What a Joke … Chicago Holds Rally for Justice for Trayvon Martin as Their City is a Killing Fields for Blacks … 61 Murders Took Place in Chicago During Zimmerman Trial
THE CHICAGO KILLING FIELDS: They say charity begins at home. Maybe protests and rallies should as well. The city of Chicago should maybe worry about their own issues of black teen deaths before they hold a rally for Trayvon Martin. Just saying.
Like many cities across the country, Chicago held a rally for Trayvon Martin, the 17 year old teen who was shot by George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch volunteer, in Sanford, Florida in self defense. Zimmerman was arrested, charged with murder and found “not guilty” of murder and manslaughter by a jury. But the jury verdict did not stop the race hustlers from fanning the flames of racism and calling for protests in an effort to force the DOJ to charge Zimmerman with Civil Rights charges and hate crimes.
The Rev. Al Sharpton’s National Action Network organized the “Justice for Trayvon” rallies and vigils outside federal buildings in at least 101 cities: from New York and Los Angeles to Wichita, Kan., and Atlanta, where people stood in the rain at the base of the federal courthouse, with traffic blocked on surrounding downtown streets.
Chants rang out across the rallies. “Justice! Justice! Justice! … Now! Now! Now!” ”We won’t forget.” ”No justice! No peace!” Many also sang hymns, prayed and held hands.
And plenty of participants carried signs: “Who’s next?” “I am Trayvon Martin.” ”Enough Is Enough.”
Really Chicago, do the protesters really want to know who’s next? Is enough really enough? Who are these people kidding? Are they just in denial or do they really not pay attention to current affairs or what is going on in their own back yard? Do the people of Chicago even comprehend that there were 61 murders in Chicago, Illinois while the George Zimmerman murder trial was taking place? 61!!! Why is it that President Barack Obama has nothing to say to the black community about blacks killing blacks? Instead, it’s about racism. For some reason, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Barack Obama, the Congressional Black Caucus and the rest who show up to rallies for Trayvon Martin and his death calling for “justice” seem to care little about the real crime and issues that threaten blacks and black teens. Do they really want to break the cycle, or just find excuses to blame others?
But instead it being about the “Killing Fields” of Chicago, they make it all about George Zimmerman and focusing on a teen that was killed in self defense, so says the jury.
Pic from The Gateway Pundit from today’s “Justice for Trayvon” march in St. Louis. Justice, looks like vigilantism.
According to data available on the Chicago Tribune’s RedEye website, 52 of those killed were black, 43 were black males, and seven were children under the age of 18. The vast majority died of gunshot wounds.
The 15-year-old boy, Ed Cooper, was shot in the chest about 5:08 p.m. in the 600 block of North Lawndale Avenue in the East Garfield Park neighborhood, Chicago Police News Affairs Officer Daniel O’Brien said.
He was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was declared dead at 5:54 p.m., according to the Cook County medical examiner’s office.
Cooper lived in the 1200 block of South Kostner Avenue.Police were dispatched to the block following a report of a person shot and found the boy, O’Brien said. The boy was playing a ballgame at the playground of Laura Ward Elementary School, formerly Ryerson Elementary, 646 N. Lawndale Ave., when he was shot, according to a relative who did not want to give her name. Ryerson was one of 49 elementary schools closed this June by the district.
Brandon Cage was standing with a group of people when a black Ford Taurus pulled up and a man got out and yelled gang slogans, according to police and Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office.
The group yelled back their own slogans, and the man started firing. Cage was hit several times, and was rushed in critical condition to Advocate Christ Medical Center, police said.
But in Chicago, the crime and murders go on and on and on, but some how they all focus on a “white” Hispanic who killed Trayvon Martin in Florida, who was found not guilty of the murder and no one has been able to show that he was a racist, ever was a racist and ever committed a hate crime.

But the race baiters who cling to the George Zimmerman murder trial and make him the face of racism, even though he is Hispanic, oh sorry, as the liberal MSM dubbed him, a “white” Hispanic, they sadly do not even know the names, nor care to the ones that are murdered in the Killing Fields of Chicago. Check out the following Sean Hannity interview where he stumped Hilary Shelton, the NAACP’s Washington Bureau Director, by asking him a simple question, “There were 61 deaths in Chicago. 61 deaths during just the time of the Zimmerman trial. Can you name one one person by name that died in Chicago?” Shelton could not name one!!! Now that is criminal.

The Divider & Narcissist in Chief Barack Obama … Trayvon Martin Could Have Been Me (VIDEO & Transcript) … Obama Fans the Flames of Racism
THE EPIC FAILURE KNOWN AS BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA: The Race Baiter in Chief was at it again yesterday as he threw more fuel on the fire in the wake of the George Zimmerman murder trial “not guilty” verdict.
