How Naive Does Obama’s 2007 Words Look Now in Retrospect? … The Day I’m Inaugurated Muslim Hostility Will Ease … “the World Will Look at America Differently”

Maybe Samuel L. Jackson was partially correct ... AMERICA, ITS TIME TO WAKE THE F@CK UP. The voting for Obama part, not so much. Ask yourself America, do you think the hostilities have eased since Obama became President? How that Radical Muslin “Hopey-Changey” stuff working u for you?

On New Hampshire Public Radio on November 27, 2007 , Barack Hussein Obama stated that he was uniquely qualified to bring stability to America’s relationships in the Muslim world because he lived in an Islamic country during his youth and his half-sister is Muslim. Wow, Obama actually believed that the relationship between the Middle East and America was going to change because he was Barack “Hussein” Obama. Really?  Sadly, an asleep at the wheel America bought this BS and elected him in 2008. Even more pathetic is Obama may actually believe his own BS.

So what do you think now America? The Arab Street hates America just as much as they ever have and the Middle East is on fire. Once again Obama has failed, this time on foreign policy. It pretty much shows just how naive and Pollyannaish Barack Obama really is and was. Obama stated that on the day he is inaugurated Muslim hostility will ease. Once again we might ask, America, is the Muslin hostility better off today than it was four years ago? Picture from the AP of Protesters torch an effigy of Barack Obama in Afghanistan.

Yup, things look so much better under Barack Obama and his inner knowledge of being a Muslim.

Ambassador Stevens be dragged thru the streets after his death (Al Ahram)

Obama’s arrogance is amazing, the world will look at America differently because of him. UNREAL.

leading from Behind: How’s That Obama Cairo Apology Speach Looking Now? US Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens & Three others Killed in Libya (Sean Smith & Two Marines)… Suffocated & Gun Shot Wounds?

So America, how that “Hopey-Changey” Barack Obama Cairo speech looking now?

President Barack Obama made it one of his first priorities to head off to Cairo, Egypt and speak to the Muslim world in his so-called Cairo speech (VIDEO), calling for renewed Middle East peace talks as well as an agenda for economic and social development in the region. How naive does Obama’s Cairo speech look this morning as two US Embassy’s were attacked yesterday, one in Cairo, Egypt and the other in Libya? Especially since Ambassador  Christopher Stevens and three other embassy officials were killed yesterday and the US State Department provided an apology on of all days, September 11, the 11th anniversary of 9-11.

Likewise, it is important for Western countries to avoid impeding Muslim citizens from practicing religion as they see fit – for instance, by dictating what clothes a Muslim woman should wear. We cannot disguise hostility towards any religion behind the pretence of liberalism.

Indeed, faith should bring us together. That is why we are forging service projects in America that bring together Christians, Muslims, and Jews. That is why we welcome efforts like Saudi Arabian King Abdullah’s Interfaith dialogue and Turkey’s leadership in the Alliance of Civilizations. Around the world, we can turn dialogue into Interfaith service, so bridges between peoples lead to action – whether it is combating malaria in Africa, or providing relief after a natural disaster.

BTW, two of the Embassy staffers were US Marines.

Take a good look what Islamists killed, a man that was there to help the very people freed from dictator Muammar Gaddafi

Sarah Palin weighed into the fiasco on Facebook stating, “Apparently President Obama can’t see Egypt and Libya from his house. On the anniversary of the worst terrorist attacks ever perpetrated on America, our embassy in Cairo and our consulate in Benghazi were attacked by violent Islamic mobs.” Where was Obama when all this was going on? What took so long for Obama to condemn the act? Obama was so quick to jump into the fray of the Trayvon Martin murder case and the Cambrige, MA police incident, yet not the attacks on US Embassy’s and murdering of US citizens? Barack Obama should be in front of the American people yesterday denouncing this. But of course Obama is leading from behind and truly showing his smallness as the incredible shirking President needs to focus poll in order to find the right words.

A note to President Obama, this was an act of war … stay home today and off the campaign trail and pretend that you are the President of the United States. Instead what came as a response for the US, a State Department disgraceful apology that the Obama WH is trying to distance itself from. So who is to blame for the ill-advised apology, President Barack Obama or Sec. of State Hillary Clinton? Some one has to be to blame or is now one in charge?

Not only did they choose a crucial stage of the US election campaign, but the assault took place on the 11th anniversary of the terrorist attacks on September 11.

As such, President Barack Obama will come under overwhelming pressure to respond when he wakes in Washington this morning. Put bluntly, the destruction of diplomatic premises resulting in the murder of an ambassador would amount to an act of war.

Given that America’s most senior representative in Libya appears to have been killed – with some reports suggesting that three other staff also died – Mr Obama’s response will have to be far tougher.

Sorry Mr. President but you are going to have to do a lot more than simply offer your outrage and condemning the killings. It was originally reported that the killings were a result of a rocket attack. However, some are now reporting that Ambassador Stevens died of suffocation and the other three embassy workers of gun shot wounds.

The Americans were targeted in an attack in their car, trying to move to a safer venue away from the violent protests that erupted at the U.S. Consulate, Reuters reported. Stevens died of suffocation, while the three other personnel were killed by gunshot wounds, CBS News reports.

