews to say, rather than acting like a school girl with a crush and a thrill running up his leg. Maybe Mathews just hadn’t enough coffee that morning and had a moment of weakness where he was actually telling the truth. Many liberals are going to have an introspective in evaluating Barack Obama and the failure that has been his presidency as his poll numbers near the 30′s. How difficult will it be for Chris Mathews, the rest of the liberal MSM and Democrats to admit … he [Obama] is not the one they were waiting for.
“Terrible year for the president. I mean, it’s terrible,” he said.
Joe Scarborough agreed that it has been a “terrible year” for Obama after there was “so much hope” following his second inauguration.
“There’s another piece of it which you’re subtly getting at,” Matthews continued. “It’s not just that it’s a bad year in terms of the rollout. There’s an erosion in interest. It feels like a very long presidency now. It feels like the seventh or eighth year of a presidency. It doesn’t feel like the fifth.”
JOE SCARBOROUGH, HOST: Let me ask you losers, political losers of the year?
CHRIS MATTHEWS: Terrible year for the president. I mean, it’s terrible, this…
SCARBOROUGH: Can you go back a year? One year ago, the president was getting ready for his second inauguration. So much hope. This has been a terrible year. [American voters buyers remorse for if the election was today, Obama would have been run out of office in an epic landslide].
MATTHEWS: There’s another piece of it which you’re subtly getting at. It’s not just that it’s a bad year in terms of the rollout. There’s an erosion in interest. It feels like a very long presidency now. It feels like the seventh or eighth year of a presidency. It doesn’t feel like the fifth. There wasn’t that rejuvenation that comes with re-election. There wasn’t any, certainly he was never going to get a honeymoon from the other side, but there was no sense of wow. And I think that’s hurt him a lot.
Seventh or eighth year of the presidency … are you kidding … IT FEELS LIKE THE 7th or 8th TERM OF OBAMA’S PRESIDENCY!!!
CNN/ORC International Poll: Barack Obama Ends 2013 With All-Time Job Approval of 41% Approve, 56% Disapprove
No wonder Barack Obama wants to get away …
The latest CNN ORC International poll has President Barack Obama at an all-time low job approval rating at year end. Obama’s job approval is at a dismal 41% approval and 56% disapproval. This polling numbers a disaster across the board as he has lost women, independents, moderates, every age demographic, including millennials, and those polled had or did not have a college education. What else though would one expect from a president who has been caught in several scandals and even worse, lied to the American public. Heading into 2014, Obama is damaged goods and nothing more than toxic as the American people know they can no longer trust Obama as he has shown on more than one occasion be dishonest. However, the lie of being able to keep one’s healthcare plan if they liked it, period was a lie too far.
The 2014 midterm election look to be another Democrat shellacking, if the establishment, RINO Republicans don’t manage to mess it up.
Full polling data HERE.
In the afterglow of his 2012 re-election victory, Obama’s rating stood at 55% in CNN polling in January. That number ranged from the upper 40s to the low 50s through May in CNN and most other national polling, but steadily declined in the following months as Obama dealt with one controversy after another, from NSA surveillance and IRS targeting of political groups to the disastrous startup of HealthCare.gov and the controversy over millions of Americans being told they would lose their current insurance plans because they didn’t meet stands mandated by the new health care law.
According to the poll, which was released Friday, 40% say they disapprove of the President because they say his policies and actions have been too liberal, with 12% saying they disapprove because he hasn’t been liberal enough.
“The growth in negative views of the President comes almost equally from the left and the right,” CNN Polling Director Keating Holland said. “Not surprisingly, the number of Americans who disapprove of him because he is too liberal is up six points since the start of the year. But the number of Americans who disapprove of him because he has not been liberal enough is up almost as much since January, indicating that his slide is due as much to disappointment as it is anger.”

Obamacare a Microcosm of Obama Presidency … 45 States Still Have Not Hit 10% of Enrollment Goals for Obamacare … EPIC FAILURE
Obamacare is not only the signature piece of legislation of Barack Obama, it also sums up his presidency, a complete and total failure, rejected by the American people.
10% of enrollment metric goals, this is what Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and Democrats call a success. As reported at NRO, the enrollment numbers are simply a staggering failure as 45 states have still yet to meet 10% of their enrollment goals for Obamacare. That is correct, 45 out of 50 states, not the 57 states that Obama thought he was pandering to, have not reached 10% of their enrollment goals. But wait, Barack Obama and Democrats said the website, Helthcare.fail, was fixed. That means that everyone can rush out and sign up. Ultimately, the problem with Obamacare was never about the website as to whether anyone could log on to it, the problem with Obamacare is the lies that it was built on and spewed to the American people, the fact that it was forced upon the American people against their will and has always been unpopular and complete product rejection! And you wonder why Democrats, especially those in Red and “swing” states are in full panic.
If you ever wanted to see the pictorial definition of “EPIC FAILURE,” one only needs to go HERE.
Face it America, you F’d up, you trusted me, ahh-ha,ha,ha,ha!!!!
Check out that runaway Obamacare enrollment over on EnrollMaven.com!
In Arkansas, its up to 1,404! Well along the way to the state’s goal of 51,000 paid enrollees by the end of March.
In Delaware, it’s up to 793! The state’s goal is 35,000.
In New Hampshire, they hit 1,569. Getting close to that goal of 19,000!
In West Virginia, it’s up to 775! They’ll hit their goal of 24,000 in no time!
In Hawaii, all the way up to 444! That goal of 9,000 is in sight!
In Colorado they’re up to 9,980… with a goal of 92,000.
The state of Kentucky is used as Barack Obama’s shining example of success of Obamacare, but guess what, they are also under 10% of enrollment goals at 9.5%. Welcome to what has become a success in the United States of America under this president.
There is a reason why the average polling for Obamacare is 37.8% in favor and 52% against.
WAPO-ABC News Poll: Barack Obama Job Approval Rating 55% Disapprove, 43% Approve … He’s Fallen & He Can’t Get Up!!!
2013 is not over yet and neither are President Barack Obama’s job approval numbers falling … He’s Fallen and he can’t Get Up!!!
The Emperor has no close, and no approval ratings either. The most recent WAPO-ABC News poll is out and it is not good news for Barack Obama or Democrats. Across the board on key issues that are important to Americans like the economy, handling the countries problems and trustworthiness, Obama has either lost significant ground or the lead all-together to the GOP. Obama’s polling numbers are in disarray because the American people, who once gave him the benefit of the doubt, now see that he cannot be trusted. Obama has wasted all this time and lied about Obamacare, rather than focusing on the economy and jobs as he had promised as well.
Check out the comparisons from just a year ago … Had America known now what they should have been made aware of in 2012, Barack Obama would have lost the 2012 presidential election in a landslide. Obama can thank his lucky stars that the US Constitution does not provide for recall elections for the president.