Barack Obama, the community agitator is at it again. Because in the end, it’s all about Barack Obama and if you are white, you are a racist. Take a good watch and listen to President Barack Obama’s comments from the VIDEO below. Obama basically called the jury of six woman in the George Zimmerman murder trial racists. UNBELIEVABLE. Because race relations are not bad enough in the United States under this presidency and following the Trayvon Martin shooting death as race baiter and race hustlers have made matters worse playing the race card at every opportune moment.
So why would we not think that Barack Obama, the first black president, the individual who was supposed to be a bridge between the races better … make things worse. This narcissist had to once again make it about Obama. Instead of Obama saying if he had a son, he would have looked like Trayvon Martin, this time Obama had to say … “Trayvon Martin could have been me 35 years ago.” How is it that a man is supposed to lead, diffuse the issues and be a president to all, instead just takes the easy way out and identifies with only one segment of society? Sorry, but Obama is a poor excuse of a president and a poor excuse of a human being. All he can do is attack his own racism and past to Trayvon Martin like a leach. Instead of understanding that some one has a right to protect themselves and self-defense, Obama continues to pile on and pander to the black community to make matters worse between races. Maybe because if they do, We the People will be too busy being at each others throats to pay attention to his epic failure of a presidency? Oh, and by the way Mr. President, George Zimmerman WAS NOT WHITE!!!
Wow, as opined by the Gateway Pundit, if you lock your doors and protect your property, you are a racist. And according to Barack Obama if you were on the jury and found George Zimmerman “not guilty,” you must be racist as well. Instead if diffusing the fire and telling black America that, yes there is still racism in the United States, however, the case of George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin was not it, Barack Obama basically discounted the entire criminal case against Zimmerman and the fact that neither the FBI, the Florida prosecutors or Eric Holder and the DOJ can find no evidence that George Zimmerman was a racist, ever acted like a racists or the death of Trayvon Martin was racially motivated. As a matter of fact, even the prosecution in their closing arguments said it wasn’t about race.
Remarks by the President on Trayvon Martin (Full text).
First of all, I want to make sure that, once again, I send my thoughts and prayers, as well as Michelle’s, to the family of Trayvon Martin, and to remark on the incredible grace and dignity with which they’ve dealt with the entire situation. I can only imagine what they’re going through, and it’s remarkable how they’ve handled it.
The second thing I want to say is to reiterate what I said on Sunday, which is there’s going to be a lot of arguments about the legal issues in the case — I’ll let all the legal analysts and talking heads address those issues. The judge conducted the trial in a professional manner. The prosecution and the defense made their arguments. The juries were properly instructed that in a case such as this reasonable doubt was relevant, and they rendered a verdict. And once the jury has spoken, that’s how our system works. But I did want to just talk a little bit about context and how people have responded to it and how people are feeling.
You know, when Trayvon Martin was first shot I said that this could have been my son. Another way of saying that is Trayvon Martin could have been me 35 years ago. And when you think about why, in the African American community at least, there’s a lot of pain around what happened here, I think it’s important to recognize that the African American community is looking at this issue through a set of experiences and a history that doesn’t go away.
There are very few African American men in this country who haven’t had the experience of being followed when they were shopping in a department store. That includes me. There are very few African American men who haven’t had the experience of walking across the street and hearing the locks click on the doors of cars. That happens to me — at least before I was a senator. There are very few African Americans who haven’t had the experience of getting on an elevator and a woman clutching her purse nervously and holding her breath until she had a chance to get off. That happens often.
And I don’t want to exaggerate this, but those sets of experiences inform how the African American community interprets what happened one night in Florida. And it’s inescapable for people to bring those experiences to bear. The African American community is also knowledgeable that there is a history of racial disparities in the application of our criminal laws — everything from the death penalty to enforcement of our drug laws. And that ends up having an impact in terms of how people interpret the case.
This must have been the Obama that related to Trayvon?
But why would we thing that Barack Obama would ever do the right thing? Instead of bringing people together, he brings up past racism, and singles out a group of people to blame. His speech did not make things better, it made matters worse. We can all remember how Obama dealt with the situation in Cambridge, MA when white police officers arrested a black professor. Without knowing any of the facts, Obama automatically deemed it racists and said the cops acted stupidly (VIDEO). This clown joked around to the press corps and basically called the police racists. Not much has changed with this president.

Justice? Ex-Sanford Police Chief Bill Lee Says He Was Pressured By City Officials To Arrest George Zimmerman in Death of Trayvon Martin Even Though He Already Cleared Him Of Any Wrongdoing
So much for the US Constitution, its now about mob rule. So this is how we arrest individuals and administer justice now for a crime in a Banana Republic United States?
