leading from Behind: How’s That Obama Cairo Apology Speach Looking Now? US Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens & Three others Killed in Libya (Sean Smith & Two Marines)… Suffocated & Gun Shot Wounds?

So America, how that “Hopey-Changey” Barack Obama Cairo speech looking now?

President Barack Obama made it one of his first priorities to head off to Cairo, Egypt and speak to the Muslim world in his so-called Cairo speech (VIDEO), calling for renewed Middle East peace talks as well as an agenda for economic and social development in the region. How naive does Obama’s Cairo speech look this morning as two US Embassy’s were attacked yesterday, one in Cairo, Egypt and the other in Libya? Especially since Ambassador  Christopher Stevens and three other embassy officials were killed yesterday and the US State Department provided an apology on of all days, September 11, the 11th anniversary of 9-11.

Likewise, it is important for Western countries to avoid impeding Muslim citizens from practicing religion as they see fit – for instance, by dictating what clothes a Muslim woman should wear. We cannot disguise hostility towards any religion behind the pretence of liberalism.

Indeed, faith should bring us together. That is why we are forging service projects in America that bring together Christians, Muslims, and Jews. That is why we welcome efforts like Saudi Arabian King Abdullah’s Interfaith dialogue and Turkey’s leadership in the Alliance of Civilizations. Around the world, we can turn dialogue into Interfaith service, so bridges between peoples lead to action – whether it is combating malaria in Africa, or providing relief after a natural disaster.

BTW, two of the Embassy staffers were US Marines.

Take a good look what Islamists killed, a man that was there to help the very people freed from dictator Muammar Gaddafi

Sarah Palin weighed into the fiasco on Facebook stating, “Apparently President Obama can’t see Egypt and Libya from his house. On the anniversary of the worst terrorist attacks ever perpetrated on America, our embassy in Cairo and our consulate in Benghazi were attacked by violent Islamic mobs.” Where was Obama when all this was going on? What took so long for Obama to condemn the act? Obama was so quick to jump into the fray of the Trayvon Martin murder case and the Cambrige, MA police incident, yet not the attacks on US Embassy’s and murdering of US citizens? Barack Obama should be in front of the American people yesterday denouncing this. But of course Obama is leading from behind and truly showing his smallness as the incredible shirking President needs to focus poll in order to find the right words.

A note to President Obama, this was an act of war … stay home today and off the campaign trail and pretend that you are the President of the United States. Instead what came as a response for the US, a State Department disgraceful apology that the Obama WH is trying to distance itself from. So who is to blame for the ill-advised apology, President Barack Obama or Sec. of State Hillary Clinton? Some one has to be to blame or is now one in charge?

Not only did they choose a crucial stage of the US election campaign, but the assault took place on the 11th anniversary of the terrorist attacks on September 11.

As such, President Barack Obama will come under overwhelming pressure to respond when he wakes in Washington this morning. Put bluntly, the destruction of diplomatic premises resulting in the murder of an ambassador would amount to an act of war.

Given that America’s most senior representative in Libya appears to have been killed – with some reports suggesting that three other staff also died – Mr Obama’s response will have to be far tougher.

Sorry Mr. President but you are going to have to do a lot more than simply offer your outrage and condemning the killings. It was originally reported that the killings were a result of a rocket attack. However, some are now reporting that Ambassador Stevens died of suffocation and the other three embassy workers of gun shot wounds.

The Americans were targeted in an attack in their car, trying to move to a safer venue away from the violent protests that erupted at the U.S. Consulate, Reuters reported. Stevens died of suffocation, while the three other personnel were killed by gunshot wounds, CBS News reports.

This was the first U.S. ambassador to be killed in the line of duty since 1979. Guess who was President then? My how the similarities of Jimmy Carter and Barack Obama are just uncanny. How in the hell does Barack Obama not stay in Washington, DC and act like the President as the Middle East burns? Instead, its campaigning as usual.

This is an act of war! Each and every embassy of the United States is soverien ground as if a part of the country is placed there.

The proper response to this is first to comdem and then choose about a dozen targets of known muslim jihad groups and bomb them flat.

Obama is a muslim in my opinion. All he knows how to do is to bow and scrape to those in the middle East. That is not leadership. It only shows the enormaity of the mistake the people made in electing “Bob the mail room guy” to run our country.

Using a tragedy to score political points is going to backfire.Did you see the smirk on Mitts face?Lets get the facts straight before we judge. There was a rocket attack and it was condemned by the Libyan government who lost control of the situation. They took him to a hospital and he died. There were people trying to help him.The Libyan government has apologized to the United States.I know you are excited that Americans died because it might help your guy but this is no time to celebrate.

“A note to President Obama, this was an act of war” is a perfect example of knee jeck reactionary response we’d expect from the knuckle draggers that we will reject in November. War is not EVER to be taken lightly.
Perfect opportunity for Palin play to the race card … “What took so long for Obama to condemn the act? Obama was so quick to jump into the fray of the Trayvon Martin murder case”
I expect the polls that show Romney improvement you repost here all the time will suddenly start to disappear since even those of his own party now understand he’s toast

So yesterday, one the 11th anniversary of 9/11, President Obama:

Apologizes (through our embassy) to angry Egyptians for America’s First Amendment and our right to free speech.

Stands by silently as angry Egyptian Islamists attack our embassy, pull down our flag, burn and shred it in front of TV cameras, and replace the US flag with the flag of Al Qaeda on OUR grounds.

Says nothing as our embassy in Libya is attacked in a similar manner and an embassy staffer is killed.

Announces he won’t meet with the prime minister of Israel when he visits the US later this month because President Obama just can’t fit it into his schedule.

Then announces that what DOES fit into Obama’s schedule is an appearance on the Letterman show.

This is how the President of the United States—Our president—spent 9/11, 2012?

And my fellow Americans are seriously thinking about re-electing this guy?

      Maybe the terrorists have won…

Typical left wing socialist response publicenemhy2u. This is exactly why your thinking will let all the muslim jihadists do what ever they will with zero response from the USA.

Go back and cower under the bed in your mother’s basement.

I got over my “kill em all, let God sort em out” mentallity decades ago. If you served THANK YOU, if not ..
      read this:
Former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld is defending Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney for scoring political points by blaming “American weakness” for attacks on U.S. embassies in Egypt and Libya — even though terrorists attacked U.S. embassies 12 times during President George W. Bush’s tenure

    11. publicenemy2u on September 13th, 2012 1:45 pm

Super Dave: Better-educated Republicans are more likely to doubt global warming and believe Obama’s a Muslim, proves that better educated doesn’t equal smarter. #3: i see you have a 6th grade education like most democrats. never got off the democrat plantation huh ?

explain democrat plantation, is that the opposite of republican trust fund babies that gets what he has the old fashioned(in a will)? then yes, I work for a living and If YOU attack me personally again I’ll make YOU look silly at every opportunity… Not hard to do!