President Obama is ending his fifth year in office matching the worst public approval ratings of his presidency, with record numbers of Americans saying they disapprove of his job performance and his once-hefty advantages over Republicans in Congress eroded in many areas, according to a new Washington Post-ABC News poll.
His position is all the more striking when compared with his standing a year ago, as he was preparing for his second inauguration after a solid reelection victory. That high note proved fleeting as the president faced a series of setbacks, culminating in the botched rollout of his Affordable Care Act two months ago.
Obama’s standing is of particular concern to congressional Democrats as they look to next year’s midterm elections. Parties that control the White House suffer — sometimes significantly — in midterm campaigns when the president’s approval rating is below 50 percent.
On several key measures, Obama has lost significant ground to his Republican opponents in Congress. On the question of who is seen as better able to handle the country’s main problems, Obama and Republicans are tied at 41 percent. A year ago, the president’s advantage was 15 points and at this stage in 2010 it was still five points.
Obama also has lost the lead he enjoyed on who could better deal with the economy. Today Republicans are at 45 percent to Obama’s 41 percent.
Any lead that Barack Obama and Democrats had over the GOP have all but eroded in 2013.

Robert Reich Says on ABC’s ‘This Week’ … People will “Stop Complaining” About Obamacare Once Enrollment Numbers Increase … Doubt It!!!
The Obama minions continue to spread the Obamacare BS, Defending the indefensible …
Former Clinton Secretary of Labor Robert Reich appeared on ABC’s ‘This Week’ over the weekend and said that the American people will “stop complaining” about Obamacare once the enrollment numbers increase. Really, wanna bet? So that’s what Democrats think that American’s are doing is just complaining? The American people have been lied to, have lost their insurance plans that they liked, have lost their doctors and hospitals, have been forced to buy a product in Obamacare that they do not like, have no idea whether they have coverage even if they did sign up, have higher premiums and higher deductibles and Reich thinks that the complaints will stop.
Huh, I really don’t it. Personally, I believe that it has just begun. Reich calls Obama’s LIE that Obama made that “if you like your healthcare plan you can keep tour healthcare plan, period” just a mistake. Sorry, this was not a mistake, it was an intention fraud of the American people by Obama and Democrats.
Who knew Cokie Roberts would be the voice of reason and rebut Reich’s comment with, “Unless a year from now, people start seeing their employers dropping their health insurance. And then the — you’ll start to have a whole another wave of reaction against it.” Yup, and that will make the 5+ million people who lost their insurance, where Barack Obama promised they could keep it look like child’s play.

ROBERT REICH: Well, justified, not justified. What the president wanted to talk about this week was the fact that there are 350,000, 360,000 enrollees in November, new enrollees in November at the — on the — the healthcare.com.
And, in fact, he can’t talk about that.
I mean the attacks on ObamaCare, on the Affordable Care Act, have been absolutely relentless. It was a terrible mistake for him to say what he did.
But, you know, after a while, you’ve got to look at the fact that we have one of the most important reforms of the health care system of the United States ever enacted.
KARL: Is it going to be seen that way a year from now?
REICH: I think it is, because at the present rate of enrollment, we’re going to have over a million people enrolled by January and people are going to stop complaining.
COKIE ROBERTS: Unless a year from now, people start seeing their employers dropping their health insurance. And then the — you’ll start to have a whole another wave of reaction against it.
Reich may want to read the following AP-GfK Poll.
Americans who already have health insurance are blaming President Barack Obama’s health care overhaul for their rising premiums and deductibles, and overall 3 in 4 say the rollout of coverage for the uninsured has gone poorly.
An Associated Press-GfK poll finds that health care remains politically charged going into next year’s congressional elections. Keeping the refurbished HealthCare.gov website running smoothly is just one of Obama’s challenges, maybe not the biggest.
The poll found a striking level of unease about the law among people who have health insurance and aren’t looking for any more government help. Those are the 85 percent of Americans who the White House says don’t have to be worried about the president’s historic push to expand coverage for the uninsured.
In the survey, nearly half of those with job-based or other private coverage say their policies will be changing next year — mostly for the worse. Nearly 4 in 5 (77 percent) blame the changes on the Affordable Care Act, even though the trend toward leaner coverage predates the law’s passage.
Sixty-nine percent say their premiums will be going up, while 59 percent say annual deductibles or copayments are increasing.