Former Sanford, Florida Police Chief Bill Lee told CNN in an interview that he was fired for not arresting George Zimmerman. According to Bill Lee, he was pressured by city officials who cared more about appeasing the public, rather than if George Zimmerman was guilty. The city officials just wanted an arrest and did not care whether the US Constitution was followed or not. Lee told the officials you can’t arrest without probable cause, and was fired for upholding Zimmerman’s constitutional rights.
“The police department needed to do a job, and there was some influence — outside influence and inside influence — that forced a change in the course of the normal criminal justice process,” Lee said. “With all the influence and the protests and petitions for an arrest, you still have to uphold your oath.”
“That investigation was taken away from us. We weren’t able to complete it,” he said.
The George Zimmerman investigation was hijacked “in a number of ways” by outside forces, said the former police chief of Sanford, Florida.
Bill Lee, who testified Monday in Zimmerman’s second-degree murder trial, told CNN’s George Howell in an exclusive interview that he felt pressure from city officials to arrest Zimmerman to placate the public rather than as a matter of justice.
“It was (relayed) to me that they just wanted an arrest. They didn’t care if it got dismissed later,” he said. “You don’t do that.”
When Sanford police arrived on the scene on February 26, 2012, after Zimmerman fatally shot unarmed 17-year-old Trayvon Martin, they conducted a “sound” investigation, and the evidence provided no probable cause to arrest Zimmerman at the scene, he said.
It had nothing to do with Florida’s controversial “Stand Your Ground” law, he said; from an investigative standpoint, it was purely a matter of self-defense.
Was the fix in from the beginning to railroad George Zimmerman from the outset and get their pound of flesh from Zimmerman, no matter what? So this is what passes as “justice” in the United States? We now have mob rule and the over all riding factor is that Zimmerman be found guilty to prevent race riots, rather than the rule of law. So let’s appease the Black panthers rather than provide a defendant their Constitutional rights. UNREAL.
Yup, this is what happens when you get race baiters like Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and a liberal media whipping the public into a frenzy and cry “RACISM”. The Gateway Pundit shows even more judicial bias as Judge Nelson inappropriately goes after the defense and George Zimmerman in a bullying tactic.

HARRIS POLL … Only a Third of US Adults Qualify as Very Happy … Minorities Show Particularly Pronounced Declines in the Past Two Years
Hey minorities, how’s that “Hopey-Changey” thing working out for ya?
Even though minorities have voted overwhelmingly for President Barack Obama and Democrats, their quality of “happiness” has declined in the past two years. In the 2012 election, 93% of blacks and 71% of Latinos voted for Barack Obama, yet they are more unhappy now than in 2011. Don’t ask for things, they might come true. This is what happens when you sell your souls to one party and they know you are a sure vote. When will minorities understand that Obama and Democrats just make campaign promises and then one they have been elected, forget anything that was promised. Black and Hispanic unemployment is among the hardest hit by the failed Obama economy. But I thought Obama was going to fix all your problems and make the ills of society go away?
2008 – I don’t have to worry about putting gas in my car or worry about paying my mortgage. If I help him, he’ll help me … LOL, wanna bet?
Maybe if minorities stopped voting for Democrats and actually saw what the other party could offer them, maybe they might be more happy. But sorry, hard to feel any sympathy of folks who vote in lock-step for one party and then complain that they are still unhappy.
A Harris Poll of 2,345 U.S. adults surveyed online April 10-15 by Harris Interactive found certain groups, such as minorities, recent graduates and the disabled, trended downward in the last couple of years.
The Role of Politics
Minorities show particularly pronounced declines in happiness in the two years since the Happiness Index was last measured, with especially low happiness levels observed among the Hispanic American population; while it is important to note that a causal link cannot be established, it may not be a coincidence that this drop coincides with a political landscape that has seen frequent, sometimes contentious, discussion of immigration policy in recent months. Other findings include: African-Americans appear to be less happy than in 2011, with 36% qualifying as very happy – down from 44% in 2011. However, though happiness is down among them, they remain roughly as happy as whites (34%); in contrast, fewer than three in ten Hispanic Americans (28%) are very happy. This represents not only a decline from 2011 (35%) but also a significantly lower percentage than seen among either whites or African-Americans. Among Americans with disabilities, the percentage of those very happy has dropped from 34% to 31%- another decline which may have ties to cuts or feared cuts in services as a result of the sequester.
What, you mean being on welfare, unemployment, food stamps, disability and being dependent on the federal “Nanny state” government does not make individuals happy?