This was the first U.S. ambassador to be killed in the line of duty since 1979. Guess who was President then? My how the similarities of Jimmy Carter and Barack Obama are just uncanny. How in the hell does Barack Obama not stay in Washington, DC and act like the President as the Middle East burns? Instead, its campaigning as usual.

The LEFT is Underwhelmed … Democrat James Carville Says Not Obama’s Best Speech

BARACK OBAMA – EPIC FAIL …

Talk about a disappointment and anti-climatic. Last nights President Obama speech left many on the LEFT scratching their heads. Obama gave the same old, tired speech that we have heard over and over and over. This can only mean that we will see the same bad economy under this president over and over and over.

Democrat James Carville was not impressed, he stated that it was not one of Obama’s best speeches. Even the WAPO was highly critical and unimpressed with Obama’s speech.

It would have been better had he not spoken. Seriously. Like an aging rock star, President Obama, in a downsized venue, with downsized proposal and spewing downsized rhetoric only reminded us how far he has fallen from the heady days of 2008. The man, the agenda and the aura are faint imitations of their 2008 incarnations. And most importantly, he put forth an agenda that was entirely, and obviously, lacking, one that didn’t begin to match the demands of our time.

Even for the liberal media, it will be hard to characterize a speech this prosaic as uplifting or fresh.

From the Left at the Atlantic … Obama’s Convention Anticlimax.

In a perplexingly lifeless convention address, the president fails to live up to his reputation as a brilliant orator.

And then President Obama got up and just sort of didn’t do anything special.

The president, that legendary orator, vaunted crowd-mover, well-known sweeper-away of audiences in general and political conventions in particular, gave a warmed-over rehash of his stump speech, right down to the exit music, Bruce Springsteen’s “We Take Care of Our Own,” that generally plays him out at campaign events.

Charles Krauthammer Responds to Barack Obama’s Speech: “He Gave One of the Emptiest Speeches I’ve Ever Heard on a National Stage” … All Style, No Substance

Hope and Change has been reduced to a desperate beg for four more years with no plan for the future.

Last night President Barack Obama have his speech to the DNC convention in Charlotte, NC accepting the Democrat nomination and begging America for four more years. After hearing speeches from Michelle Obama, former President Bill Clinton and even surprisingly VP Joe Biden, it was time for Barack Obama, the Obamamessiah. Needless to say, after listening to the same old speech of all style and no substance, it fell incredibly flat.

Charles Krauthammer provided his analysis on Fox News and stated, “He Gave One of the Emptiest Speeches I’ve Ever Heard on a National Stage”. Krauthammer is correct, for the moment in time and the stage set before Barack Obama, his speech was incredibly disappointing. All I can say is wow, this President could not have been more dull, empty and stale. Last nights speech was like a poor man’s version of Obama’s 2008 speech, except add in 4 failed years.

“I was stunned. This is a man who gave one of the great speeches of our time in 2004. And he gave one of the emptiest speeches I’ve ever heard on a national stageThere was nothing in it… At least Romney had a 5 point plan… He pulls numbers out of a hat… He doesn’t say how he’s going to get from A to B. It’s a vision. I have a vision of America where there’s no disease and everybody owns a private airplane. But, unless I tell you how we get there I’ve said nothing.”

ABC News has the full transcript of the President’s speech.

I can only come to one conclusion as to why Obama mentioned nothing in his speech. Either this mornings jobs numbers are really, really bad, or they are somewhat encouraging and Obama is going to play a prevent defense into the election. It is reported that when Obama made his speech last night, he was aware of what the August job numbers were. Or as the American Spectator called it, a Hope-a-Dope. In the end, no wonder Barack Obama moved his speech inside to the smaller arena from the 70,000 seat Bank of America stadium maybe not so much because of the “stormy weather” and “too big to fill”, it might just have been because Obama’s speech was too small for the large venue.

Charles Krauthammer on Michelle Obama’s DNC Speech: “I’m Sure It Was a Great Speech But I Didn’t Buy a Line of It”

Question, Who was Michelle Obama talking about in her speech last night? It might have been the Obama of 2008, it certainly is not the one of 2012.

Oh, Michelle Obama was talking about Barack Obama during her speech last night? The failed president who gave himself an “incomplete” for his first term in office as is looked upon as the most partisan and divisive president ever during a presidents first four years. Wow, Michelle Obama actually had the nerve to say the following?

“I love that for Barack, there is no such thing as “us” and “them” – he doesn’t care whether you’re a Democrat, a Republican, or none of the above…he knows that we all love our country…and he’s always ready to listen to good ideas…he’s always looking for the very best in everyone he meets”

Last night first lady Michelle Obama gave her speech at the DNC in Charlotte, NC talking about the man that she wanted to be given another 4 years in office. However, during her speech I really did not know who she was talking about. Her glowing comments and praises of an individual hardly compare to the individual who has been President for the past four years. Michelle Obama made it sound like Barack Obama does not have 4 years to be judged on, whether it be political or personal.

Video Hat Tip: The Gateway Pundit

“She told the story of a Gandhi. And considering the way he’s conducted himself in the presidency and particularly in the campaign, with ruthlessness and determination and drive, it’s not quite a plausible story…. I’m sure it was a great speech but I didn’t buy a line of it.”

Was Michelle Obama’s speech delivered in a powerful way, yes. Was it a good speech for the first lady, yes. Did anything she say compare to the Barack Obama we have seen in the past four years, NO!
